            L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato nel rispetto della sua struttura originaria ed ha particolari attenzioni ai dettagli. Qualche pecca nella luminosità e nel divano, carente per struttura e corredo.Lo stabile è d'epoca e signorile. Si trova in zona ben servita da metro e bus, comoda per negozi nelle vicinanze, a 10' da La Rambla e Plaza de Catakuna.
