This nicely decorated apartment possesses a balcony and enjoys an excellent location just 250m from the metro and close to the famous Paseo de Gracia and Avenida Diagonal, both full of shops, bars and restaurants.

The 70m2 apartment is situated on the second floor of a typical building with a lift and can accommodate up to 6 people. The charm of the roof mouldings has been maintained, creating a pleasant contrast with the parquet floors.
