3-Zimmer Ferienwohnung ganz in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia

  Apartment was perfect, sparklling clean, beautifully decorated. D the landlord was very considerate ,on time ,unobtrusive excellent service. Website should advise that 2 of the 3 bedrooms do not have external windows. Would use apartment again but not in high summer as no a/c , therefore too ...hot. Toilet paperr in both bathrooms should be provided. The above comments are not criticism merely for information only. My husband , adult children and myself had a delightful time and thoroughly enjoyed the use of the apartment and would definitely use it again. Thank you for a nice holliday 

  Ottima posizione,a due passi dalla metro per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città; prossimo a numerosi bar e ristoranti. referente molto cordiale e disponibile,appartamento ben curato come da foto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

  De contactpersoon J A was prima bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk, correct en behulpzaam. Het appartement was goed schoon en ligt op een uitstekende locatie aan een gezellige straat, om de hoek de sagrada familia. We zouden er zo weer heen gaan!

  the location of the apartment was great.. 1 block from the metro and we loved being able to see la sagrada familia from the bedroom window. we were short one bath towel, but the owner dropped off another towel very quickly. 4 people were more than comfortable in the apartment. and a small clothes washer was a great bonus!

  It wasn't the apartment owner who met us at the apartment at the beginning and end of our stay, so perhaps he didn't give us as much information as the owner would have done, for example regarding the sofa, rubbish disposal etc.because he didn't know. The apartment was very close to la Sagrada ...Familia. The lounge/dining room faced onto a busy road, which was very noisy if anyone was sleeping on the sofa bed. We managed to work out how to open up the sofa bed, but there were no sheets, or pillowcase to use with it. The bed in the main bedroom and single bedroom were very uncomfortable, the mattresses extremely hard and unforgiving after a days sight seeing. The lighting in the smaller double was broken, which we were told about. The apartment was adequately clean, but not especially so.

  Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Fantastisches Frühstücks-Cafe schräg gegenüber. Viele kleine, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Barcelona, wurden sehr gut betreut und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und stimmig in allen Details eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Ein toller Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf die Sagrada Familia. Die Lage ist super, mit der U-Bahn kommt man schnellstens zu allen Highlights. Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren.

  Very nice and clean. It would have been good if dishwasher tablets have been provided. It was also great that there was oil, pepper and salt already there- which meant one could easily cook, without buying everything.Thanks!

  Well located and tidy apartment on a lively street. Master bedroom situated in the backside of building without any noise from the street. Lovely chuch bells from Sagrada Family tolled often with nice tunes. Grocery shops nearby, Bonpreu better one with excellent service, two excellent Mexican restaurants just 50 meters away. Wifi functioned well.

  Apartment was nice and clean. We found everything we needed. It is1st floor so there is noise from the traffic if you keep the doors open to the street. There was no AC, but fans in every bedroom.

  The closeness of this apartment to Sagrada Familia is amazing. You could practically touch it from the back room. The only down side to the place is that it's on a main road. During the day and only if the window is open the noise is quite loud. The rooms are not affected by the noise which is great... if you want to lie in. Fairly close to the beach and within 10 euros to get to Rambla's by cab. Owner was amazing. I'd definitely recommend to a party of 2/6. I can't put into any more words how much we enjoyed this apartment. 10/10.

  We were entirely happy with our 2 week stay. J. perfectly accomodated our arrival and departure times and was prompt in answering our questions. The apartment was as expected, very comfortable and roomy. There is not a window in the bathroom, so there is a bit of a mold problem, but that is off ...set by the large, deep soaker tub and wonderful water pressure. The washer and clothes line were grand because we are minimalist packers' There are restaurants, a grocery, pharmacy, fruit market, bakery, butcher and several shops on the block. There is a metro station immediately around the corner from the unit that is easy and inexpensive to use. We highly recommend this unit for comfort, location, and space. Again, we can't say enough about J.and our crazy communications! 

  L'appartement est très confortable, propre, bien situé, et correspond bien à la description donnée. Tous les commerces nécessaire pour s'approvisionner sont à proximité ainsi que les stations de métro. La vue sur les clochers de la Sagrada Familia est inspirante et son carillon nous ...enchantait. Nous recommandons cet appartement que nos avons occupé à 4 personnes sans difficulté durant 15 jours. Accueil, propreté, équipement, proximité des services et lieux touristiques, tranquillité, pièces de séjour pour se reposer et manger à plusieurs.

  Nous avons passé un week-end de trois jours, nous étions un groupe 6 et cet appartements etait parfait. Bien aménagé, et à proximité de la Sagrada familia, nous étions enchanté. L'appartement est propre, calme, à proximité des commerces , Metro et taxi...Un superbe séjour à BarceloneUn grand merci au propriétaire très gentil :)

  Mooi en ruim appartement, alles erop en eraan. Ligging bij de Sagrada perfect. Er komt wel veel herrie van de straat dus lekker op het balkon zitten is er niet bij. t

  Appartement très bien situé dans Barcelone, bon état général de l'appartement bien équipé.Personne de contact : il ne s'agit pas du propriétaire, j'aurais préféré.

  L'appartement est placé à côté de la sagrada familia.... c'est tout .Les photos ont été faites par un photographe, car la réalité est différente, les meubles sont usagés, ... il fait une chaleur étouffante, très bruyant alors que l'on était fin aout donc moins de monde, impossible de ...dormir fenêtre ouverte... et deux chiens comme voisins . Pour le check out, nous avons attendu 1 heure pour rien puisqu'il fallait laisser les clefs dans la boite aux lettres, mais nous ne le savions pas.Bref pas de tout repos. Plage plus proche à 40 minutes de marche . 

  The apartment is well located near La Sagrada Familia. The area is quite quiet a night.

  Just a bit more flexibility, very obvious there was no need to vacate by 11 so why insist on it?
