Modern appartement in het stadscentrum van Barcelona-centrum

Sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Reibungslose Übergabe. Aufmerksame Details. Alles vorhanden. Gute Ausstattung. Optimale Kleinwohnung für zwei Personen mitten im Herzen Barcelonas. Angabe in der Beschreibung stimmt nicht. Denn laut dieser gibt es keinen Kühlschrank und keine Herdplatten. Die sind aber vorhanden und ausgesprochen gepflegt.

Appartement à recommander : idéalement situé, calme, très propre, très confortable, bien équipé,tout est prévu pour être comme chez soi.L'accueil est soigné à tous les niveaux : et par le contact en amont et sur place et dans l'appartement même une note d'accueil nous attendait pour les... fêtes avec un sapin de Noël, excellent! Un seul b-mol: 4 étages sans ascenseur mais on le savait!  

Все супер! Замечательное расположение, в 2х шагах от Рамблы и метро. Квартира полностью оборудована, за ислючением посудомойки и стиральной машины. Интернет ...немного слабоват, но работает. Расстроила только грязная кофеварка и дверь в туалет, которая постоянно открывалась, т.к. в ней нет замка. Но это мелочи по сравнению с удовольствием, полученным от пребывания в лучшем городе на земле. Барселона прекрасна! Обязательно порекомендую апартаменты знакомым и в следующий раз приеду сюда :) Лестница, действительно крутая и тяжелая на подъем, пожилым и маленьким не подойдет, но об этом есть инфо в описании. В целом, впечатление отличное! Спасибо!

8/10 nous sommes ravis, l appartement est tres agréable à vivre et idéalement situé, la propreté est impécable, le seul petit bémol est que la douche donne de l eau chaude de manière aléatoire c est assez désagréable

The apartment was clean and up to date, as well as secure and safe. The kitchen was nice and had plenty of equipment, but we never used any of it besides a couple wine glasses. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was broken and you could not use it to sleep on. Also, I had to mop the bathroom floor everyday... because the shower stall had a very inadequate curtain. The wireless connection was unreliable. Furthermore, it's not worth the money to stay at this location close to Las Ramblas. Stay further away from Las Ramblas because you can always walk there. Prices were inflated and the value was poor. <br/><br/>note of OhBarcelona(21/09/10):the owner confirmed us that the sofa bed has been fixer, the shower curtain has been changed and the WiFi conection is now working. 

Excellent emplacement. Appartement spacieux, fonctionnel et propre, parfait pour 2. Très bon accueil. Literie dure, mais nous avons très bien dormi. Le balcon est plutôt une grande porte-fenêtre. Les 4 étages sont raides, mais nous étions informés. Le sèche-cheveu fourni peut servir en ...dépannage seulement. Pas de problème de bruits ni de voisinage (les fenêtres sont restées fermées la nuit). Appartement tout à fait recommandable ! 

Quitando que es un cuarto sin ascensor, la ubicacion, la atencion por parte del personal de alli, y el apartamento esta genial.

Very clean, cool and comfortable! On the plus side the kitchen and bathroom were well equipted, and I was impressed by the small deatils. Tho on the minus side the sofa bed in the front room kept falling apart, so although it was functional it was a hassle and the advertised balcany was TINY. All in all very happy though!

This is an excellent flat for young people. There is no elevator, so do not rent if you can't handle 4 floors. The noise is quite high on the street, if you closing the balcony windows it's ok, but the air-conditions is placed over the bed, and not so good to have it on during a night.
