  It was great, just what we needed and in such a fantastic location. The only downpoint was the amount of stairs and no lift!

  After paying the deposit, the contact person in barcelona took my full card details. When i asked him why this was needed, he said that it was necessary to ensure that any damage made to the property by us could be recovered by you and he ensured me that I could trust him completely.   appartement idéalement bien situé, tres propre, tres confortable .un petit peu bruyant ,mais acceptable au vue du déambulement des rues de barcelone !!!!!si c'était a refaire je prendrais le meme !!!!! oh-barcelona.com TRANSACTION SURE ET PROFESSIONNELLE !!!!

  De accomodatie ligt midden in het centrum. Het appartement is prima (modern, schoon, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien). Nadeel van de centrale ligging is wel het lawaai tot diep in de nacht. Als men in de zitkamer slaapt, zijn oordoppen aan te bevelen. De trap naar het appartement is ...smal, vrij stijl en een hele klim. De straat zelf kan wat onveilig overkomen. Ondanks dit alles is het appartement wel een aanrader!

  This apartment is not privately owned and therefore is pretty heavily used. It is also one of many apartments in the building rented out by the same company so you are not part of the "community" but rather one of many groups of vacationers. This significantly increases the risk that you have a ...loud group of partiers right above or below you (which we had and got NO sleep the first night as the apartment is not at all sound insulated.) We were also not told that it is located in the middle of a large pedestrian zone so we had to pay an extra 30 Euro a day for parking and drag luggage and a 2 year old several blocks over cobblestones before dragging everything up 5 flights of stairs. Wifi was also an extra charge. I would not recommend this to families or quiet vacationers.
