This high-class apartment is located on the 3 floor of a modern, safe building (with security service) in the district of Poblenou. It is an ideal apartment for all kinds of visitors, and has been carefully decorated and furnished to provide everything guests might need.
The apartment can sleep up to four people; it has a modern bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a lounge with individual sofa bed and a extra bed. The lounge also has an American-style kitchen that has been fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare those favorite dishes away from home.
The spacious bathroom has a practical shower/tub to freshen up after a long day on the beach or sightseeing around the streets of Barcelona.
The accommodation has all mod cons including internet connection, a flat screen television, heating, air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer.
Large windows mean the apartment is particularly light and has a cozy, elegant atmosphere with parquet floors and modern decoration.

You can enjoy two swimming pools on the fifth floor, after speaking with the owner regarding their use.
