      This is a 30 m² studio in the heart of the Borne area. The apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony that looks out onto a quiet street near the Santa Marie del Mar church, the oldest church in Barcelona.
      It has a bedroom area with a double bed, a wardrobe for hanging your clothes and a bedside table. There is a complete kitchen and in the bathroom there is a shower unit. It has no central heating but the owner provides two portable electrical heatings. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but if your stay is for more than one week, the landlord will give you vouchers for the local laudrette. In the living room area there is a sofa,  t.v , c.d player, table and chairs, the owner has also included an ADSL line. The balcony allows a lot of natural light into the studio and it´s an ideal location for discovering the city at only 10 minutes walk from the Gotic area. The Borne area itself has many little bars and restaurants for all tastes in food and drink.

      There is extra charge for internet, electricity, water and gaz. They will be collect each month and they aren't included in the price.
