It has two modern bathrooms, both with a shower and WC, an open kitchen will all necessary kitchen utensils and a large lounge with a table to sit around and enjoy your meals. It has radiators and a good Wi-Fi internet connection.

TRANSPORT
Located in the residential and typical district of Poblenou, you will find yourself in an area of the city full of shops, bars and restaurants. You can easily walk to the famous Rambla del Poblenou, which is full of comfortable terraces and boutiques, but also to the city beaches. Four streets away, you will find the “Selva de Mar” underground station on Line 4, which will take you directly to the fun Barceloneta district, the Old Town at the “Jaume I” station, but also the Passeig de Gracia and bohemian Gracia quarter.

You will not be able to have any parties in the apartment, events, or make any noise which is disturbing in the apartment.
The property owner only accepts customers 24 years old or more.
