It is needed to deposit the whole amount of booking price long time before the visit. And the doposit wouldn't be returned in case of canceling. These are the worst conditions on the market.

We remind you that the cancellation policy (as well as our general terms and conditions) is indicated in the booking form of each apartment, so that the clients are informed before making the reservation.
Please be also informed that we also have apartments with a flexible or moderate cancellation policy.

I have been using you for years, and I am comfortable of the representations of your apartments. I have recommended you to friends because I trust your information. The only think that would be more helpful is to have a plan of each apartment on the site. I like to see the lay-out of the apartment with the photos, so I can better understand the accommodations.
