This modern apartment is very strategically located for any kind of visitor –both those on business trips to one of the many trade shows or exhibitions, as well as holiday travellers wanting to stay near the centre but with the quiet surroundings of a more residential neighbourhood. The apartment is located in an area served by two of Barcelona’s major metro lines – 1 and 3 – offering quick and easy access to the city’s most important attractions.

This 70 m2 apartment is on the second floor of a building (with a lift) in the Eixample Izquierda district and can comfortably sleep up to six people.
The main entrance leads onto a sunny lounge, decorated in a modern, minimalist style. It has a double sofa bed that is also a great spot to unwind watching the flat-screen television or surf the internet with the free WIFI internet connection. As is the case throughout the apartment the lounge has large windows and offers fabulous natural light that can be dimmed by curtains for greater privacy or darkness to guarantee a sound night’s sleep. The lounge is also furnished with a large table for guests to enjoy mealtimes in company. There are two double bedrooms – a double with an en suite bathroom and a second with two single beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes for storing belongings.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with everything guests might need to prepare their favourite meals and also a washing machine – a perfect commodity for those who prefer to return home with freshly washed clothing.
Air conditioning and central heating are also available to provide the perfect temperature at any time of year.

The ideal location of the accommodation makes it an ideal choice for any kind of traveller! It is just a short walk into the city centre and a classic route along the Ramblas and on to the Saint Jose market better known as the “Boqueria”. For visitors wanting to discover the outskirts of the city, it is a short walk to Plaza España and the Plaza de Sants, the main city railway stations.
