Comfortable apartment for 6 in Barcelona

  Ideale Lage und Größe für eine Städtereise in kleiner Gruppe (oder Familie). Gute, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Leider waren in der Küche kein Toaster und keine funktionstüchtige Kaffeemaschine - dafür aber 2 defekte Maschinen - vorhanden.

Oh-Barcelona:

(07/12/2010) Der Eigentümer teilt der Agentur mit, dass er eine neue Kaffeemaschine und einen neuen Toaster gekauft hat. Der Vermieter weist darauf hin, dass ihn die Gäste während des Aufenthaltes über jegliche Mängel benachrichtigen sollten, damit er den Schaden rechtzeitig beheben kann.

  Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Die Lage der Wohnung, direkt an einem der schönsten Plätze, ist ideal für Besichtigungen. Zwar keine dolle Aussicht, aber sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette Kontaktperson.

  La personne de contact était sympathique. Dès à présent pour un petit séjour à l'étranger nous nous tournerons vers ce type de logement plutot que d'aller à l'hotel.

  Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Plaza Real. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von hier zu Fuß aus erreichbar. Die Ausstattung entspricht einfachem Standard. Das Etagenbett aus Metall lässt leider keinen geruhsamen Schlaf zu, da es bei jeder Bewegung ...quietscht. Das sog. Doppelbett sind zwei nebeneinander gestellte Einzelbetten, bei dem das eine Lattenrost beschädigt ist. Der Kühlschrank ließ sich in der Temparatur nicht regulieren. Auf der niedrigsten Stufe gefror der Inhalt schnell an, was Salat und Gemüse bereits nach einem Tag unbrauchbar machte. Ansonsten ist die Küche mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer besticht durch seine Schlichtheit. Der Wasserboiler ist zu klein geraten (spätestens die dritte Person duscht kalt). Wer keine hohen Ansprüche stellt, ist mit dieser Wohnung sicherlich gut bedient. Trotz kleiner Unzulänglichkeiten würden wir sie wieder mieten, wenn das Quietschen beim Etagenbett abgestellt würde. 

Oh-Barcelona:

Zu keinem Zeitpunkt während ihres Aufenthaltes haben die Kunden den Eigentümer kontaktiert. Es gibt gar keinen Wasserboiler sonder einen Gas- Durchlauferhitzer der solange heisses Wasser liefert, wie man den Heisswasser- Hahn aufhat, also im Extremfall auch mehrere Stunden oder Tage hintereinander. Das Lattenrost war nicht beschädigt, sondern nur verrutscht. Wir bedauern, dass der Salat gefroren ist, durch Lagerung in der Gemüse- Schublade hätte das verhindert werden können. Die Ausstattung ist u.E. überdurchschnittlich, wie ein simpler Blick in die Liste auf der Webseite bestätigt.

  Accomidation was amazing, would defo use this place again. Great location and brilliant amenities, all as described. Great deal!! Excellent communication and great value for money! Will be using again in the fufture.

  The accomodation was rather basically decorated. Very well located closeby the Plaza Real and contact person was on time and helped when airco didn't work properly.

  Die Unterkunft war gut, einfach, sauber und zweckmässig vorallem super gelegen, hier schliesse ich mich den guten bis sehr guten Bewertungen der Vorgängerinnen und Vorgänger an. Obwohl sich die Wohnung in einem sehr lebhaften Viertel befindet, war es sehr ruhig und wir fühlten uns jederzeit ...sicher. Der Kühlschrank kühlt wirklich sehr stark. Wenn die kälteempfindlichen Produkte in der Gemüseschublade oder den unteren Tablaren aufbewahrt werden, dann ist auch der Kühlschrank gut zu benutzen. Das Etagenbett ist für leichtere Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Da es keinen eigentlichen Lattenrost hat, sondern einen Gitterrost, kann es bei schwereren Personen quitschen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Morgens Kultur und nachmittags Strand. Mit dem Bus Nr. 59 (Haltestelle Liceu) ging es bequem an den Strand (Fussweg ca. 15 - 20 Minuten mit Kindern). Mit den T10 - oder T30-Tickets ist eine Busfahrt auch sehr günstig, wenn nicht eine BarcelonaCard angeschafft wird. Die Kontaktperson war pünktlich, zuverlässig und sehr F .Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit und ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. 

  We really enjoyed our stay in this appartment, but we regretted the fact that the kitchen is quite dark without any view and you easily hit your head while opening the window as is just above the beds in the bedroom with 2 single beds. But...we loved the place anyhow!

  Leider haben wir die erste Nacht in einer Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern verbracht obwohl wir eine Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern gebucht hatten. Unsere Kontaktperson hatte uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Notfall vorliegen würde und wir aus diesem Grunde zunächst mit der anderen Wohn ung Vorlieb nehmen ...solten. Wir haben uns darauf eingelassen, aber im Nachhinein hätte hier eine Preisreduktion erfolgen müssen,  

  Super Wohnung. Bis auf die Klima/Heizung. Die Heizung war leider nicht in Betrieb und nur mit der Klima die auch Heitzen soll ist es am Abend leider zu kalt in der Wohnung für Dezember. Außerdem ist diese dann auch sehr laut.

  Logement très propre et fonctionnel. Je le recommande.

  Todo perfecto salvo que no había pestillo en el baño y no funcionaba el interfono. Si arreglan los dos inconvenientes, perfecto.

  Unterkunft entspricht den Bewertungen und der Beschreibung. Kleinigkeiten könnten in der Wohnung in Ordnung gebracht werden, z.B. Kühlschrank, lose Handtuchhalter, schwergängige Fensterläden und Fenster.

  Me ha gustado mucho el piso. Se encuentra en una calle muy tranquila, la ubicación es fenomenal. Muy buen contacto con la persona encargada del piso.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a great location, really well connected and so close to La Ranbla. When we arrived it was a really busy area and after having some food and drinks we returned to the apartment. It was very busy outside the front door and thought it would be a restless night - ...however, inside the apartment you couldn't hear a thing! Everything available that we required and corner shop within 30 second walk for essentials. Would definately stay again. 

  We hebben een geweldig weekend gehad in het hartje van Barcelona. Het appartement was goed op een paar kleine dingetjes na.

  appartamento in posizione ottima, attaccato alla Placa Real, lato ramblas. in pieno caos ma assolutamente silenzioso e comodo. famiglia con 3 bambini, buona sistemazione interna. comodi i letti e le tre camere con castello, buona la cucina ed il bagno. si vede che è un appartamento "datato" ma ben ...ristrutturato. Si sente abbastanza il rumore sopra perchè i pavimenti in legno sono probabilmente sottili, ma il tutto è accettabile. ritornerei e lo consiglio anche per gruppi di amici, la facilità di raggiungere tutto da lì è veramente ottima,  

  Appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, agréable et calme (il ne donne pas sur la rue qui est plutôt bruyante).

  Appartement simple mais fonctionnel, bien situé, juste à coté de la plaza reial. Personne de contact tres serviable, elle parlait même français.

  L'appartement est bien situé. Un peu de rénovation serait appréciable. Il serait avantageux que la cuisine soit un peu mieux équipée. Il manque également de serviettes et de linges de cuisine.

Nous vous informons que le propriétaire confirme avoir contrôlé la quantité de vaisselle et d’ustensiles de cuisine à disposition dans l’appartement, ils sont suffisants pour sa capacité. De même l’appartement dispose de serviettes et de torchons.

  Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer interessanten Stadt. Wir haben nichts zu meckern.

  The apartment exceeded all our expectations. The location could not have been better, special requests were fulfilled without the slightest hesitation and both the owner and the on-site contact person, Alex, come highly recommended by us. This was absolutely perfect. (One reviewer complained ...there had not been enough towels. There were six towels in the apartment and a washer and dryer. These people must have been very, very wet.) Note: if the elevator doesn't work, it's because somewhere on a different floor the last person using it has not closed the door well enough. This happens sometimes.

  The only suggestions I have: make sure the refrigerator is fixed so that it doesn't freeze the food, and have some extra blankets available just in case. Other than that we were very pleased.

Dear Client, we thank you for your comments and value them very much. The property owner has verified the state of the fridge and the heating and they now function perfectly. Furthermore, he reminds all clients of his availability during the stay of all clients in order to solve any possible problems as soon as possible.

  This apartment was fabulous! The location makes it perfect! There would be no other location that we would have rather been. It is quiet at night! The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed. The apartment it self could use a bit of an update. (The towels are very old and... should be replaced. I did have to go out and buy soap and toilet paper. ) The couch has SEEN its day! It was very dirty. Please don't get me wrong, we would stay there again in a heart beat. It just needs a little TLC. A, the person who met us when we arrived and departed was GREAT! When we couldn't figure out the heat...he was there the next day! All in all a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this apartment! Every one was extreamly friendly and helpful!  

  Locatie is perfect, middenin het centrum en in huis toch rustig. Contactpersoon A. was erg behulpzaam, waardoor wij onbezorgd Barcelona konden verkennen. Handdoeken waren ruim voldoende aanwezig, ook keukendoeken, afwasmiddel en toiletpapier was er. Top locatie, prima huis, wat wil een mens nog ...meer? Mooi weer misschien, ik heb een paraplu moeten kopen... Bij een volgende keer Barcelona zullen we zeker kijken of dit appartement vrij is!

  Big apartment central to everything.

  This really is in an excellent location.It is literally 20 meters from Placa Reial and 100mrtres from La Rambla. Familia Sagrada is one change on the Metro and The Nou Camp is very simple with no changes. K the owner was most helpful along with A who collected us and returned us to the airport at a... competative rate. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It is down a side street so noise at night is not a problem but bear in mind it is an apartment block so you will hear the neighbours from time to time. I have no hesitation in recomending the apartment and we will be back - in 4 days we probably covered only half of a fantastic city. 

  The apartment was great, spacious and well furnished, with wifi. Only downside was the noise from the upstairs neighbours, with a very noisy child so we didn't get much sleep during our stay.

  Très bon appartement avec une position idéale entre plage et centre ville.

  appartement spacieux , basique mais largement suffisant puisque nous passions le plus clair de notre temps à visiter la ville . L'accès est rapide le parking le plus proche c'est Ramblas , 2 minute à pied par rue piétonne . Si vous arrivez la nuit n'ayez pas peur la rue piétonne est pleine de ...monde car beaucoup de bars mais pas de danger , même pour nous 6 filles seules ... Le propriétaire est juste adorable !!! Tout parfait !  

  The location - in combination with the AC - made the apartment perfect for discovering Barcelona during hot summer days. The service was perfect!

  L'appartement ne pouvait pas être mieux situé. La personne de contact était très sympa et arrangeante. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages car nous avions un vol tardif. L'appartement était propre et avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin.

  Ligging van het appartement is ideaal; direct naast het Placa Reial, waar zich vele leuke restaurantjes bevinden, en op enkele minuten loopafstand van la Rambla. Op korte loopafstand bevinden zich 2 metrohaltes, bushaltes, kleine winkels voor de dagelijkse boodschappen zoals bakker en supermarkt en ...de Mercat de Boqueria.De contactpersoon is heel behulpzaam. Hij geeft voldoende uitleg over het appartement en tips over de mogelijkheden tijdens het verblijf in Barcelona. Het appartement is zeer ruim met 3 grote slaapkamers, goed uitgeruste keuken en zitgelegenheid in de woonkamer. Bij een volgend verblijf in Barcelona zullen we zeker kijken of dit appartement weer beschikbaar is. 

  Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist sehr leise, weil alle Zimmer in Hinterhöfe gehen. Dadurch ist die Wohnung aber auch etwas dunkel. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung mit viel Geschirr, Sonnen- und Regenschirmen, Spielsachen. Das Mobiliar, Bad und die Gardinen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

  Logement très bien situé, vaste.Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'une salle de bains et surtout que le seul WC soit situé dans cette salle de bains.
