  Appartamento come da aspettative, un po piccolo il bagno, ma nel complesso positivo per soggiorni di breve durata. Ottima la posizione, vicino a ingresso metropolitana.

  Un proprietario muy simpatico, la casa bien cuidada.

  Muy bonito el apartemento, suficiente espacio. El barrio muy alegre y con metro solo 10 minutos para ir al centro.

  Mis à part l'absence d'un vrai lit double (le matelas du canapé lit est trop fin mais on s'en accomode) le logement est tout à fait correct et au pied du métro.

  L'alloggio è pulito accogliente e rispetta perfettamente la descrizione e le foto che compaiono sul sito.

  Esta muy bien situado, muy luminoso, la única pega es el ruido si se duerme en el sofa cama del comedor, ya que da a la calle. El edificio donde esta ubicado es muy antiguo pero el piso esta bien.

  Very nice location, close to bars, restaurants, nice and friendly little streets, a small movie theatre and a metrostation with an elevator - perfect when you bring a baby stroller! Some minor problems with the TV remote and kitchen heater occured, but were solved by the very nice contact family.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Betten gut und da die beiden Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof gehen auch einigermaßen ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer liegt an der Straßenseite und die ist auch nachts laut. Gute Metroverbindung und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Stadtteil Gracia bietet viele Restaurants und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre

  Got a little nervous when the contract said make appointment with the owner who spoke only spanish, but he spoke enough english so it was ok!

  La salle de bain et la cuisine n'étaient pas très propre (plancher, vaisselle et lavabo. L'appartement est mal aéré L'appartement est bien situé, mais elle devrait être mieux aéré ou climatisé. Par ailleurs, les odeurs dues à l'humidité dans la salle de bain et la cuisine devraient être corrigées)

Le propriétaire confirme que tous les tuyaux d’écoulement de l’immeuble ont été changés, donc le problème de mauvaise odeur est résolu.

Wir wurden vom Eigentümer informiert, dass im gesamten Gebäude die Abwasserrohre ausgetauscht wurden, womit das Geruchsproblem beseitigt wurde.

  The area was very nice, the apartment light, cosy and warm in the wintertime. Everything worked well, except beds were a bit hard. Contact person is very nice.

  Perfecto ya que se encuentra muy bien situado, al lado del metro y cerca de varios puntos de interés para ir a pie. Lo malo es para aparcar por la zona ya que todo es zona azul y verde pero si vas sin coche es ideal. El trato de los propietarios excelente. Creo que contaré con esta casa su vuelvo a Barcelona.

  seul petit défaut de l'appartement :pas très bien isolé dans le salon, mais pas génant puisque nous étions en mars. Sèche cheveux pas super. Situation excellente, nous ètions très contents, proche du métro, bon quartier, pas de bruit.. La personne de contact ne parlait pas francais mais ...nous avons réussi à communiquer en espagnol. Nous avions prévu la caution en liquide et non pas par carte bancaire..En général, nous sommes tres content du séjour.  

  Wir reisten zu dritt. Wir nutzten zum Schlafen die Schlafzimmer mit isolierten Fenstern zum Hinterhof, sodass wir sehr ruhig schlafen konnten. Ich bin sehr empfindlich mit fremden Betten, fremder Bettwäsche und fremden Handtüchern. Hier war es sehr ansprechend und angenehm. Superschöner ...Stadtteil. Lage zur U-Bahn perfekt. Englische Verständigung mit den freundlichen Vermietern war möglich. Bei einem möglichen weiteren Aufenthalt in der Stadt würde ich mich wieder um diese Wohnung bemühen. Wir hatten rundum einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Barcelona.

  Die Unterkunft war um diesen Preis erste Klasse. Sehr nahe der nächsten Metrostation. Die Ventilatoren waren Ok, aber einer davon war sehr kompliziert zu bedienen und hat seinen zweck nicht erfüllt. Ansonsten kann diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

  Die Wohnung an sich war ok. Ist aber an einem sehr lauten, verkehrsreichen Standort. und zwar 24 Std. am Tag ist es da lärmig. Wir haben diesen Standort aber ausgewählt, weil es in der Nähe ist wo mein Sohn wohnt. Somit war es und bewusst, dass es nicht ruhig sein konnte.Ausrüstung der Wohnung ...war in Ordnung. Klimatisiert ist die Wohnung nicht. Es stehen 3 Ventilatroren zur Verfügung. Es ist uns bewusst, dass wir nicht mit einem Schweizer-Masstab bewerten können. Für spanische Verhältnisse bewerten wir mit einem GUT. OH-Barcelona macht mir einen professionellen Eindruck. Ich werde diese Organisation gerne weiter vermitteln. 

  Un ottimo appartamento, pulito e ben arredato. Posizione eccellente nel quartiere di Gràcia, a pochi passi dalla metropolitana. Persona di contatto molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile.

  We enjoyed our stay - the flat was clean and convenient. It is noisy, and the bath is tiny, but I think this is very acceptable for a city centre flat at this price. The contact person was clearly concerned about the few, tiny ants in the kitchen.

  Appartement bien situé dans un quartier avec des commerces et proche de la ligne de métro qui permet rapidement de ce rendre au centre de Barcelone. Idéal pour une famille.

  Excellent emplacement pour cet appartement dans le quartier agréable de Gracia, juste à côté de la station de métro Joanic. Nous avons paprécié les 2 chambres séparées du salon.Suggestion: mettre des fenêtres anti bruit dans le salon pour isoler du bruit de la rue

  Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Kerzen Gewürze etc. waren vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert

  A noter la gentillesse du proprietaire et la très bonne situation de l'appartement à proximité de nombreux points d'interet. L'appartement était spacieux. Quelques petits bémols cependant: le batiment étant assez ancien et aux plafonds très hauts, il y avait beaucoup de marches pour atteindre... l'appartement,nous devions également garder les fenetres fermées pour attenuer le bruit provenant d'une aire de jeux pour enfants à 30 mètres de l'immeuble. Il est aussi regrettable qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité de parking bon marché dans le coin, nous avons du payer relativement cher pour garer la voiture. Mais malgré ces petits désagrements nous sommes très satifaits de notre séjour.

  Clean and well worth the cost. Easy access to the metro, walkable distance to Ramblas and Gaudi. Stayed for 5 nights, then added two more to stay in Barcelona. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, and the apartment was very spacious for 2 young men.

  Lovely little apartment with a cute balcony, well set up with info about sites to see and maps to figure out how to get there! Great location in Gracia really close to the metro. Owners were really helpful and friendly. I'd recommend this place.

  L'appartement est bruyant car il se trouve à proximité d'une boite de nuit. Il y fait également très chaud et les fenêtres de la chambre sont petites ce qui fait que l'on manque d'air. Le reste est bien. Le quartier est proche du centre et des monuments.

  Super Lage für ausgang und party. das meer ist etwas weit enfernt aber 20 meter neben dem appartement gibt es eine metrostation.

  Situation dans un quartier populaire. Très agréable d'être ainsi au milieu de Barcelonais. Et sans le savoir au moment de la fête de Grazia, rues décorées, ambiance très festive. Bruyant mais avec des bouchons auditifs, ça a été possible de dormir un peu. Appartement très bien situé par ...rapport au métro. Pratique! Commodités en bon état, lit confortable. Appart très bien pour trois personnes.  

  Wir wurden herzlich vom Vermieter empfangen, obwohl wir 1,5 Stunden Verspätung hatte. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl es tagsüber 30 °C hatte haben wir keinen Ventilator benötigt. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof, da hört man die Geräusche... von der Staße nicht. Man hört nur die Nachbarn klappern, wenn sie morgens Kaffee kochen bzw. man riecht es :-). Die Lage ist optimal: Park Güell, Sakr. Familia alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Straße l'Escorial ist auf der linken Seite nach ca. 300 m ein leckeres Frühstückscafe: Toni! Da wir erst um 21 Uhr nach Hause geflogen sind durften wir die Wohnung bis 17 Uhr behalten, da sie an diesem Tag nicht belegt wurde - ohne Aufpreis. Wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona gehen, dann in diese Unterkunft! DANKE  

  Das Wohnhaus liegt an einem gepflegten Platz, der von reichlich Kindern sowie Hunden und deren Besitzern frequentiert wird und sich nahe einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung befindet. Dadurch ist es hier auch lange nach Sonnenuntergang noch ziemlich belebt. Spätkauf, Bars und Restaurants befinden sich ...unmittelbar neben der Haustür. Wir haben dieses lebendige Flair von Gràcia sehr geschätzt. Und da die Wohnung recht hoch liegt und zwei der drei Zimmer zu Innenhöfen ausgerichtet sind, kann man auch ruhig schlafen. Die Wohnungseigentümer sind ausgesprochen nett. Endlich mal ein Apartment, in dem Kaffee, Klopapier und Spülmittel vorrätig waren und man nicht jeden Kram selbst zu kaufen braucht. Würden sofort wieder hier einziehen. :) 

  Man könnte die Wohnung verbessern, indem man die Küchenausstattung erneuert. Fast alle Küchenutensilien waren alt und gebraucht und insgesamt hätte es gerne noch sauberer sein dürfen. Dafür ist die Lage der Wohnung gut, die Verkehrsanbindung ist super und die Kontaktperson war sehr nett.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen herzlichen Dank für Ihr Feedback, welches wir sehr schätzen. Der Eigentümer der Ferienwohnung bestätigt, dass die Küche erst im Januar 2013 renoviert wurde und die gesamte Einrichtung und Ausstattung vervollständigt wurde.

  The apartment was very close to a metro stop which was great. The kitchen was well-appointed, although an electric kettle would have been useful, and the apartment was comfortable and warm.

  Appartement très bien situé(à 50m du métro JOANIC) et très appréciable pour son calme(les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure) Très propre,il contient le minimum nécessaire pour se préparer des petits repas après des journées de cavalcade! Le Chauffage et la clim fonctionnent ...très bien Accueil de la propriétaire chaleureux et à disposition pour la moindre question pendant le séjour. Une adresse à retenir! un big up particulier à T. qui nous a accueilli et guidé à notre arrivée 

  Quartier calme en mars. A côté du métro. Appartement très clair, très propre, conforme à la description. Propriétaire sympathique et souple pour la prise et remise des clés. ( Nous avons rendu les clés à 17 H, profitant ainsi encore de l'appartement le dernier jour) A noter présence de ...savon vaisselle, éponge, quelques épices, sucre, ce qui est appréciable pour un cours séjour. A recommander chaleureusement 

  Un buen sitio para hospedarse, cerca del centro, en un barrio tranquilo.

  Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch,farblich harmonisch eingerichtet und sauber sowie für alle Grundbedürfnisse gut ausgestattet. Man schläft dort gut und ruhig und ist dennoch verkehrsmäßig gut angebunden (nur wenige Schritte zur U-Bahn und zur Bushaltestelle). In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft kann ...man sich gut versorgen. Der Empfang ist freundlich, die Vermieterin reagiert spontan auf persönliche Belange und erleichtert dem Gast den Aufenthalt, indem sie bereitwillig auf spezielle Bedürfnisse eingeht, soweit sie es ermöglichen kann. 

  Es gab nichts auszusetzen, wir waren rundum zufrieden.

  Einwandfrei - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

  El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a unos pocos metros de la estación del metro. Es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía de vacaciones. Muy buena la calefacción

  We are very satisfied with the apartment. The location is perfect, metro is 1 minute away. The apartment has everything needed. The owners are more than helpful. We even left something in the apt and they sent it to us at their cost! Highly recommend it.

  Die Feirenwohnung war ansprechend eingerichtet und in sehr guter Lage: Schönes Viertel, sehr lebendig mit vielen kleinen Bar.s und Lokalen.Die Schalfzimmer waren, die Fenster gingen zum Innenhof.sehr ruhig. Einziger Mangel: das Bad ist sehr klien und hat zu wenige ;Haken; positiv waren zwei kleine ...Fenster zum Lüften und eine sehr gute Dusche.Wir haben uns in usnerer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. 

  El apartamento parecía que era mejor en fotos que lo que era en si.

  The owner was very friendly andere the location of the apartment was perfect: Gracia is a very nice part of Barcelona, great restaurants andere nice shops just nearby. We could walk tot the Sabra Familie andere Parc Guell andere there was a metro station at the corner of the street. We had a great time.

  The apartment was in a great location, good standard and well equipped. The owner was really friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Our only issue was that on both the Friday and the Monday the apartment below was having major building work completed so that we were woken at 6.30 both ...days to the sound of intense hammering and banging which was extremely loud. Fortunately this did not carry on over the weekend.

  Das Apartment ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Alles Nötige vorhanden.Die Schlafräume sind sehr ruhig da sie zum Innenhof liegen. Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen.

  Appartement bien situé dans le quartier de Gracia très agréable.Nos hotes nous ont bien accueillis et toujours réactifs à nos demandes.L'appartement n'était pas notre choix principal, consécutif à l'annulation d'un logement précédent.Il comporte les éléments de confort basiques, séjour ...un peu petit.La propreté peut être améliorée ainsi que le linge de maison.Points positifs, la situation et l'accueil. 

  Pros: Great location, just 50 meters to Joanic metro station. Has all the supermarkets and nice restaurants around. Walking distance, 15 min, to Familia Sagrada or park Guell. Cons: Hard to sleep as could hear neighbors up till past midnight. We made mistake of staying there during Gracia street ...festival. Which is great event by itself however, stage was assembled on the square just in front of the apartment and loud music was blasting till 3am on Saturday night and till 1am the rest of the week.  

  Having studied abroad in Barcelona, this apartment was a perfect way to feel right at home again. Although small, it was clean, welcoming, and well-furnished in a great neighborhood near enough to the city center to be convenient but far enough from touristy areas to feel like we were living among ...locals. The small balcony was an added bonus during the balmy evenings. L was a great host - she was communicative, helpful and accommodating.  

  Wohnung liegt in einem wirklcih interessanten Stadtteil Barcelonas, in Gracia, mit vielen netten kleinen Läden u guten Restaurants.Außerdem sehr zentral und Metro gleich in der Nähe.Der Vermieter nahm uns gleich freundlich in -Empfang und war während des Aufenthalts immer für uns ...ansprechbar.Wohnung war sauber und praktisch, modern eingerichtet.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !!! Kann man wirklich empfehlen.Auch vor der Reise konnte man Kontakt aufnehmen und im Vorwege alle Fragen klären, wie zB Transfer vom Flughafen. 

  PLEASE BE WARNED that if you are booked in during the next month, there will be no use of the balcony and the shutters will be down. There will also be no air conditioning. Unfortunately, when we arrived last Thursday, we found that the apartment was dark and stuffy due to the fact that work was ...happening on the balcony. The work was so loud, it literally shook the apartment. The owners told us that they thought it was going to be a smaller job and that they didn't realise the whole balcony was being replaced.

  Es war bestens, wir werden wirklich mit allem sehr zufrieden!

  Wunderschöne Wohnung, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, tolle Lage! Das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr klein, aber die Dusche ist schön. Einziger Manko waren Bauarbeiten an den Balkonen, mit Ausnahme eines Tages aber nicht laut. Die freundlichen Vermieter teilten uns im Vorfeld mit, dass man ...momentan deswegen die Balkone nicht nutzen kann, sagten aber nicht, dass ein Baugerüst vor der Hausfassade angebracht ist. Nach erstem Schreck beruhigten wir uns, es strahlt trotzdem die Sonne durch die Fenster. Die Vermieter sagten, dass die Bauarbeiten bald vorbei sind. Schräg gegenüber des Apartments ist ein Spielplatz mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Es bringt Lebendigkeit, kann aber auch stören, je nach Moment und Geschmack. Im Großen und Ganzen alles gut. Das Viertel ist sehr schön.
