Große Ferienwohnung mit großer Terrasse im Herzen von Gràcia

  situation à proximité du métro Fontana 2 min a pied contact sur place dès notre arrivée sans retard très bon logement, il manque peut être juste un peu d'épicerie (café, ...) et ce serai au top ! le checkout à 11h est peut être matinal pour le dimanche matin, cependant nous avons pu ...déborder de 15 minutes. très bon service, à l'heure à l'arrivée, à l'heure au départ (et compréhensif sur l'heure de départ avec nos 15 min de retard) 

  Es una casa situada en un barrio encantador, muy cerca del centro. La casa es muy espaciosa, con techos muy altos y un patio perfecto para desayunar y cenar al aire libre. Tiene bastantes habitaciones (2 de matrimonio, 3 individuales y 1 con una litera), y el salón y el comedor son muy amplios y ...bien decorados. El barrio de Gracia es muy bonito, la casa está situada junto a una vivienda modernista, con calles peatonales con muchas tiendas y vida social, aun así la casa es muy silenciosa y al entrar prácticamente estás aislado del ruido, y muy buen comunicada (a 3 paradas de metro directo a las Ramblas). Muy recomendable!! 

  La situation est excellente, le quartier sympathique et très vivant. D'une manière générale le logement est bien. Quelques critiques en vue d'amélioration : - La chambre donnant sur la rue est bruyante. Un double vitrage y serait bienvenu. - Il n'y a pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine pour ...les groupes nombreux. - Quelques cafards traînent de ci de là. - Une VMC dans les salles de bain seraient bien également. Ceci dit on y reviendra volontiers 

Cher client, Oh apprécie et prend en compte vos commentaires. Le propriétaire va prendre les mesures nécessaires afin que le nettoyage de l’appartement soit fait et ainsi offrir un séjour agréable aux clients.

  Cet appartement est très agréable, nous avons vraiment profite du jardin intérieur. L appartement est très bien, nous étions 8 et nous avons apprécié les 2salles de bain. Le jardin intérieur est vraiment agréable. La situation géographique est idéale. Nous sommes ravis.

  Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 6 Personen dort. Der Aussenbereich, den wir auf Grund der Witterung leider nicht nutzen konnten ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, nur 2 Minuten von der nächsten U-Bahnstation entfernt. Das Viertel Gracia ist noch sehr ...ursprünglich, mit vielen kleinen Geschäften und Kunstläden. Auch Einkaufmöglichkeiten für Essen und Trinken sind in der Nähe. Die Restaurants in dem Viertel sind sehr zu empfehlen und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Eine Wohnung die man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann. 

  L'appartement se situe à quelques minutes de la station Fontana et on peut rejoindre la plaça Gracei en peu de temps c'est très utile. Appartement génial, conviviale la terrasse est un énorme avantage. L'appartement se trouve dans une ruelle calme et à 4 mineures même m'as se trouve un supermarché

  Immense appartement, propre, bien décoré, bien entretenu, au calme ( seule une chambre donne sur la ruelle à sens unique, sans beaucoup de circulation). Extraordinaire patio arboré, hyper-calme ne donnant pas sur la ruelle. Cuisine bien équipée. Quartier sympa avec un petit supermarché à 3 ...minutes à pied. Appartement très bien situé : à 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Fontana qui dessert les principaux quartiers de Barcelone, notamment la Rambla. A noter : l'appartement se trouve à quelques mètres de la "Casa Vicens", première grande oeuvre de Gaudi à Barcelone ! (mais ne se visite pas). BON PLAN POUR SE GARER : le parking Viajeros, à 7euros par jour (tarif pour 4 jours minimum), ce qui est un prix exceptionnel pour Barcelone. A environ 30 minutes de métro de l'appartement. 

  Super ausgestattete Wohnung, nur fünf Gehminuten von der Metrostation weg. Ruhige und schöne Lage in Barcelona. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

  We were welcomed by the owner who was very friendly when we arrived. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, which was brilliant. As a group of 9 we were very pleased with the apartment. The front double room can get noisy because of street traffic and the shower in the small bathroom did not... drain very well but this was not a huge problem. A major advantage of this apartment is the fantastic location, with a very reasonably priced supermarket just 3 minutes around the corner and Fontana metro station just a few minutes away, which was very useful. The apartment was well stocked with utensils and equipment and so this made preparing meals very easy. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to a friend. I was most impressed with the location and the fact that the apartment was well equipped. Each room was very comfortable to stay in and the lovely terrace outside was a bonus! I would recommend this to my friends as I have been pleased with the value for money.

  Das Viertel, in dem diese Wohnung liegt ist sehr empfehlenswert und schön; die Wohnung war super für neun Leute, groß genug und mit dem ausreichenden Komfort.

  Nous étions sept filles à loger dans cet appartement, l'accueil de la propriétaire a été plus que chaleureux (même avec une heure de retard de notre part). Le logement est plutôt spacieux, très propre, décoré avec goût, avec tout le confort nécessaire.. Les photos sont significatives, ...pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée ! La terrasse est un véritable plus ! Nous avons passez un agréable séjour, n'hésitez plus ! 

  Die Lage im Gràcia ist ausgezeichnet. Metro-Station Fontana nur ein paar Schritte. Frühstück im Innenhof und den Abend dort ausklingen lassen waren wunderschön.

  We had a family re-union in this apt.,it was fantastic !!! Ingrid was excellent, so friendly and helpful. I think Gracia is the nicest area in Barcelona, as it is so authentic, and full of character. I always seems to feel so safe and relaxed there. This apt. is exactly what we were looking ...for,on a very quiet street, so peaceful, yet just around the corner from Gran de Gracia and Fontana Merto. The layout of the 6 bedrooms is great, as is the rest of apt. Outside space wonderful. All appliances in kitchen perfect, we prepared many lovely meals there. We all enjoyed this apt. so much. Patricia. Ireland. 

  The accommodation is bigger than the photos! The description of the apartment and the locaation to local amenities and transport does not do it enough justice...everything was excellent!!! From the time we arrived and met with I, to the time we left, we felt like we didn't have enough time. The ...internet connection was good and the back yard patio was our daily meeting/conversation point. Everything was straight forward re the booking online to paying the remainder to I upon arrival. There was 7 of us (belated birthday 'girlie' holiday) but we never once felt cramped. The hot water in the main bathroom went cold for 3 people (one time only) but other than that...no complaints. We will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!  

  superbe appartement très confortable, propre et spacieux (literie un peu "raide" à notre goût ...) le métro est à 2 mn à pied qui permet de rejoindre le centre ville très rapidement (2 stations) la rue est plutôt calme, la chambre qui donne directement dessus peut être un petit peu ...bruyante mais bon nous sommes en ville ! la propriétaire est gentille et serviable, merci à elle pour son accueil 

  The appartment was fantastic, lots of space , very clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and friendly and communicated well with us. The location couldn't have been better, only 3 min walk to the metro and most things we went to see we're only a few stops away. All in all a perfect place... to stay and I would defiantly stay there again next time I go to barcelona.

  Perfect apartment, perfect position and kind contact person!We had 2 perfect days there, the home is well equipped and easy to reach with the metro.

  Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und ohne Fenster, aber das stört überhaupt nicht, denn tagsüber hat man die Türen offen, und in der Nacht soll es ja finster sein. An Geräten ist alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, die Terrasse ist super. Insgesamt ist die ...Wohnung ideal für zwei Familien, weil es zwei Bäder gibt, auch wenn sie recht klein sind. 

  Just back from a family holiday and had a great time. Apartment was spotless and in a great location - only 3 stops from city centre. The Gracia area was really nice with great shops and Tapa's bars.Will definitely return to this apartment in the future. Plus side for us also was that it was in a quiet residential area - so no disturbances at night.

  Saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden!

  Der Patio war an den Abenden der beste Aufenthaltsort.Die Ferienwohnung hat natürlich schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, ist aber insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Der Wasserablauf der Dusche im kleinen Badezimmer funktionierte nur sehr langsam.

  Die Räumlichkeiten waren ok.Wenn man allerdings mit 6 oder 8 Personen dort Urlaub macht ,sind die Bäder einfach zu klein.Die Betten waren sauber und ordentlich .Allerdings gehört die Wohnung einmal grundgereinigt .Die Küchenschränke und die Kaffeemaschine hätten es besonders nötig.Die ...Vermieterin war sehr nett,allerdings versteht Sie nur ein bisschen Deutsch und auch die Zuverlässigkeit läst zu wünschen übrig.Wir wollten die Wohnung um 9 Uhr morgens übergeben und Sie kam erst um 10Uhr ,sodass wir Glück hatten unser Flugzeug zu bekommen. 

  Wir waren zu fünf Frauen dort und es hat uns super gefallen.Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie die Bilder es im Internet zeigen.Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und keine 3 Minuten entfernt findet man einen Supermarkt, die Metrostation und eine Einkaufsstraße mit vielen kleinen, aber netten ...Geschäften.In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Sehr schön ist der Innenhof , den wir oft und gerne genutzt haben.Ein Badezimmer ist von der Größe her ok, das zweite sehr klein.Wir sind uns alle einig gewesen, dass wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen werden. Alle Mails wurden schnell beantwortet und unsere Kontaktperson war super nett und pünktlich. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir.....es wäre toll, wenn man zusätzlich zu den Duschtüchern auch normalgroße Handtücher bekommen würde. Sonst war alles prima. 

  The apartment is lovely, especially the terrace. The beds are a bit hard though, not what we are used to.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal im schönen Gracia-ganz in der Nähe der Metro. Geschäfte, Restaurants, schöne Plätze und Bars befinden sich fußläufig. Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten,geschmackvoll dekoriert und hat mit der Terrasse eine richtige kleine Oase im Hinterhof. Nachteilig ist, ...dass die meisten Schlafzimmer gefangene Räume ohne Fenster sind. Die Küchenausstattung könnte, gerade wenn man mit mehreren Personen kommt, noch besser sein. Es fehlten z. B. Bretter oder Eierbecher und es gab wenig Besteck. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und alles lief unkompliziert. Sie versprach, beim nächsten Mal mehr als ein Handtuch pro Person zur Verfügung zu stellen!

  De lacation

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Gesamtpaket stimmt, Lage, Stadt, die Atmosphäre der Wohnung und die Freundlichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder, danke!

  Wir können uns kein besseres Quartier für einen Barcelona-Trip mit einer Gruppe von 8-9 Personen vorstellen! Die Lage ist absolut top, die Wohnung optimal, sauber und die Terrasse zum genießen. Was will man mehr!

  Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben alle ein Fenster in den Flur , also sehr hellhörig.Ein Bad ist so klein , wie eine Nasszelle. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr abgewohnt, das beste ist die Terasse und die Lage.

  Tout s'est bien passé

   Se trata de una propiedad antigua con lo básico para la estancia de grupos . Desde mi punto de vista deberían de restaurarla un poco, se echa de menos ventilación en los dormitorios ya que excepto uno, el resto no tiene ninguna ventana, los colchones son súper duros, lo que hace que muchas ...veces te levantes con dolor de espalda... Muy pocos detalles para hacer mas agradable el espacio. La limpieza justa sin grandes esfuerzos, por ejemplo, las mantas que estaban dentro de los armarios estaban aun sin lavar del grupo anterior. La cocina aunque antigua, tenia todo lujo de menaje, diría que no faltaba de nada... vajilla y enceres de sobra. Parece mas una estancia estudiantil o para grupos de jóvenes. La ubicación era buena, muy cerca del metro de Fontana. La propietaria correcta.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt. Alles ist schnell mit der U Bahn erreichbar. Es gibt auch paar Läden in der Nähe die bis spät in der Nacht / auch Sonntags/ auf haben.Wer am Morgen keine Lust auf Kaffe kochen hat, kann gleich gegenüber in ein ganz nettes Caffe gehen und ziemlich ...günstig frühstücken und erst Gaudi Haus bewundern, die nämlich zwei Häuser weiter steht.So eine gute Lage hat auch Nachteile... Nachts ist manchmal laut und da Wohnung eine Altbau ist , ist er auch ziemlich schlecht isoliert. Also - Ohropacks mitnehmen. Die Betten sind ziemlich hart, aber frisch bezogen und ganze Wohnung nett eingerichtet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene mit 5 Kids, und kamen mit kochen, waschen und etc super zurecht.  

  Location was the best aspect. Overall it was way below my expectations and the pictures make it look much better than it is. WiFi was very slow and only work at the entrance of the house. Towels and sheets were barely enough and overall condition of the house was very basic.

  The location right in the center of Gracia, but still in a quiet street is fantastic. The apartment facilities are good, just as in the description, with many rooms, fully equiped kitchen, and a great terrace - excellent for big groups

  Barcelona ist eine Reise wert...Atmosphäre, Baukunst, das Meer, das Leben in Gracia, die Plätze, dafür bietet die Wohnung einen guten Ausgangspunkt dank der guten U-Bahn Verbindung. Touristisch, alles gut organisiert, Tipp: man muss Zeit mitbringen für den späteren Einlass oder vorher online ...buchen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet für eine große Gruppe, auch für 2 Familien, einen schönen Ausgangsort. Schlafräume klein und ohne Fenster aber gutes Raumklima! Schöne Terrasse und gute Küchenausstattung (aber neue Pfannen und Espressokocher wären super). Kontakt mit der Vermieterin gut, entgegenkommend. Ein DVD-Player wurde uns netterweise nachgeliefert. Guter Service und Ausgangsort und Aufenthalt mitten im Stadtleben für eine große Gruppe! 

  Die Zimmer sind leider alle nach innen und haben keine Fenster und damit auch keine Belüftung. Freundliche Kontaktperson und super Lage.

  We were 9 adults and children, it SAS nice with 6 bedrooms, even they were small. We likes the terrasse and the metrostation close to the apartment.

  Große Wohnung mit reichlich Platz für 6 Personen, für jede mit eigenem Schlafzimmer. Nur eines der Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zur kleinen Gassenstraße nach draußen. Da wir uns ausschließlich morgens und abends in der Wohnung aufhielten, konnten wir gut über einige Schwachstellen ...hinwegsehen. Die Unterkunft ist gut, man merkt aber, dass die Wohnung viel frequentiert ist. Von den zwei Bädern ist eines größer und gut für die "morgentliche Toilette" zu nutzen. Das Zweite ist sehr klein und für Dusche und Toilette ausreichend. Dies erfordert eine gewisse Disziplin. Die Küche ist sehr groß, hell und gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse liegt geschützt im Hinterhof. Nachts bitten die Nachbarn um Ruhe, da der Schall stark hinauf getragen wird. Für eine Städtereise waren wir gut zufrieden. 

  Gemütliche Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Dingen. Wir waren mit acht Personen hier und hatten ausreichend Platz. Nach den anstrengenden Besichtigungstouren durch Barcelona hatten wir am Abend immer ein gemütliches Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, auf das wir uns freuen konnten.

  Die Wohnung liegt nahe an einer Metrostation und einem Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Terasse war super, die Betten waren jedoch etwas klein. Für 9 Personen war 1 Bad von der Grösse her okay, das andere doch etwas sehr klein.

  La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia, hay cucarachas y arañas, la propietaria o agente se fue y dejo vasos sucios, el precio es caro y la calidad mediocre, luego muy mal aislado, y hacia frio

Confirmarle que hemos trasladado sus comentarios al propietario que nos confirma que se ha realizado una fumigación completa del piso y se han instalado aparatos eléctricos anti cucarachas, por lo tanto se ha eliminado la presencia de cucarachas. Asimismo confirma que los colchones son nuevos y muy cómodos. Finalmente confirmar que se trata de un apartamento situado en una finca antigua, por lo tanto es posible que no esté del todo insonorizado y no hay calefacción, por ello se facilitan estufas para garantizar una temperatura agradable durante los meses invernales.

  The owner was very friendly and the location could not be better! 2 mins walk to the metro. Also, it would be useful to say if the owner has a card machine because I took the whole safety deposit in cash!

  I, la propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. L'appartement est très agréable, les photos sont vraiment fidèles, il y a 6 chambres dont certaines un peu petites mais tout était vraiment parfait. C'est un appartement que nous relouerons avec plaisir. Le quartier est super et ...l'appartement est tout proche du métro. Bref un super appartement! 

  Die Zimmer sind zwar klein und größtenteils ohne Fenster - aber für unsere Gruppe (5 Damen 60+) wunderbar, da wir alle Einzelzimmer hatten. Zur Wohnung gehört eine sehr schöne Terrasse.

  Nous avons été charmé ma famille et moi,5 adultes,2 ados,1enfant par cet appartement situé à 2min à pied du métro Fontana (à 7 min des Ramblas Metro Place Catalunya) Deux supérette à proximité . La proprietaire nous a aimablement reçus à l'heure exacte du RDV. Tout y était ...Chauffage d'appoint . Wifi et 2 téléviseurs Cuisine bien équipée pour des vacances. 6 chambres pas très grandes mais suffisantes...(un peu de bruit des voisins le matin pour certaines d'entre elles ...) Serviette de bain et draps nickels Deux salles de bain /WC (une un peu exiguë ) Petit bonheur supplémentaire ,la "terrasse Marocaine" Bref : séjour très agréable,nous y retournerons ...  

  Terrasse géniale, chambres cosy il serait agréable d'avoir une astuce pour aérer les chambres qui n'ont pas de fenetres. Sinon excellent séjour que nous renouvellerons

  le quartier est parfait pour un moment de repos après avoir trotté dans la ville de Barcelone. moins peuplé, moins touristique, vous arrivez dans un petit village dans la ville. la terrasse est PLUS qu'apréciable le soir avec un vin blanc frais que vous achetez, sans vous ruiner et avec de bons ...conseils du caviste hyper gentil (qui parle anglais) à deux rues de l'appart.sincèrement, un appart que je recommande pour un séjour agréable. petit bémol, et à l'attention d'I : mettez des couteaux qui coupent ....  

  Appartement idéal pour 2 familles, tous le nécessaires est présents pour un séjour de 2 jours ou de 10 jours. Serviettes, parasols, superbe terrasse, :-) situé à côté d'une station métro, de 2 supermarchés et en plein coeur d'un beau quartier ! Appartement à conseiller

  We had a very pleasant stay at this appartment. The apartment has an ideal position. Within 150m radius you'll find a supermarket, bakery and metrostation Fontana. The bars and restaurant of district Gracia are within walking distance.

  We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The apartment matches the photographs. The Terrace is a real bonus.Our contact was really helpful especially as we had unforeseen travel problems which meant that one of our party turned up a good five hours before the rest of us.The location is really ...excellent good transport, shops all close to apartment. We found the Gracia district a lovely area to stay in.  

  Très bon séjour, l'appartement est grand avec une super terrasse! La rue devant est calme, mais le quartier est très animé et proche du métro! La propriétaire a été très sympathique avec nous. À recommander!

  Spacious apartment in great neighborhood. Travelling with 7 kids ages 0-12 years the cosy streets, closeness to metro, garden and apartment on street level was perfect for us.

  Auf den Bildern wirkte es sehr viel größer. Das Vorhandensein weniger Fenster sollte eventuell angemerkt werden. Die Kontaktperson war sehr zuvorkommend, die Lage der Wohnung ideal.
