Fantástico apartamento muy cerca de La Sagrada Familia

  Português: As toalhas estavam um pouco sujas; A internet era 3G, logo, era necessário um laptop. E mesmo assim, não conseguimos conectar; Os chuveiros do banheiro não funcionavam tão bem, e dificultaram um pouco na hora do banho. De resto, tudo excelente

  A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. It lived up to how it looks in photos online, with a view of the Sagrada Familia in the rear bedroom. There was also a warm welcome to help us settle in. Really lovely with everything we needed, and the only thing we would add is air conditioning, but ...even that wasn't a huge inconvenience with the vintage shutters and balconies.  

  Seria perfecto que tuviera aire acondicionado.

  non ci sono le persiane nella stanza con vista sulla sagrada, il secondo bagno spesso emana cattivi odori, la caldaia non funziona benissimo, i caloriferi si attivano da soli, mancavano i ventilatori abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi per averli.

  Apartment was basic and incomplete and contact person not helpful. Lightbulbs missing and in one room no socket to plug in lamp - main light flickered and no natural light. Coffee machine was broken and replaced with espresso machine. Okay for 1 person but not 4. Kettle didn't work and iron was ...damaged - ruined pair of trousers. Called and mailed contact person - finally got reply (day before we left). Answer wasnt helpful. They only said about the coffee machine and that we had been informed it had been replaced - didn't listen that it wasn't fit for use. They said kettle was not theirs BUT it is in the photo on the website! Dont advertise something you don't have! AND It is dangerous to have electrical apps. left by other renters. View of Sagrada Fam thru bathroom not bedroom! Instead of listening to us and helping us with our comments on the apartment, the contact people tried to persuade us that they were right and we were mistaken. We explained the problems with the coffee machine, kettle and iron and nothing was done. If the kettle was indeed left by a previous renter then it should not be in the advertising photo for the apartment and should be removed or checked so other renters can not be electrocuted by it. Very disappointed in the accommodation. The webpage promised something very different!

  Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, aber der Zahn der Zeit nagte und eine kleine Investition ist unumgänglich. Die Couch ist Schrott. Der Wasserkocher defekt und sonst nur Kleinigkeiten. Geniale Unterkunft mit minimalen Abstrichen!!!

  bon accueil par le contact qui nous a bien renseigné. logement bruyant car volets et fenêtres donnant sur la rue en mauvais état ou mal isolées. sinon rien a redire: confortable, propre, correspondant à nos attentes et aux photos du site.

  Quelques remarques susceptibles d'améliorer le confort de l'appartement: - manque un plateau (vu la distance entre la cuisine et la salle) et un couteau à pain. - l'appartement nécessite une révision complète: . une des deux clés n'ouvre pas de l'exterieur . problèmes ...éléctriques dans la salle et dans la salle de bain jointe à la chambre . le chauffe-eau s'est mis en sécurité le dernier soir, donc douches froides le matin de notre départ . impossible de fermer le volet donnant sur le balcon Rien de très grave,plutot ennuyeux 

  Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, nur hatten wir einige Kleinigkeiten angemerkt: Bei Ankunft hatte die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkochen nicht funktioniert, einer der Schlüssel passte nicht und der Kühlschrankgriff war lose. Einen neuen Schlüssel bekamen wir sofort, die Kaffeemaschine wurde ...auch ausgewechselt, allerdings erst geben Urlaubsende. Der Kühlschrankgriff wurde nur neu angeklebt und hat nicht sonderlich gut gehalten, was aber kein grosses Problem war. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft, mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familie und auch die Kontaktperson war sehr nett, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war sehr pünktlich und bemüht. Das Sofa müsste mal neu bezogen werden, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist es noch akzeptabel. Barcelona ist eine einfach perfekte Stadt, die das Be

  all was fine, but for a week stay we could use an extra set of towelsper person and there was only a half roll of toilet paper, otherwise all was fine.

  Nice and cosy apartment which is very close to metro and with really cool view to Sagrada from the bedroom. Noisy heating boiler and strange shower at the balcony (a little bit cold place for the weather in January) brought some discomfort, but everything else was great!

  The apartment was very well located, with a fantastic view of Sagrada Familia from the ensuite bathroom window - and it looked lovely at night time too, all lit up. Excellent small supermarket across the road and others nearby. Two minutes walk to the metro. Very quiet location despite a busy road ...in front. Nice to have a lift to the apartment. My only suggestions to improve the apartment would be to have some light-weight duvets for each room (there was only one), as the coverlets are not really warm enough for the Spring weather. Also, please buy some cereal bowls - the large pasta bowls are too big for breakfast. Unusually for a holiday let, there was no tourist information available. What we were told was a DVD player, was in fact a CD player. Wi-fi was also in the apartment.

  Schöne Wohnung, das Wasser beim Duschen schwankte leider immer zwischen sehr heiß und kalt. Die drei Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich groß und schön, das Sofa ist sehr verwohnt. Sonst gemütliche Wohnung! Kontaktperson kam über eine Stunde zu spät zum Treffpunkt und kannte sich in Wohnung nicht aus, ärgerlich. War aber nett und bemüht.

  We enjoyed our stay. The location is very good, with good connections for getting round Barcelona.

  Super Wohnung mit herrlichen Ausblick. U-Bahn und Autobus in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Gute Küchenausstattung. Supermarkt und Markthalle in der Nähe. Nach dem Check out konnten wir unser Gepäck im Oh-Büro aufbewahren. Einziger Minuspunkt: Bei geöffneten Küchen-und Badezimmerfenster ...könnten Kakerlaken durch das Fenster kommen. Die Kontaktperson Gustavo war sehr nett und hat uns mit wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Unser Gepäck konnten wir im Büro bis 20 Uhr deponieren. 

  The location is fantastic everythings are next door !! Two things to improve : sofa in living room and hot water for showers ! Everythings else are excellent . I would return there at that place anytime !!!!

  Spacious, traditional apartment in good location next to metro, with good local amenities.

  The location is excellent irrespective of the view of the Sagrada Familia. Its quite a residential area where the Sagrada Familia is the only tourist attraction in the area but this mean there are lots of local amenities nearby, I think I counted 5 fruit & veg shops within a couple of blocks! Being ...near a metro station means the whole of Barcelona is within easy reach, but if you like walking its only 15-20mins to the Ramblas and the center of town. The apartment itself was a bit tired looking in places (some door handles could do with replacing) but everything worked well and it was pleasant and well equipped, the wifi was excellent, 3 of us on assorted gadgets with no bandwidth issues. I'd definitely consider going back to the same apartment again.

  alloggio carino e in ottima posizione. L'unica cosa negativa da rilevare, una pulizia non molto accurata !

  L'appartement est très bien situé (à 2 pas de la Sagrada Familia, et du métro), et correct, bien que les photos sont quelque peu flatteuses, et le canapé bien usé serait à changer. Très au calme côté cour avec superbe vue sur la Sagrada Familia, un peu bruyant côté rue car pas de double vitrage.

  Die Lage war schon sehr gut. Dadurch, das wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, um diese wundervolle Stadt zu geniessen, konnten wir über einige Mängel hinwegsehen.Das Sofa war mit einem losen Überwurf abgedeckt. Darunter war das Lederimitat derart abgenutzt, dass es kaum vorhanden war. Hässlicher... kann ein Sofa nicht aussehen, durchgesessen war es auch.Die Matratze des zweiten Schlafzimmers war sehr hart und verbraucht.Die zweite Tür zum Schlafzimmer war aufgrund eines kaputten Türgriffs nicht mehr zu öffnen.Leider hat die Wohnung nur eine Einscheibenverglasung und ist dadurch nachts sehr laut.Für 7 Nächte gab es ein kleines und ein grosses Handtuch. Ein Handtuch mehr, wäre schön. Wer mehr will, muss leider zahlen oder die Waschmaschine nutzen.

  appartamento in buone condizioni ed in buona posizione. Climatizzazione insufficiente (solo ventilatori). Pulizia non molto accurata. Cuscino (poi fattolavare)molto sporco e maleodorante. Fatta effettuare dal proprietario una pulizia straordinaria durante il nostro soggiorno, causa anche presenza di... scarafaggi. non era ben chiaro, all'atto della prenotazione, che si trattava di alloggio senza aria condizionata

  De contactpersoon was erg behulpzaam. De bagage mocht op de dag van aankomst voor 16.00 uur gebracht worden en op de dag van vertrek na 11.00 uur nog even blijven staan. Er werd een taxi voor ons geregeld.De ligging is centraal in Barcelona. De weg aan de voorzijde is erg druk. Met het raam open ...veel verkeerslawaai. Aan de achterzijde, met uitzicht op de Sagrada Familia, is het echter erg rustig. De accommodatie is gemiddeld. De bedden bevielen ons goed, alhoewel één van de drie bedden voor de gemiddelde Nederlander wat kort is. De kleinste slaapkamer is erg klein, dus in de zomermaanden warm en benauwend. Er is behoorlijk veel kastruimte. De keuken is goed voorzien van apparatuur en alles werkte naar behoren. 

  Excellent emplacement, rapport qualité prix très bon et contact très sympa! L'appartement est bien spacieux et conforme aux photos! J'y retournerais sans réfléchir!

  Obwohl wir die Wohnung sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatten (4 Tage vorher), lief alles problemlos ab und wir konnten sie komplett gereinigt übernehmen. D ist sehr nett und ein paar sprachliche Hürden wurden schnell überwunden. Die Ausstattung und Möblierung des Apartments ist klasse und ließ bei ...uns keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen. Die Lage ist absolut der Hammer und wir konnten uns problemlos ganz Barcelona anschauen. Auch die Ladenbesitzer vor der Tür sind sehr lieb und man kann sogar sonntags das Nötigste besorgen. Alles in allem hatten wir 7 grandiose Tage und die Wohnung ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen! Jederzeit wieder :)  

  Enjoyed my stay in Bracelona. The appartment was an ideal base for seeing the city.Weather was great for time of year, but appartment has no air con.This was not really an issue, but something othr guests may want to consider if visiting earlier in the year.

  Appartement spacieux, joli et pratique (bel électroménager)Magnifique vue sur la Sagrada depuis une des chambre, les cloches nous réveillent le matin...Bien situé , métro à 100m, petits commerces très sympa juste en bas (boulanger, charcutier, fruitier...)Accueil agréable du loueur.Si vous ...craignez le bruit, notez que les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage.D autres parts, les torchons ne sont pas fournis dans le linge de maison.C est une bonne adresse pour découvrir Barcelone, magnifique ville (mais attention à vos sacs : je me suis fait voler le mien dans une boutique...!) 

  L'appartement est spacieux bien entretenu.Il manque cependant de lumiere il y a très peu de fenêtres 2 chambres sur 3 nnen possèdent m pas ,il n'y en a pas non plus dans la salle de bain ni dans la cuisine. On a donc le sentent de vivre dans un endroit n'ayant pas d'accès sur l'extérieur.Les ...couettes mérites d'être changées.Le propriétaire est très sympatique , accueillent et nous a permit de rentrer dans l'appartement qui était libre 2h avant le check in sans frais supplémentaire donc merci à lui. 

  siamo due coppie di amici piuttosto esigenti sulla pulizia e la disponibilità di chi ci accoglie per cui leggendo i commenti precedenti ero un po' preoccupata invece devo dire che è andata meglio di come immaginavo.il proprietario è stato disponibile fin dall'inizio rispondendo alle mie mille ...domande tramite mail e l'appartamento era non solo pulito ma anche molto accogliente e con una vista dalla camera principale straordinaria(preso apposta per questa).La posizione è ottima tutto a portata di mano bar,ristoranti,alimentari,autobus e metro!grazie a go with oh per la selezione degli appartamenti e ai padroni di casa che ci hanno accolto.A presto Barcellona! 

  Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé (manque quelques cuillères quand même dans le tiroir ! ) avec de bons lits, tout le linge est fourni . Aucune mauvaise surprise. Propriétaire très pro. Je recommande vivement ce logement a deux pas de la Sagrada un secteur très touristique , ...avec arrêts bus , station métro, station taxi ) un parking BSM a côté , bien pratique pour y stationner la voiture (site internet Parclic) . Une envie d'y revenir bientôt ... 

  Todo bien, solo una confusión cuando llegamos ya que no nos esperaba nadie, el Sr de al lado, en un bar me prestaron el teléfono para contactar, nos recibió su hermano.

  La ubicacion es un excelente aspect. J A no nos dio mucha seguridad a pesar que todo fue bien con la estancia, se lo veia dubitativo en la firma del contrato.

  The apartments is in the best area

  Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Hat alles super geklappt. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia ist perfekt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

  Ottimo aspartamento , tutto come da descizione .

  Struttura come nella descrizione,zona residenziale molto tranquilla con nelle vicinanze ogni necessità (metro,negozietti,farmacie,fornai) e padrone di casa molto cordiale.

  Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt hat gut geklappt, allerdings sollte man spanisch sprechen oder jemanden kennen, der mit Spanisch unterstützt. Der Bruder des Vermieters wohnt im gleichen Haus, deshalb ist die ...Übergabe problemlos. Fußweg zur Sagrada Familia 2 Min. Supermärkte, U-Bahn, Restaurants (Via Gaudi) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleine Minuspunkte: Das Wohn - Esszimmer zur Straße ist relativ laut. Das mittlere Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster und ist im Sommer sehr stickig. Zum Strand und zur Altstadt muss man mit der U-Bahn fahren. Das klappt allerdings problemlos (max. 20 Min.).Fazit: Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Empfehlenswert. 

  Außergewöhnliche Dusche auf den Balkon mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia!

  Location outstanding but on a main street in front of unit. Very loud neighbors (we do not know if they were guests or residents) almost every night sometimes until 4AM. Great full kitchen, dining and living room. Beds need some upgrading but fine. Full bath great. No toiletries so bring your own ...bath soap and maybe washcloths. Washer and dishwasher in kitchen both had supplies. Many small restaurants and shops around. Email communication was fine but phone communication difficult at times to get a hold of the owner. Overall, for an over 100 year old building, well kept a decent 2+ decent until in a great location.

  The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The only problem was the front room was on a very busy and noisy street. The back bedroom was quiet for sleeping.
