Apartment located in the Eixample Izquierdo neighbourhood of Barcelona, between Hospital Clinic, the Diagonal and the Sants train station, where trains set out to diverse destinations, such as the Prat Airport. The apartment is well connected with the city centre; you can arrive within 20 minutes, using any of the many options for public transportation.
The apartment is only 20 minutes walking distance from the fairgrounds (Plaza España and Montjuïc), and is therefore very comfortable for those who are interested in the numerous commercial opportunities. Following Plaza España, you may continue to the mountain of Montjuïc, where there are many important archaeological, anthropologic, and artistic museums known around the world; such as the Miró Foundation and the National Museum of Catalan Art (MNAC).
There are also spectacular light and music shows at the fountains as well as long walks through gardens which was the centre of the Olympic games in 1992. Also close by, you will find the unique Catalan modernist buildings from Gaudí, such as the Pedrera or Batlló House. Throughout the entire area there are wonderful restaurants, quality commercial areas and the public library is less than 100 meters away. It is one of the most tranquil and safe areas of Barcelona with great public transportation.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of an old building in perfect condition. There is a lift and a door man. The apartment is tranquil with an exit to a nice sunny balcony. It has been recently refurbished and is equipped with heating, hot water, parquet floors, and isolated/acclimatized windows which block out sound and extreme temperatures. The bathroom has a large shower. The kitchen includes dishes and all the necessary equipment for five people. There is an electric stove, a convection oven, washer/dryer and iron for clothes, as well as a toaster, blender and microwave. This apartment has one bedroom and is ideal for two or three people, although there is room for 4 or 5 people. There is charming decoration and lighting. In the living room there is a television with DVD, stereo system and Internet connection. The double bedroom includes two beds which can be separated and an additional pull-out bed. Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel ingericht. Absoluut aanbevolen voor een verblijf in Barcelona. Ook afhalen van de sleutels liep problemos en de locatie op 5 minuten van de Metro konden we gemakkelijk om de stad te verkennen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für einen Aufenthalt in Barcelona absolut empfehlenswert. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemos und die Lage 5 Minuten von der Metro ermöglichte uns, die Stadt bequem zu erkunden.

Attention Exemple est tres vaste et cet appartement se situe plus du coté de plaza espana que catalonia. Il est donc un peu excentré même s'il est bien desservi par les transports en commun. Il faut donc s'organiser en conséquence et finalement, l'option taxi s'avère inintéressante la nuit. ...Sinon, coté chambre, tres spacieuse et lumineuse, l'insonorisation est tres bonne avec la rue, mais pas avec les voisins d'à coté qui peuvent regarder la TV très fort à des horaires espagnols Sinon, RAS équipement et accueil, parfait

De gastheren waren zeer nice and friendly.Het appartement is klein, maar fijn. Zeer schoon en mooi ingericht. De keuken is uitgerust met alles wat die we nodig voor een kort verblijf.Al met al aanbevolen sterk.
Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist klein, aber fein. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Uitstekend contact met de eigenaar van het appartement is de beschrijving, het is in uitstekende staat. verblijf ontbreekt helderheid en dubbele beglazing is niet onberispelijk.Het district is goed gemeenschappelijk en de nabijgelegen metro. over het algemeen adviseer ik deze verhuur.
Excellent contact avec le propriétaire, l'appartement correspond au descriptif , il est dans un excellent état. le séjour manque de luminosité et le double vitrage n'est pas irréprochable.Le quartier est bien fréquenté et le métro tout proche. dans l'ensemble je recommande cette location.
