Elegant appartement met uitzicht op het strand

  Grace a Lugaris nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances. Les +: - appart idéalement situé , a 2 pas de la mer et pas loin d'un arret de métro - l'état de l'appart: comme neuf et tres bien agencé et équipé. - le personnel est sympa et assez a l'ecoute. les -: -l'insonorisation //a ...l'exterieur. - le manque de volets, les stores laissent beaucoup passer la lumiere on est vite reveillé le matin. - l'internet ......on a eu 4 jours sans dans l'appart on devrait aller dans le couloir, mais bon . - le prix est un peu cher mais bon l'appart est top... je pense que c'est tout bonnes vacances  

  Great location in Poble Nou within sight of the beach. Furnished to a high standard. Easy access to some very good restaurants in the lively Poble Nou district.

  Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung ist so wie abgebildet und es war alles sauber, nur die Silberfischchen im Bad waren etwas unangenehm. Die Wohnung entsprach komplett unseren Erwartungen und auch die Kontaktperson war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

  Nice view of sea. General good condition. Would be nice if it had a couple of puctures on empty walls and a house plant.

  Hay elementos que deben renovarse, como el carrito del cuarto de baño, la bandeja del escurreplatos (oxidados) y otros elementos.Los lugares comunes, como ascensor, escalera, dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a limpieza. El aparcamiento es imprescindible, es amplio. La atención en las oficinas es ...muy competente y son muy amables. Recomendaría por su atención, y logicamente por su ubicación frente al mar. Gracias.

  We were given a 5th floor apartment so there was a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The windows opened wide for a nice breeze. Furnishings were attractive and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. There was always someone at the office for ...questions. We had a little trouble finding the office at 20:00. It's a little door on the right side of the building. The H16 bus was very convenient for a 20 minute trip into the centro. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. It was also fun to walk up the Poble Nou Rambla which was just two blocks away. It's a fun neighborhood out of the tourist area.
