Barcelona vacation rentals: Apartment for 7, Gracia

  Appartement correct malgré un défaut de lumière quartier sympa,séjour génial.

  Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, très propre situé dans un quartier calme, à proximité d'une sortie métro Idéal pour un séjour en famille Propriétaire sympathique

  I stayed here with several friends for a week. Everything in the apartment was brand-new and very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, towels, blankets, and pillows, plus a dishwasher and washing machine. The wifi and cable always worked. We only had to walk 3 minutes to get to a Metro station,... which made sightseeing so easy. There were plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops around. I felt safe even when I was returning alone at night. I loved eating breakfast on the terrace. The landlady was very helpful--we locked ourselves out of the apartment on the first night, and she came to help us at 1:00 a.m. I would recommend this location to any group staying in Barcelona. It was pretty luxurious, and less expensive than a hostel! 

  Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Meter von der nächsten Ubahn-Station. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben dort zu 4. gewohnt, wofür die Wohnung mehr als ausreichend war. Wir können die Wohnung vollstens weiterempfehlen.

  Un apartamento perfecto para estar con amigos o familia y disfrutar de Barcelona, al lado del metro y parada de autobus muy bien comunicado y en el apartemento totalmente equipado con todas las comodidades . Muchas gracias por todo I.

  Appartement au top du top , propre moderne fonctionnel et très bien situé, je le recommande fortement . Je reviendrais d'ailleurs bientôt dans cet appartement. Propriétaire agréable, gentille, ponctuelle

  Propriétaire très ponctuelle, appartement propre et en très bon état. 6 lits dans des chambres séparée, une seule salle de bain donc un peu d'organisation s'impose... Mais bilan plutôt très positif!

  Kontaktperson hat sich bei check in und check out jeweils um eine halbe stunde verspätet, war aber sonst sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Apartment war im ausgezeichneten Zustand und kann man nur weiter empfehlen, TOP! kleiner negativpunkt, die wände sind etwas dünn und bei 8 personen und leichtem schlaf, wäre ohropax zu empfehlen :D

  Our stay in Barcelona was great and we were very happy about the flat and its location, just next the metro station and only a few stops away the city center! Only one negative point is that the flat is not soundproof at all... It was sometimes difficult to have a good night sleep for the rooms near... the street. Thanks again to I anyway for this lovely place! 

  Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, ruhig und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

  Appartement sympa et très bien situé, à proximité immédiate de la ligne L3 du métro et dans un quartier très agréable.

  Me encantó el apartamento del barrio de Gracia en el que estuve. Fue muy acogedor y su propietaria, I., un encanto.

  Nice decor, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The owner was very accommodating with meeting us at the apartment and also with check out. Our only problem was in initially locating the apartment once we made our way to the Gracia neighborhood. The site should indicate that the apartment is... located very near Casa Vicens (a local Gaudi landmark). That would have helped us out tremendously. All in all a very comfortable stay. 

  Lovely apartment, perfect for our large family and made a nice change for everyone to have their own bedroom. Lovely terrace, great for breakfast. Great location, Casa Vicens (Gaudi) at the end of the road). Metro 2 minutes away but also possible to take a leisurely stroll into Barcelona central.... We walked to the port and back! Lots of reasonably priced places to eat for a family. Owner waiting for us on our arrival and arrived on time when we left. Airport approx. 20 minutes by car. We got an 8-seater taxi and the very friendly driver came back for us on our return. Would love to go back and do it all again! 

  Appartement très bien situé, à 3 mn à pieds de la station de métro Fontana. Quelques commerces très proches. Agréable à vivre, très grand. Conforme aux photos du site. Seule chose à déplorer: pour accueillir 8 personnes, 2WC mais 1 seule petite salle de bain, ça peut être ...problématique. Appartement bien décoré, propre, ainsi que le linge.  

  Nice apartment and literally a stone's throw away from one of Gaudi's first works. (not his best but, still) A block removed from the busy street, so it was quiet. Great terrace and aside from some noisy guys on vacation it was really peaceful after a busy day of sightseeing. Some of the rooms ...lack windows but for a short stay, it was perfect for my 6 students. I met us on time, was great to work with and easy to talk to. It was just as advertised.  

  The apartment is in an excellent location just minutes from the metro station and only 2 stops to Las Ramblas.It is so spacious and the terrace is lovely.It is a very comfortable and homely apartment and l will definitely stay there again.The owner was so helpful and was contactable during our stay.

  Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend geklappt.

  Piso con muchissimo encanto, muy bien equipajado y en optima posicion. La duena ha sido muy amable. Lo recomiendo de verdad!

  Very spacious apartment with a lovely terrace that is perfect for breakfasts and dinners! The location is great, 2 minutes next to the metro and at the center of a charming district.

  Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le quartier, où nous avions l'impression de rentrer à la maison après une longue journée de marche.Tout était conforme à la description,et aussi très propre.Comme première expérience en location d'appartement à l'étranger,ce fut au-delà de nos ...attentes. Petit point négatif;les locataires ou vacanciers du dessus étaient très bruyants certains soirs... 

  Location was great. Very clean and tidy. Could do with have air con for very hot days. Toilet was broken on arrival and wasn't fixed while we were there.

  Appartement joliement décoré et très agréable, super pour un groupe d'ami avec ses 7 chambres. Jolie petite terrasse. Le quartier est très sympa avec ses petites places, ses boutiques et restaurants... L'accueil est très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons!
