This modern and spacious 101m2 apartment is of a functional design that make any stays here a relaxing and most pleasant experience. It can comfortably sleep up to six people and is ideal both for families and groups of friends.
It is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet building with a lift. There are four bedrooms, each with a different characteristic colour, two are doubles and the other two singles. One of the double rooms has a double bed and overlooks an interior courtyard, whilst the other has two single beds that can be joined accordingly, and overlooks the street. The lounge-dining room is spacious and sunny and the perfect spot to unwind and chat about the day around the large table over an aperitif, relaxing on the sofa watching the flat-screen TV or listening to music on the HIFI stereo. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons, there is also a computer and free internet connection available. You will be able to make free local and national phone calls, as well as free international Skype calls all over the world. The modern kitchen has everything guests might need to feel at home. The bathroom is very functional and is fitted with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, with sufficient space for guests to store their belongings.
The location of the apartment is ideal, located near to the metro station Alfons X (line 4) that will take visitors directly into the city centre in just six stops, allowing guests to enjoy the centre without having to stay in such a busy area. The neighbourhood of Gracia is one of the most characteristic in Barcelona, with some of the most beautiful venues in the city and numerous bars and restaurants. At the end of a long day’s sightseeing guests will enjoy escaping the centre to walk around the streets of this calmer district and choose from one of the many outdoor terraces to enjoy an aperitif.

For arrivals after 22.00hrs there is an extra charge of 20€ to be paid directly to the owner.

Logement très bien situé pour être prêt de tout tout en évitant l'affluence du centre historique, bien équipé et propre. Appartement spacieux et très calme ne donnant pas sur la rue. Propriétaire très disponible et très sympa qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis. A recommander.

Het is een leuk, oud stadsappartement in een omgeving voorzien van alle gemakken: bakker, supermarkt, versmarkt, traiteur is allemaal heel dichtbij. De metro is om de hoek. Alles functioneert prima, hele gastvrije ontvangst. Drie slaapkamers en de keuken zijn wat donker door ramen aan binnenplaats, ...maar woonkamer en vierde slaapkamer zijn mooi licht. Het was schoon en netjes. Prima plekje voor gezin als het onze: twee volwassenen, twee oudere en twee jongere kinderen.
