  The location is good and quiet but very convenient, close to Metro, close to the place of interest. The premise is well furnished, neat and tidy, spacious and we will recommend to friends and go back to stay for our future trip. The only drawback is the electricity, it will cut if you use the hair ...dryer or electric kettle. But we had told the landlord, so it will be repaired.

  Amazing! Brand new apartment with everything you need + loads more! However, one big problem.....there is a quiet noise policy from 10pm until the morning which means you are highly restricted. Contact person was fine but his worker who gave us the keys was very rude, abrupt and care free. Overall 8/10

  The apartment was perfect, we had high expectations from the online info + photos and they were surpassed! Great flat, clean, fresh and stylish plus all the small extras that gave the extra touch - 3 towels per person, one hairdryer per bathroom, iron + ironing board, washing machine + dryer, AC control to set exact temperature, etc. Excellent!

  The apartment is really good. The location is perfect, if you are in a long weekend visit to Barcelonaa. The only thing I didn't like, was the strict "quiet hour policy". The person who handed over the key, sticked and anonimous letter to the outside of the entrance door, what was apparently from ...neighbours, who expect us to be quiet. I will not quote the letter, because it is pretty long, but it it rude, belive me. It was interesting that this policy applies only to the tourist (in contract you have to sign, that if the neighbours will make any complaint against your noise level, than you will loose the deposit paid in advence at arrival - 400 eur in our case). On the weekend, when we were in Barcelona, ther was some football game on TV, so the neghbour above us organised some kind of fiesta well beyond 1,00 am. It was no problem for us, but the way how we were antentioned at arrival, looked a bit strange, if you compare the rules imposed to you with the behavior of locals. Otherwise, if you are not discouraged by beeing anxios about eventuality of loosing your deposit, in case of telling a joke, and maybe somebody laughs after 10 pm, I can recomend the appartment  

  The Apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished and the owner's rep more than helpful. We would certainly want to stay there again when we make our next trip.

  Die Wohnung ist zentral und ruhig gelegen. Sie war sauber und gross. Wir waren drei Paare und alle hatten ein eigenes Bad, was sehr angenehm war. Der Strom ist in kurzer Zeit dreimal ausgefallen. Trotzdem würde ich die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

  El apartamento está bien, pero todas las ventanas dan a patio interior. Aunque sin ninguna duda lo peor es el vecino, nada mas llegar y empezar a cenar (23:00h) tocaron a la puerta diciendo que la Normativa Turística de Barcelona no permitía ruido a partir de las 22:00h. Estábamos hablando en ...silencio y sin molestar, pero aun así los golpes en la pared no cesaron. Tuvimos que levantarnos y trasladar la cena a la cocina... bochornoso... Es bastante penoso que un apartamento de estas características no invierta en aislar la pared del salón en contacto con el vecino.El servicio nos aseguró que aislarían esa pared y que en futuras visitas no tendríamos el problema. 

  N était très sympa. J'aurai aimé pouvoir vérifier l'état de l'appartement avec elle le premier jour car au vu de la remise le dernier jour, tout objet endommagé ou manquant devait être dûment payé. Je n'aurai pas pu prouver que nous n'étions pas responsables !

  Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar zentral, so daß Barcelona gut zu Fuß erkundet werden kann. Die Bäder sind sehr gepflegt und modern und die Betten komfortabel. Wir haben die Wohnung mit sieben Freundinnen genutzt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne empfehlen wir die Adresse weiter.

  The accomodation is very well furnished. Location is excellent, few minutes walk from Catalunia square. Apartment is very quiet, ideal for big family wishing to be in a quiet environment, far from noisy area, but close to the main attractions within the city. We had to leave a 400 Euro safety ...deposit at the arrival, but no complaint, we got it back at our departure.

  Simplemente necesiatarias de poner dos botellas de agua en el refrigerador. No costan mucho pero aiudan muchissimo.

  Grande e confortevole

  Ubicación ideal, no es necesario ningún transporte para moverse por el centro. Si vas en coche hay que buscar un aparcamiento más barato que los que rodean la casa, pero hay uno cerca del ayuntamiento donde puedes dejar el coche por cerca de 16 euros al día. Cuando llegarmos no funcionaba la ...televisión de la habitación principal y a la mañana siguiente pasaron a arreglarla. Son muy eficaces. 

  Personne très sympathique bien qu'un peu "stressée". Dans le mail reçu il était précisé que nous pouvions avoir jusqu'à 30min de retard. Après 15min de retard (je l'avais avertie par sms) elle m'a fait comprendre qu'elle était très pressée et qu'elle avait dû repousser son prochain ...rendez-vous par notre faute... un peu agressif comme accueil 

  The hot water was not consistent and was hard to regulate in the shower, the boiler should be fixed.

  Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war optimal um Barcelona zu erkunden. Nachts sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm zu hören! Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nur leider war der Safe defekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

  Schönes großes Appartement in hervorragender Lage. Für ein "sehr gut" müssten alle drei Bäder und Schlafzimmer dassselbe hohe Niveau haben. Sehr guter, umfassender Service. Engagement über das rein Notwendige hinaus. Ich werde oh-barcelona weiterempfehlen.

  Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gerade zu perfekt. Direkt am Plaza d'urquinaona mit allem was das Herz begehrt und doch ruhig gelegen. Alles was gebraucht wurde war vorhanden und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirkllich perfekt. Und da kein Zimmer zur Straßenseite ist, ist sie auch wirklich ruhig. Leider läßt sich das Wohnzimmer abends nicht nutzen, da die ältere Nachbarin sich sofort über Lärm beim Vermieter beschwert (es ging um Gespräche in normaler Zimmerlautstärke). ...Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, nur die Türklinken quietschen ziemlich laut (nachts etwas störend). Der Kontakt zu oh-barcelona hat sehr gut funktioniert, Probleme mit einem Abfluß wurden schnellstmöglich beseitigt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis 

  Alles perfekt. Saubere und große, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Wäsche bei Ankunft nicht ganz vollständig, wurde von Kontaktperson Omar sofort erledigt. Relativ teuer, aber guter Service.

  tres aimable, tres serviable. L appart est moderne, tout confort et tres bien situé. Excellentes prestations. Il manque juste un peu d équipement de vaisselle pour la taille de l appart. Et de puissance pour les plombs car ils sautent souvent quand plusieurs appareils d electromenager fonctionnent ensembles.

  Es muy recomendable, todo estaba muy bien dispuesto, muy buena ubicacion, solo es objetable la aislacion con el departamento vecino quienes reclaman en la noche por la conversacion sin que esta sea en voz alta.

  The location is excellent - very close to the Metro station, Supermarket and local bars. Also the apartment was vey secure and clean. Minor problems such a broken kettle were dealt with quickly by Omar. He was also there to let us in to the apartment although we arrived after midnight. Fantastic ...service! Our only real complaint was the noise from the downstairs apartment. On one night a loud party went on until 4.00 am

  Ruhig, zentral, gute Ausstattung

  Creo que deberían garantizar un servicio mínimo de llegada, por ejemplo detergente, agua mineral, alguna galletita. Esto puede ser consensuado con el locatario y cobrado, pero lo importante es que si llega fuera de horario comercial o un domingo, tenga algo elemental para manejarse. Esto no desmerece en nada la calidad del alojamiento.

  The middle bathroom had a really strong of sewage. It was also stated in the description there was a DVD player but there wasn't one.

We have added a new DVD player.

  Inside apartment means no street noise but so closed in with plants covering windows ( presumably for privacy as facing other apartments) felt like a cave. During our stay there was a lot of noise everyday from about eight in morning as there are major building works going on. they will certainly be... going on for some time. Also there is some other very strange noise that sounds like it might be the metro ( a lot of vibration that gets louder and louder intermittently) but fourth floor so unlikely. Very central location , close to everything. clean and nicely furnished. bad smell probably from en suite toilet which the kind has a small pipe and impeller system (like waste disposal) and located next to heating system possibly faulty and venting through heating system. Lots of previous reviews mention the smell. before booking spoke to someone who said it might be possible to arrange late check out with landlord. this is not possible. can leave bags at office but it's not very convenient if you have a late flight. Contact person O.P. very helpful and informative. would use OH again but different appartment 

The landlord takes every measure to ensure the cleanliness of the apartment.

  The appartment is very nice with a central location. Our only problem, was the fact that the walls seemed to be paper thin, and we had neighbours complaining and knocking on the walls several times. Even though we were five guys staying in the apprtment, I would say that we were not loud at all. ...Just a normal conversation at about 23.00 in the livingroom, sparked a heavy knocking on the wall from a neighbour. We ended up with staying in the kitchen most of the time we were in the appartment after 22.00, with closed of doors, so we wouldn't disturb the neighbours..  

  La duchas son un poco deficiente, por lo demás perfecto.

  Ausstattung leider nicht komplett, es fehlten Tassen und Gläser. Sauberkeit: Backoffen gar nicht gereinigt, Boden in der ganzen Wohnung nicht sauber, lange Haare auf den Decken, Bettdecken mit vielen Flecken, WC nicht gereinigt, es fehlte WC-Bürste, die Tischglasplatte im Wohnzimmer war schmutzig.

  Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die KLimaanlage ist nur von einem Zimmer aus steuerbar und diesem Zimmer war es dann meist zu kalt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal!

  Wir haben uns zu 6 Personen in der Wohnung bis auf Kleinigkeiten sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider musste bei einem Bett der Lattenrost immer wieder repariert werden. Wünschenwert wäre eine grössere Zahl von Besteck und Geschirr. Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Das vorhandene Plastiktischtuch war nicht benutzbar.

  Très bel appartement, très propre, très fonctionnel, bien équipé. Excellente location à tous les niveaux. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil, avec des informations utiles concernant les lieux à visiter. Nous le recommandons vivement!

  There was a small issue with the neighbour next door to us complaining about noise, however the agency assisted us in solving this. The lady in the apartment and OH-Barcelona were very helpful, and we were very happy with our stay.

  Stationnement très compliqué, voisins excessivement irritables!!

  Rien à dire parfait. Logement très bien, mais il n y avait pas de pot pour la cafetière électrique... pas de tasses non plus. Autrement, rien ne manquait à part quelques lattes en bois pour un des lits. Chose intéressante: il y a un parking à 5-10minutes à pieds qui est beaucoup moins cher (17€ par jour) que celui en face du logement.

  The apartment is not well cleaned. Bedsheet felt dirty. Towels looks very used. The shower set is almost broken.Shower glass door rubber seal broken and has not been replaced to good condition, at such, water spill out during showering. Which is kind of irritating with wet bath room floor. ...Operating 2 hair dryers at one time will trip the power supply for the whole house. 

  We felt this apartment had the best possible location for walking and exploring in any direction or any bario. We would be interested in staying in this location again on our next visit. The only oddity about the apartment was the bathroom in the main bedroom occasionally had a bad smell and ...whatever water machine is attached to the toilet came on occasionally - but, it really wasn't a big deal. We stayed 5 nights and found the apartment to be very quite. This is a great choice if you'd rather be able to walk to the action (like La Rambla) instead of stay in the action. 

  Vraiment, il n'y a aucune critique à formuler. Tout est très bien : espace, confort, Wi-fi, Internet, cusine supêréquipée... etc.

  Bellissimo appartamento vicinissimo alla fermata della metro "Urquinaona", a due passi da Placa Catalunya e dal Paseo de Gracia, al quarto piano di un palazzo con ascensore: tre bagni (tutti completi di bidet e doccia); una bella cucina abitabile con forno elettrico, microonde, macchina del caffé; ...una camera da letto matrimoniale con TV LCD; una camera con due letti singoli, due camere con letto singolo; un bel salotto con due comodi divani (di cui un divano letto), un tavolo da pranzo, TV LCD, una postazione completa di PC connesso a internet e WI-FI gratuito. Pavimento in parquet, tranne che in cucina e nei bagni. Persona di contatto molto gentile e disponibile; disponibilità di tre mazzi di chiavi (molto comodo perché eravamo in sei).  

  Very pleasant and big appartment in a calm house, perfect location in a city centre, close to Piazza Catalunya, straight next to underground station Urquinaona.

  Die Unterkunft selbst ist klasse. Nachteilig ist, das sie doch sehr dunkel ist, die Beleuchtung gerade im Wohnzimmer mässig und die wirklich Fensterscheiben wirklich dreckig. Auch auf die Lattenroste sollte man mal einen Blick werfen. Im Zimmer mit den 2 Betten fehlt die Halterung einer Latte. Im ...Einzelzimmer, neben dem Bad, rutschen die Latten aus den Halterungen, was Nachts zu unliebsamen Unruhe führt. Ansonsten keine Vorkommnisse. 

  Le seul défaut de cet appartement est son manque de luminosité. Sinon il était parfait pour ce que nous cherchions.

  Appartement très bien situé, à proximité de tous !, le petit malus c'est la propreté de cette appartement qui n'était pas très propre ... entre les salles de bain et les draps des lit jaune !, les assiettes et services de la cuisinière étaient salle !, sinon l'appartement est très grand avec des grandes chambre rien à redire de ce coté là !

  Si: quiero informaros de varios problemas de limpieza que encontramos. - en el suelo de la cocina habian cristales cuando llegamos y el filtro de la cafetera eléctrica estaba con café usado y tenía hongos (al no limpiarse en varios dias). - la ducha de la habitación principal está embozada y ...el agua se atasca. Fue imposible ducharse en ella - Las "alcachofas" de las demás duchas están con los agujeros del paso del agua atascadas de cal, con lo que el agua sale sólo por la parte exterior y en poca cantidad, pues se pierde por el cordón flexible. Por lo demás el apartamento está bien, aunque hay que revisar lo que os he comentado. Un saludo  

  The location and the apartment were great. However the cleaning service should be reconsidered. The apartment needs some small repairs. Otherwise everything was great !

  Het appartement was van alles voorzien, maar niet helemaal schoon en het stonk er naar riool, maar dat was op meerdere plaatsen in de stad, Ook was het erg gehorig voor de buren, we waren met 5 vriendinnen en dan wordt er nog aleens gelachen en gepraat, dat werd door de buren niet gewaardeerd, ze ...bonkten op de muren. De dekbedden zaten onder de vlekken en moesten zonder hoes gebruikt worden alleen een enkel laken, dat vonden we niet zo prettig. De ruimte van het appartement was prima voor 5 personen

  We are Americans living in Belgium. The apartment was huge and perfect for our family of five! The location was great! We were able to walk everywhere and felt very safe. Our contact person was so lovely and helpful. I have never written a review before but felt I should in this case as the service and apartment were great!

  Wohnung haben wir, wie im Internett beschrieben, vorgefunden. In der Küche fehlt eine Kanne für Tee. Besteck und Gläser sind knapp, wenn mehr als 4 Personen die Wohnung mieten Es wäre schön, wenn es Duschvorleger gäbe. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Auch Herr G. ...war freundlich als es Probleme mit der Gasversorgung gab; innerhalb von 15 Min vor Ort und kümmerte sich.

  200 m from Pz Catalunya.... exellent appartement 4th floor ... kitchen material reasonably complete, however no coffeepot for the coffeemachine and the vacuumcleaner didn't work .. overal very nice apartment fot the entire family ... :-) Jan

  The location of this apartment is excellent. It is a comfortable walk to Las Ramblas and just steps away from the metro. The building itself appears recently rennovated and the apartment was large and comfortable. The electricity breaker would trip if the dishwasher, stove and television were ...being used at the same time, but that was not really a major problem. The dishwasher had not been cleaned and there was a terrible stench from old food that had been caught in the dishwasher's drain, so some attention should be paid to the cleaning when guests leave. The staff at Oh Barcelona were very helpful and professional. We would book through them again and would certainly rent this appartment again. There were many documents to sign when we got to the apartment which made us feel like we were signing our lives away for a three night stay - so that was a bit negative. The refundable deposit was also quite high, but since we did not damage anything our credit card would not have been debited.

  Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ref. 12471 en Barcelona, fué muy agradable. Es un apartamento amplio, cómodo, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado. La empresa “Aquitaxi “ que ustedes reservaron para nosotros es de óptima calidad. En el apartamento nos esperaba don E. quien procedió con rapidez y ...amabilidad. Nuestra salida fué expedita, sin complicaciones, cuando estuvimos listos simplemente dejamos las llaves sobre la mesa y nos fuimos. Dejamos todo lo más ordenado posible y a los pocos día me avisaron que no tuvieron que hacer uso de la pre-autorización de cargo por EUR 200 que me habían pedido. 

  In dit appartment hebben we het papier aan het beleid gevonden met vreemd regel: het is onmogelijk om lawaai te maken na 22.00 uur.Als er een klacht van buren of buren naar de polis bellen, wordt de aanbetaling (200euro) niet terugbetaald. Dus, in de 1e avond onze buurvrouw zei dat ze zou naar ...de polis bellen van lawaai. Maar we hebben niks gedaan, alleen graag thee om 23:00 drinken in living. Daarom moesten wij, een groep van 8 vrouwen, op de avond in een kleine keuken zitten. Praten, tv kijken, naar muziek luisteren mag niet na 22:00 uur in de living van dit appartement. moet muurisolatie in de living maken 

  Everything was perfect, we really loved this apartment.

  Lo mejor ha sido la ubicación , sin embargo la limpieza del piso y sobretodo de mantas y cortinas fatal. El baño de la habitación principal estaba muy mal con un olor insoportable porque se salía todo del wc.El tema de la limpieza ha sido pésimo.

  The best thing about the apartment is the location as the metro is very close by and it is about 10 minutes' walk to Plaza Catalunya and the gothic area.The apartment is quite big with plenty of room for our group of five persons. It is well equipped with the usual household appliances all in ...working order and contrary to other reviews, the apartment is clean.However we had a few problems with the ensuite bathroom next to the master bedroom. There was a leak in the shower stall so water was seeping onto the floor. The toilet flush occasionally would not work either. However the agent G. was easily contactable and he tried his best to sort out the problem albeit on a short term basis while we were there. He did say that he would get it repaired properly after our departure. 

  Ideal location, just 5 minutes walk from Plaça de Catalunya so very easy to get to and from the airport with busses running every 15 mins. Great apartment, 3 bathrooms and all the amenities you need close by to make it a very enjoyable trip. Thanks G

  Apartment with few windows in open space; few plates and glasses; PC not working at all; bathroom in the first bedroom not usable and I will explain why. Pro’s: central location and the big surface of the apartment.Our final experience has been negative. Our contact tried to claim for the total ...guarantee amount (200 Euro), saying that we damaged the first bathroom; the bathroom has already flooding problems when we arrived and in our opinion was not usable at all. After a lot of aggressive emails and the intervention of VISA legal department, we have recovered 165 Euro of 200 with huge stress for us. Maybe we were unlucky but try to avoid the rent of this apartment and choose another one. It is sufficient to avoid our same contact. furthermore he asked three time to complete the arrival form, the last time was 22 hours before our arrival. 

  Wir haben schon sehr oft für unsere Reisen Ferienwohnungen gebucht.Obwohl diese Wohnung im oberen Preissegment vermietet wird mußten wir feststellen, dass in der Küche ziemlich alle zu erwartenden Küchengeräte und Haushaltsgegenstände (z. B. Schöpfkelle, Schaumlöffel, Bratengabel, genügend ...Teelöffel, ausreichend Gläser für verschiedene Getränkearten etc.) fehlten.

  Goed appartement met alle voorzieningen, waaronder WiFi, wasmachine, wasdroger. Contactpersoon erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Laatste dag konden we wat langer in het appartement blijven, vanwege tijdstip taxi.

  Emplacement idéal, à deux pas d'une station de métro, superette à proximité, possibilité de rejoindre de nombreux points d'intérêt à pied. Appartement spacieux et agréable.

  UN appartement idéalement situé, une suite parentale et 4 belles chambres, salle de bain correctes.G très sympa par contre il ne parle pas francais comme annoncé uniquement espagnol et anglais à savoir!!!

  Nice apartment in a great location. Owner G was very helful.

  Wonderful having clothes washer and drier is fabulous for long stay. Location is close to a fantastic bakery and tapas restaurant downstairs on the same street. Very spacious and able to isolate the bedrooms from living area at night so the adults can play games and talk. AirCon was fantastic. Reception lady was very friendly to the children.

  Here is my complaint, G charged me an extra 30 euros to dispose of a garbage bag that we left in the apartment as we didn't know where we could put it. We didn't see any garbage can around. In my opinion the charge is very steep just for that. So I emailed him back regarding that and so far he ...hasn't had the decency to answer my emails. I reminded him that the apartment was not cleaned specifically the walls (black marks all over). Curtains had lipstick on them. Ran out of toilet paper since we were 6 of us. Pillows were very thin. Fan over stove didn't work. Left only 2 soap for dishwasher. TV didn't work. Desktop computer didn't work. We didn't complain about all of that and didn't ask for a price reduction. If you could please do something about the charge, I would appreciate it.

  Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Lage optimal am Rande der Altstadt. Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Kontaktperson sehr freundlich, bemüht und zuverlässig. Keine Beanstandungen. zuverlässige und freundliche Kontaktperson.

  Apartment is situated in excellent area. Apartment needs some upgrades and could have been cleaner. Had difficulty with the washer, after following instructions red and yellow settings,it would not continue beyond spin and rinse,we had to do the remainder by moving the dial,once we knew this no ...problems. Some dishes should be replaced, due to multi use cracks chips etc but we used the better ones. All in all good apartment.Thanks

  G, notre personne de contact est très bien, ponctuel a notre arrivée, nous a renseigné sur l'appartement ainsi que sur la ville de Barcelone. L'appartement est bien situé, en plein centre, près du métro, à 5 minutes à pied de la Plaza Catalunya et de la Rambla. Certaines rénovations et ...améliorations seraient nécessaires. Le point le plus négatif sont les voisins. A partir de 22 heures, si vous faites le moindre bruit, ils viennent sonner à votre porte pour vous menacer d'appeler la police, même si vous parlez sans hausser la voix. Très désagréable.

Nous regrettons les désagréments dus aux voisins, mais la personne chargée du check-in rappelle à tous les clients les normes de cohabitation au moment de l’arrivée, et qu’à partir de 22h il faut respecter le repos des voisins.

Es ist trotz der zentralen Lage - sehr ruhig. Man schaut in mehrere ...unterschiedlich große Hinterhöfe, die Licht und Luft in alle Räume und Bäder bringen. Nachteil: fast keiner. Ein Bett - Lattenrost erneuerungswürdig. Fenster könnten mal geputzt werden.

  L'appartamento è ubicato al centro della città, a un passo dalla maggior parte dei punti di interesse e dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici e della metro. L'appartamento si presenta funzionale, dotato dei maggiori confort e discretamente pulito. La camera matrimoniale e la doppia sono spaziose, le ...due singole adatte più a bambini, il soggiorno ampio e vivibile, i tre bagni permettono un ampio comfort. La persona di contatto G. è gentile e disponibile. Ci torneremo con grande piacere e lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole scoprire questa meravigliosa città. 

  The location was perfect for touring the city. The apartment was very clean and very practical.

  Great location with lots of space! Nice bakery downstairs to get morning pastries and sandwiches to go as you explore the city. Perfectly situated one block from the subway and walking distance to most of the city.

  Metro Station gleich um die Ecke und Bäckerei gleich daneben war echt super

  It was very comfortable, very clean, fantastic area to be in and a good time of year, we had a wonderful time in this apartment and we loved Barcelona. We would give the contact person a 10 if possible, they were very friendly and helpful.

  Location is amazing, near the subway and within walk-distance a supermarket.The kitchen does need things like a good knife and new pots. The suite's bathroom has a bad smell and the shower sometimes take too long to heat the water.The beds are really good and G was very nice giving all instructions ...we needed. We had a really annoying neighbor that knocked the walls and the front door, also put a note through the door asking us to be quiet, but we were only speaking (there was no music, no drinking) in regular tone of voice. That kind of scared us.In general, a good location. 

  Nous avons trouvé une touffe de cheveux dans un placard et les lattes d'un des lits simple se déboîtent presque systématiquement. Sion rien à redire sur l'accueil (G était vraiment parfait), l'appartement et son emplacement idéal.

  A fantastic apartment. Really spacious and well lit throughout. The location is cool too, only a 10 minute stroll to La Ramblas or two metro stops to the beach (Barceloneta). There is a supermarket across the street and a few bars on the same side of the street right at the entrance to the apartment... block. Our host was very accommodating and communication pre, during and post stay were prompt and informative. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy the centre of Barcelona.  

  Schöne, große Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

  logement très grand et très agréable.très très bien situé : métro et bus à 2 pas,parking souterrain juste en face,très proche du centre,bref parfait. personne à la remise des clés très gentille et à l'écoute, mais ne parle pas français.nous avons eu un soucis avec des lits (abîmés ...par d'autres locataires) mais le nécessaire aura été fait normalement pour les suivants vu que nous nous sommes tombés en période"fériée" en Espagne...le linge est propre et ne sent pas les "laveries industrielles" par contre manque un peu de "vaisselle" dans la cuisine quand veut préparer le repas : pas de casserole, pas de bol pour le petit dej, une seule poêle qu'il faudrait changer vu l'état du Tefal...mais cela ne nous empêchera pas d'y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour à Barcelone

  Apartment is very nice and well located. It was well furnished with most ameneties one would expect. Just a couple of improvements:a] Internet speed could be improvedb] Shower booth in master bedroom needs refurbishing and shower quality was not very good, also hot water not consistent

  Excellent location. Helpful welcome and introduction by G. Lift states takes 5 people but stuck between floors with 4 of us. One hour to get us out. Locals said only 2 or 3 at a time... but you don't know that! Decent accommodation BUT a real problem with the neighbours. If chatting after 10.00pm in... the lounge they bang the wall, threaten to call the police and pin notices to your door. I see other reviews with this complaint. Either better sound proofing or sort out these difficult neighbours. It would put us off returning. G was not helpful about this and chose to believe the neighbours. One of the beds has plastic slats which won't support a heavier person. The main saving feature is the excellent location. But beware those neighbours.
