Zentrumsnahe Dachgeschosswohnung mit großer Terrasse für 4

  The apartment was beat up and the furniture in bad shape. We had to constantly fix the screws on the chairs. The walls were badly plastered and needed paint. The kitchen was terribly equipped, way below minimum. Had to buy basic kitchen utensils. The water heater suffered from low gas pressure and ...had to be coaxed into operation. Master BR did not even have end tables. Your website said that there was a DVD player, but there was not. We told the contact and she said the problems were minor. She eventually got us some cheap pans and bowls for the kitchen and some lights for the bed room we could not use. The entire building was being rewired for electrical violations during our stay. When we told the contact person that the elevator did not work, she said she could not do anything about it.

  Die Terrasse war ideal ... und der dor zu genießende Papagei des Nachbarn hatte aufgrund seiner Sprechfähigkeiten einen hohen Unterhaltungswert. Die Wohnung war sauber, allerdings ercht einfach möbliert.

  Appartement bien situé dans un immeuble calme et tous les petits commerces sont à proximité. Propre et bien équipé avec une vrai terrasse. L'appartement est conforme à la description.

  Appartement très agréable en dernier étage (avec ascenceur) et une grande terrasse. A 15min à pieds des Ramblas, à 2 pas du métro (Urgell ou San Antoni). Très bon séjour.

  Appartement renové recemment, bien equippé et spacieux. Très bien! A refaire!

  Excellent apartment with a very good location! The handover was very smooth and friendly. The apartment is in a fantastic shape (for Barcelona standards) and very comfortable! We loved the terrace. Would absolutely recommend this apartment.

  L'appartement est parfaitement conforme à la description. Nickel et bien équipé. La personne de contact est débordée mais très aimable et très souriante.

  Bien placé, terrasse agréable et vraiment calme. On a été assez déçu par l'accueil : aucun renseignement sur les commodités, les bons plans, le quartier. Vive la WIFI (qui rame un peu quand on est habitué à l'ADSL français). Contact un peu plus affable au départ.Nous avons trouvé et ...signalé un parking tout près, rue Sepulvedra. Très bon accueil, comme partout d'ailleurs.Attention, paiement espèces à l'arrivée. 

  Appartement bien situé et ensoleillé avec commerces de proximité alentours et métro. En revanche, propreté moyenne. De plus, il est référencé sur le site que les animaux sont acceptés. La personne qui nous a reçu a bien vu la présence de deux petits chiens (deux whippets) lors de notre ...arrivée, mais a été très désagréable lors du départ, car, soit disant, ces derniers ne sont pas acceptés et ont laissé des poils partout dans le canapé "IKEA" à 2000 Euros ! Nous avons laissé l'appartement plus propre qu'il n'était (nous sommes hôteliers ...) . Pourquoi n'ont-ils pas été refusés à l'arrivée ?  

  Flat has a very nice terrace but the second bedroom has no space - just ok for one person and one couple. The aircon did not work property and the check in and check out service was really not up to the standard of other flats we have rented with other companies in Barcelona. We have rented three ...flats and this one was the worst value for money It is important to train staff to be polite with customers

  Eine sehr helle Wohnung, für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig, mit einer großen Terrasse.

  Die Wohnung an sich ist in Ordnung, nur mussten wir ein wenig auf den Check-in warten (welcher dann jedoch sehr freundlich durchgeführt wurde) und zwei der Terrassenstühle waren kaputt (wir konnten aber die normalen Stühle problemlos auf die Terrasse tragen).
