This large and elegant duplex-style apartment has been carefully decorated with great attention to detail to provide guests with the greatest comfort and to feel totally at home.

The apartment is divided into a lounge which leads onto the open-plan kitchen with dining table. The two bedrooms are on the top floor; one with double bed and other two singles. Both rooms have large windows with ample light. The most noteworthy feature is the furnished terrace – an ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing with friends and enjoying a drink.

The accommodation is located in Sant Gervasi –one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods of the Catalan capital. Very close to the apartment is the Parc de Turó de Monterols, a small oasis full of exuberant vegetation and wonderful views over the area. Under twenty minutes walk from the accommodation is the area of Gracia and to visit other parts of the city the nearest public transport stop is the train station FGC Muntaner (Ferrocarriles de la Generalitat de Cataluña) that is just a couple of streets away and connects with various metro lines.
