  no real complaints, apart from the fact that we weren't informed that there was a construction site right next door to us, and were woken up abruptly everymorning at 8am on the dot with the deafening sound of a jack hammer. It was so loud that we coodnt hear each other talking. (we didnt see the site when we arrived since we arrived at night)

  Large appartment, fully equipped as advertised, but a little dated (for example: old appliances, some old furniture etc). Bed covers were not too clean. Overall it could have been cleaner. The location was not very good due to the proximity to a noisy street. Also there was a bad smell in the ...street coming from the sewars, but that did not reach the appartment. But very close to the sea and metro nevertheless. The host was very polite and kind, assisting us with our very late arrival and departure.

  A propos de la Location: très bonne situation (proximité de la plage) et transports publics. Point très négatif: le logement est très bruyant la nuit: un établissement situé juste en bas est ouvert très tardivement et fréquenté par une clientèle très bruyante. De plus le trafic de noctambules pas toujours à jeun ajoute "l'ambiance"...

  Ideally situated outside of the city centre but within walking distance (forty minutes along the beach) and Metro distance (ten minutes, with one or two changes) of the city centre. Five-minute walk to the nearest Metro. Thirty-second walk to La Rambla de Poblenou (not the famous La Rambla!), with ...late-night, friendly, and local-cum-touristy bars and restaurants. Shops, supermarkets, and street cafes within the neighbourhood. Five-minute walk to some of the best beaches in Barcelona, including one for the general public (with outside showers, bars, and toilets)and one that serves as both nudist and gay (again, with outside showers, late-night bars, and toilets). Apartment itself is secure and safe, fully furnished, clean, comfortable, and family-run (a really friendly and helpful family!) It has Internet access, but you'll need a laptop. Poblenou itself is typically suburban - it can seem touristy (at least it did at peak-season) but overall it retains it's Catalonian characteristics and local lifestyle. I will be staying here again!

  The apartment is in the perfect location, less than 5 min. walk to Metro stop, less than 10 min. walk to the beach, and a great rambla around the corner for nightly strolls. The contact person was exceptional and couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The rooms facing the street were noisy at night but it is a city.

  within easy reach of food shops, wifi good, living amidst other Barcelonians so away from constant bustle of Las Ramblas,on good metro line and only 5/10 minutes walk away.Landlady very kind and helpful.

   The apartment was airy & spacious. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable - felt that the apartment needed a spring clean. Good value for money in a good location and everything you needed was in the apartment.

  Le logement est en bon état et livre très propre, cependant le matelas était usagé (inutilisable). L'immeuble et la rue sont bruyants. Le contact est excellent, et fera tout pour vous recevoir dans les meilleures conditions. The flat is in very good condition, and clean, excepted the ...double bed mattress which was unwearable. The building and the street are noisy. The contact person is excellent, and will do one's best to meet you in perfect conditions.

  Die Wohnung liegt sehr toll, wenn man auch zum Strand will (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß), man ist mit der Metro aber auch schnell in der Innenstadt. In der Straße ist zwar wenig Verkehr- nur zu bestimmten Zeiten zwecks Ladetätigkeit, allerdings liegt gegenüber ein Lokal, was für Lärmbelästigung ...sorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( inklusive Ventilator und Sonnenschirm). Die Kontaktperson ist freundlich und zuverlässig.

  Im gebuchten Zeitraum fand ein Straßenfest statt. Daher war es extrem laut! Ein Hinweis hierauf wäre gut gewesen.

  Sehr gute Lage nahe der U-Bahn (3 Min zu Fuß), viele Lokale und Geschäfte in der Nähe - preisgünstig,Anliegerstraße, daher nicht zu laut. Ausstattung der Wohnung: sehr gut.

  The accommodation was clean and tidy and we will certainly use this appartment again. Everything was made very clear through emails and photographs of accommodation on the internet. We will use this accommodation again if possible.

  Very clean apartment with a friendly and helpful contact person; located in a nice, safe residential neighbourhood with restaurants, small shops and a close walk to the seafront. The furniture and matrazes need up-dating, but otherwise I would recommend the apartment and would come back here at another stay.

  The accommodation was very convenient for where we wanted to be and the facilities suited our needs although extra towels would have been appreciated for our 7 day visit.. Everything went very smoothly .

  TV-channels nearly only spanish/catalonish Not fully equipped for 6 persons. Chairs etc. The balcony was smaller than expected. Some doors where hard to close.

  We loved the apartment and think it's really fantastic. Location, space, kitchen area are fabulous and the apartment is very clean. There was one thing which we thought was quite unreasonable: many pieces of furniture are old and very wobbly. Our one year old son made the little table collapse by ...simply holding on to it like babies do, which was quite dangerous, and some of the chairs aren't strong enough for sitting so one can only use them to put clothes on. When we told the owner she seemed not to care too much about it. Other than that our experience was great!

  We loved our apartment! It was very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook with. It was great having a washing machine as well. It was a short walk to the beach and there was a huge grocery store right around the corner.

  Vraiment trés bien situé, ce quartier est beaucoup moins touristique que le centre ville bien que trés central néamoins. Il est situé juste à coté d'une trés belle plage, il y a de petites ramblas tranquilles, pour notre enfant c'était génial, on s'y est trouvés super bien, trés surpris ...par sa situation géographique: reposant et trés agréable. Il y a un metro juste à côté, supermarché et toutes commodités. Les propriétaires ont étés adorables, même aprés un petit dégat ils ne nous ont rien retiré de la caution. Tout l'équipement de l'appart est bien. Parfait!

  Helena was prompt in responding to a query and was very punctual with our arrangements. She was also extremely helpful when we arrived late evening in accompanying us to a local store.

  Es wäre schön wenn die Matratzen der Betten ausgewechselt würden, sind schon älter.Und wir hatten das Gefühl sie leben etwas.Ebenso das Sofa. Die Küche könnte etwas überholt werden das sie bestimmt die erste ist und aus den 70 Jahren stammt. Würde aber wieder dort hinfahren denn es war ...sehr zentral gelegen. Wenn diese Kleinigkeiten abgestellt werden einfach eine schöne Unterkunft.

  The apartment was clean and comfortable. The sofa was great for chilling out on after a hard day's sightseeing. The kitchen has everything that you need. The metro is 5 mins away as are plenty of shops and bars. The owner, H., was lovely and put up with our broken spanish.

  This is the second year in a row we've stayed in this apartment. The apartment is perfect - simple but clean, functional, attractive, and well-located. It's in a fantastic part of town - Poblenou has some of the best restaurants and bars I've found in Barcelona and the beach is at the end of the ...road. The Metro is five minutes' walk away. And the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. A fantastic find and I'll definitely stay there on future visits to the city.

  Appartement spacieux. idélament situé : proche du métro (4 stations pour le centre ville), de la plage (5 min à pied) dans un quartier calme avec les commerces de proximité (boulangerie, ...). Nous le conseillons vivement pour des séjours ou week end en famille avec des enfants. Personne de contact très accueillante et sympathique.

  Appartement très bien équipé (le luxe serait la clim). Proche de la plage, du métro. la rue est très commercante, toutes les courses peuvent etre faites à pied.

  l'appartement est idéalement situé, dans un quartier pas trop envahi de touriste, tout proche de la mer. La propriétaire parle français, c'est plus facile pour se comprendre. Durant le mois d'août il est possible de se garer à proximité, dans la rue, gratuitement. Seul hic, la poussière n'avait pas été faite.

  I brought DVDs because it said the house had a DVD player. It did not. However, it did have satellite TV which was not included in the description. Accuracy would have been helpful in my planning. The house is three blocks from the metro and La Rambla Poblenou is a block away with some nice ...restaurants with outdoor dining. The one downside to renting an apartment for my holiday instead of booking a hotel was that I received my 200 euro security deposit back on the last day in cash. Since I do not travel often and use only pounds sterling or US dollars, it would have been helpful to have the security deposit through my Visa and returned that way, so that the credit card would work out the exchange instead of having to carry a lot of cash on the last day of my trip.  

  Wir haben die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden.Sie liegt in einer verkehrsberuhigten Seitenstraße und die Nähe zum Meer und zu der schönen Strandpromenade mit der Anbindung der Buslinie 41 direkt ins Zentrum ist ideal. Auch die Nähe zur Metro ist super. Drei Schlafräume für drei Personen ...war ideal.Bei zwei Schlafräume öffneten sich die Fenster zu einem großen Schacht,der zum Himmel offen war und weitere Zimmer des Etagenhauses belüfteten.Das dritte Schlafzimmer lag zur Strasse hin.Dort sorgte die gegenüberliegende Bar leider am Wochenende für Lärmbelästigung. Trotz allem und dank der guten Matratzen schliefen wir gut. Die Wohnung inkl. Küche war sehr sauber.Kleine Mängel werden von den netten Eigentümern bestimmt bald beseitigt.(z.B.Türschloss defekt) Wir empfehlen sie gern weiter!

  Logement très spacieux et bien situé à 5 minutes de la plage et 5 minutes de lm'arrêt de Metro Poble Nou. Des commerces a proximité, une interlocutrice des plus sympathiques et serviable (ménage et draps compris et Nespresso aussi !!) et qui plus est, qui parle français, bref, un sejour parfait.

  Um bom apartamento com um preço competitivo. Uma boa alternativa para ter mais espaço e comodidade que em hotéis. A proprietária é uma pessoa excelente, de fácil trato. Se você estiver de carro, há estacionamento próximo, mas pago. Embora seja no primeiro andar, o ruído da rua não ...atrapalha muito. Não passa carros na rua mas ouve-se alto pessoas conversando. As camas precisam ser trocadas. Não são confortáveis e fazem barulho. Ouve-se os passos dos vizinhos como se estivessem dentro do apartamento. Internet bem rápida. Possui todos os eletrodomésticos de uma casa em bom estado. Usamos a máquina de lavar roupas sem problemas. Creio que foi uma boa relação custo/benefício.

  L’accueil est irréprochable avec une personne parlant français et disponible à tout moment. L’appartement est conforme à la description. Attention toutefois à l'emplacement car l'appartement est au 1er étage, face à un bar (fermé le lundi) , dans un immeuble ancien . Par conséquent, pour des personnes aimant le calme, cela est peu propice.

  Hébergement impeccable et accueil très aimable. Quartier vivant avec de petits commerces de proximité. Problème de stationnement un peu cher.

  La proprietaire est une femme tres agreable et serviable.La situation de l appartement est interessante car il est a la fois a proximite de la plage et a seulement 3 stations de la rambla principale de barcelone.Le salon est spacieux et tout est propre et fonctionnel.Le seul bemol etant a mon avis ...la luminosite des pieces sinon pour finir le quartier en lui meme est moins touristique et permet de ne pas a avoir a supporter le bruit et le passage rencontres dans d autres quartiers.A noter egalement l existence d une rambla avec son lot de commercants a proximite.

  Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Barcelona. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfect. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung waren alle wichtigen Lebensmittelgeschäfte vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Wehmutstropfen war... die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. In den Abendstunden konnte man die Geräusche der Nachbarn live miterleben. Später in der Nacht war es dann ruhig.. Auch die Nähe zur Metro war für uns perfect.

  Quartier tranquille, proche d'une station de métro, et de la mer, appartement simple, clean. idéal pour ce séjour printanier dans la belle Barcelone.

  Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und in Ordnung. Die Kontaktperson sehr lieb und hilfsbereit (Kontaktsprache: englisch). Das Meer war sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, besonders schön war die Rambla de Poblenou. Insgesamt hat es uns in unserem Wohnviertel sehr gut gefallen. Die Geschäfte und Supermärkte... waren alle direkt neben unserer Wohnung, sodass wir super einkaufen konnten. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, solle sich eine andere Wohnung suchen - man hört bis in die Nacht die Außengeräusche der umliegenden Wohnungen und Geschäfte. Sehr gut ist jedoch, dass keine Autos durch die Straße fahren. Die Wohnung ist alles in allem jedoch zu empfehlen - falls man eine reine Städtetour vorhat - da ist man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Zum Kochen, Schlafen und Duschen reicht sie allemal. 

  Appartement ligt in leuke gezellige buurt vlakbij boulevard/strand. Helaas waren de bedden niet echt comfortabel en hebben we weinig nachtrust gehad. Het was erg druk en rumoerig in de straat. Balkon is echt heeeel klein, maar je kan er wel op staan. Contactpersoon is erg aardig. Voor 3 nachten wel ok.

  Die Wohnung liegt nahe bei der Metrostation. Auch am späteren Abend kann man mit einem guten Gefühl nach Hause kommen. Die Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (einfach auf der anderen Strassenseite). Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und die ...Schlüsselübergabe und alles andere hat bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas dunkel, doch da man ja den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, hat uns dies nicht gestört. Dafür wohnt man in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, welches von Einheimischen bewohnt wird. Für die Aufenthaltsdauer fühlt man sich wie ein Einwohner von Barcelona. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 

  Appartement bien place qui correspondait a nos attentes, dans un quartier calme un peu excentré . Une personne très accueillante, nous a reçu . Ce fut un excellent séjour.

  Die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Vermietern war problemlos. Diese waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Übergabe der Schlüssel bzw. der Wohnung erfolgte pünktlich, wie abgemacht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Gleich um die Ecke liegt die Rambla de Poblemou mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ...sowie Restaurants. Die nächstgelegene Metrostation "Poblenou" ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Meer ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen gelungenen Urlaub in Barcelona. Wir kommen wieder. 

  Appartement propre et bien situé. Le problème est que deux chambres ont leur fenêtre qui donne sur une cour minuscule. Ces pièces sont donc sombres et difficiles à aérer et profitant des odeurs des appartements voisins!

  This is a fantastic apartment, located in a great part of town, very local- lots of independent shops on the same street and nearby- bakers, greengrocers, butchers etc. 5 mins walk to the beach and to the metro station. Owner was great, efficient and very helpful. You will wake up with the noise of ...Barcelona and all your neighbours chatting/singing etc, not a problem for us but if you are looking for a quiet visit, best to being earplugs. We will definitely be back. Thank you.  

  We were a group of 3 adults and 2 small kids. The location was excellent for the beach and you could also walk along the beaches into the city. It was also in the center of Poble Nou where there are many options for restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.The host was very friendly and ...accommodating especially on our last day where she went to a lot of trouble to arrange an airport transfer for us as there was a major taxi strike on. Thank you very much H for a fantastic 9 days in Barcelona.

  L'appartamento è situation in una zona di Barcellona tranquilla , vicino a parcheggi e metro, con buon I ristorante nei dintorni, P ed H sono stati gentilissimi a consigliarci cosa fare, raccomandabilissimo

  The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the beach and in a nice neighbourhood that is just off the city centre. We've stayed in a number of parts of Barcelona and think this area is good if you are a female traveller or have children with you. It felt very safe and the people were extremely friendly. ...The beds were very comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. The apartment was very clean. We had no problems and we would definitely stay again. 

  L appartement est grand bien situé et confortable. P. et H. ont été très accueillant et surtout efficace.

  Wij hebben met ons dochtertje van bijna 2, een weekje in dit appartement gelogeerd en we zijn erg tevreden! De ligging is prima, aan een soort van (fiets)straat met weinig gemotoriseerd verkeer. Groentenboer, slagertje, bakker, supermarkt... allemaal op slechts een paar minuten loopafstand. Poblou ...Nou heeft een soort mini-ramblas waar je fijn kunt wandelen naar het strand (nog geen 10 minuten), ijsjes kunt eten, resraurantje kunt uitzoeken...Het appartement zelf was uitstekend. Schoon en alles was aanwezig. Het kinderbedje was netjes gedekt voor ons. Dankzij de rolluiken heerlijk in het donker kunnen (uit)slapen.De 2-persoonsbedden waren wat aan de harde kant en geluiden van buiten zijn goed hoorbaar (vooral overdag). Desalniettemin hebben we goed geslapen. Gastvrije ontvangst!  

  El apartamento está limpio, cuidado, cocina reformada y con suficientes accesorios de cocina, cafetera nespresso, wifi y muy buena proximidad a tiendas de ultramarinos y supermercados grandes, muchos restaurantes en la rambla trasera, vegetariano justo enfrente y comida rapida (Kebap y pizzeria) ...debajo del edificio. Parada del metro a 5 min andando, relativamente cerca. En definitiva, totalmente recomendable. Los dueños muy amables y pendientes de que todo salga bien. El unico punto negativo, si te toca descansar de dia, son los vecinos, que desde bien pronto por la mañana, hacen algo de escándalo por el patio de luces (No muy exagerado, pero se nota presencia). Quizas mejoraría el patio de luces, lo haría mas útil, mesa, sillas o tumbona, pero bueno, para tender las toallas va muy bien 

  El apartamento estava muy bien, muy limpio Cuando llegamos. Esta a 5 minutos caminando de la estacion de metro lo que resulta muy facil ir de un punto al otro de la Ciudad. Tambien esta cerca de la playa ( minutos) y justo al lado e la rambla de Poble Nou donde se puede encontrar muchos bares y restaurantes. Facilidad de contacto con el proprietario

  For us, this apartment was absolutely perfect - great location, great facilities, great owners. Poble Nou is a great neighbourhood, and the apartment is only 2 blocks from the Metro station and 5 minutes from the beach. The owners were particularly friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

  Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war hervorragenden, zum Strand 5min. Zur Metro 5 min. Normalerweise geht es in der Straße wohl ruhig zu, da es eine Fußgängerzone ist. Da aber gerade in dieser Woche Nationalfeiertag und Straßenfest war , gabs Party bis früh um vier. Da haben wir eben mitgemacht. War ...super.Vermieter sind wirklich unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder nehmen. 

  Besonders zu erwähnen ist der herzliche Empfang der Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist ideal für den Städte-Urlaub, da die Umgebung sehr einheimisch wirkt. Die Metro um die Ecke bringt den Gast schnell an sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten.

  Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden und es sind sehr nette Vermieter nur sieht die Wohnung geräumiger aus als sie ist und die Wohnung liegt teilweise zum Hinterhof. Aber wir waren zufrieden und sind solche Erfahrungen aus Großstädten gewohnt. Die Vermieter waren wie gesagt sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit.

  Super Lage. Strandnähe. Metronähe. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr nette Eigentümer.

  La ubicación excelente y los propietarios muy amables, la casa grande, amplia y con todos los servicios. Inconvenientes: muy ruidosa. Aspectos mejorables: la calidad de la lenceria.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. 5 Minuten bis zur Metrostation, fünf Stationen bis in die City. Und das Beste... nur 10 Minuten bis zum schönen, nicht überfüllten, Strand. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und sauber. Teilweise etwas abgewohnt, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Es ist leider sehr... hellhörig, und die Fenster sind nicht sonderlich dicht, doch zum Glück gibt es keinen Autolärm, da die Wohnung in einer kleinen Straße liegt, in der keine Autos fahren. Die Kontaktperson war sehr nett, und mit der Übergabe hat alles gut geklappt.  

  Está muy bien para el valor, un poco lejos del centro, pero igual recomendable. Muy amable la propietaria.

  Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Service.Würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

  The owners are very nice people. We were in our honey moon and they waited for us with champagne, chocolate and a special card wishing all the best. :) The apartment is very clean and very nice. The neighborhood is quiet with lot of stores and cafes and restaurants. Is situated at 3-4 minute of ...subway station Poblenou. From Poblenou to Placa Catalunya it will take 20 minutes by subway L4. Very easy to travel in town.  

  La signora H e il marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nella gestione degli orari di arrivo e partenza. L'appartamento si trova in una zona comodissima vicino al mare. Ci ritornerò.

  El check-in muy puntual y el piso tal y como nos lo habíamos imaginado, todo muy bien!

  Eine sehr preiswerte Wohnung, in einer Seitenstraße ruhig gelegen, kurze Wege zum Strand und zur Rambla Poble Nou. Lokalitäten und Supermarkt gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

  Siamo stati in questo appartamento a metà Febbraio. L'appartamento è molto comodo e ben equipaggiato. I proprietari sono stati disponibili e gentili. L'ubicazione dell'alloggio è perfetta con molti negozi per l'acquisto di generi alimentari e altro. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza alla fermata ...della metro e al mare. Anche avere una propria ramblas è stata una bella sorpresa. Diamo cinque stelle al quartiere, molto tranquillo e familiare e all'appartamento semplice, ma comodo e con tutto quello che occorre. Torneremo di nuovo nel nostro prossimo viaggio a Barcellona.

  L'appartamento è molto grande e fornito di tutto il necessario, i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. bisognerebbe migliorare alcune cose: una ritinteggiata ai muri, una rinfrescata alle tende e nelle camere più piccole, cambiare i materassi!!! Unica cosa sgradita, il portone sottostante che... chiudendosi sbatte rumorosamente ed è sotto l'alloggio! Complessivamente buon alloggio e vicino al mare.
