Situated on the fourth floor of its building (with lift access), this beautifully decorated apartment can sleep up to five people. It covers 65m² of floor space, and has been furbished with laminate flooring throughout.

In the living room you’ll find a stylish leather sofa, together with a dining table and chairs if you fancy eating in one evening. Guests can also make full use of the wall-mounted flat-screen TV, stereo, radio and internet connection. The flat has three separate bedrooms, each of which has been decorated with a high-quality finish. The first contains twin beds, the second has one single bed, while the third has bunk beds. A cot can also be supplied if requested.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, grill, toaster, coffee pot, and fridge/freezer. There’s also a washing machine and an iron provided. Meanwhile, the mosaic-tiled shower room comes with a full set of towels. There is also an additional WC.

The apartment is situated in Clot, which is a modern and attractive part of the city. The flat’s location means you’ll be close to both the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell, just to the north.
