Atractivo apartamento para 6 a 200m. de la Sagrada Familia

  I highly recommend this apartment. It was spotless, modern, lovely location beside the Sagrada Familia with a metro station at the end of the street and a pastry shop next door for our croissant in the morning! Our contact person was lovely and accomodating. The apartment is compact, but the space ...is used very well and four of us were very comfortable in it. The roof-top terrace is amazing and the cleaning staff who let us in to the building were very friendly. If I do go back to Barcelona, I would book this apartment again without hesitation and I would recommend it for others also.

  malgré le mauvais temps avons pu apprécier pleinement la ville et le confort de l'appartement, super organisation toute en confiance arrivée comme départ, tout nickel il ne manquait qu'un tire-bouchon, appartement bien pensé dans le détail, bien desservi, je recommande la brasserie en face ...babylonia, proximité : boulangerie en bas, mini market à deux pas et surtout la sagrada vu la proximité faire la queue à 8h pour entrée à 9h pas encore trop de monde., vraiment nous reviendrons (2 couples 2 enfants) 

  l'alloggio bellissimo, pulito e ben posizionato presentava purtroppo un problema di cattivo odore proveniente dalle tubazioni del bagno.....e non bastava neanche aprire le finestre poichè affacciavano su un piccolo cortile dal quale proveniva un odore nauseabondo del vicino ristorante.... gentili saluti tiziana valente

  Parfait, pas de souci, par contre internet ne marchait pas et une seule salle de bain pour 6 personnes était un peu trop juste.

  El apartmento ha cumplido las expectativas y era exactamente igual que lo que aparecía en la web. La atención del servicio excepcional.

  You could not have asked for more, we were 4 people staying for 6 nights. Whole building was very well maintained. Flat was outstanding, we did not miss anything, flat was very well fitted out with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Very close to the Metro, bakery in the same building... and several restaurants and shops in the area. Recommend Sagrada F food market an also the restaurant next door, La Llesca which is a family run restaurant with execellent food.  

  It was all very nice, we really liked this apartment and would definitely recommend it.

  They try to give you penalty for what they kan give, they have 300 Eurtoo deposits and you kan do nothing and they charge you like they want, like they say that we did smoke in app and its not true what they say, its just to find a reason to give you penalty and you kan not do anything because they ...have your deposit in their hand, so i never go back to such a cheatings company to rent!!! watch out!!!

The owner confirms that these 50€ were charged because of unpermitted smoking in the apartment, which unfortunately is not permitted as to our conditions.

  Très bien situé. bel appartement, confortable et répondait aux spécifications. Si je retourne a Barcelone Sagasta II sera mon premier choix. Bonne communication . Tout était prêt et tel que prévu à notre arrivée. Le personnel reste disponible en cas de besoin. M fut un atout dans le succès de notre séjour.

  sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, schöne Lage, da an verkehrsberuhigter Straße gelegendurch die Nähe zur Metro super Verbindungen in die ganze Stadt

  We were supposed to have 2 bathrooms, and really it was just a separate shower and toilet. Also, we could not figure out how to work the oven and the instructions for all of the appliances were missing, including the laundry setup. Apartment was very nice, ideal location. I would definitely stay there again.

Dear Customer, We appreciate and value your feedback. Please note that it is clearly indicated on our website that the apartment has one full bathroom and a separate toilet. The owner informs us that he offers instructions for the appliances to all guests, which are kept in the bottom drawer in the kitchen or on top of the fridge. If these instructions are not found, then the owner is available in the office or by telephone to help customers and offer immediate assistance.

  The apartment was fully equipped, and all we required - well run by the owners. It is on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants to choose from, and a small shop nearby for supplies. The roof terrace was a welcome added bonus - we had a fabulous time! To find out how pay the balance for the ...apartment I had to telephone the owner as it was not clear what to do (we paid on their website so we didn't have to visit their offices in another part of the city). 

  Sehr nettes Appartment. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit unglaublichem Ausblick. Sehr sauber, modern und funktionell.

  Très joli appartement, très bien situé, métro à proximité, très propre, avec toutes les commodités.Seul bémol: mauvaise isolation phonique. Vous entendez ce qui se passe dans la montée d"escalier, et les voisins depuis les toilettes. Tout était bien organisé pour notre arrivée le ...dimanche. Nous avons pu récupérer les clefs sur place, grâce à un code. 

  Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, volle Punktzahl für die Wohnung, wir waren sehr zufrieden!

  Très propre.

  L'appartement était très propre, très fonctionnel, pour un couple, 2 enfants et 1 bébé. La situation est très bien, au calme, à deux pas de la Sagrada, du métro, avec un supermarket à quelques mètres. Seulement un problème de remontée d'odeur dans les toilettes et il manque des poubelles pour le tri des déchets

  Fab apartment, great location - highly recommend.

  The apartment is very well appointed. Very clean, close to everything. We used the upstairs deck to have dinner on a number of occasions and this was a highlight. We took food we prepared and set up and watched the lights come on La Sagradia Familia. It was quite stunning. The only down side of the... apartment is there is no manual for the cooktop and oven. We even went on line to try and work it out. After 1 hour ( and my husband works in technology ) we were finally able to get the cook top to work. Very frustrating. Finally the rules of the garbage to take out at the end I thought was unusual. I have paid for a cleaner and top dollar to stay here and then asked to take the rubbish out or I may not get my deposit back? Anyway. I would recommend this place.

Also, even if the cleaning is included, they would like all the guests to respect basic rules as throwing the garbage and clean the dishes.

  Die Lage war top. Es war auch sehr ruhig im Apartment trotz Lautstärke in der Ecke!Das Apartment war nicht sonderlich sauber. Mein Sohn ist barfuss gelaufen und sah danach aus, als wäre er auf der Strasse rum gelaufen. Ausserdem waren die Anbieter sehr unflexibel bei früherer Anreise uns ...späterer Abreise. Eine spätere Abreise sollte pro Stunde EUR 100 kosten! Das fand ich sehr unverschämt!ausserdem wurde der besprochene Kinderstuhl vergessen und auch nicht nachgeliefert!

Der Eigentümer bestätigt, dass er bezüglich des Check-ins und Check-outs immer versucht, sich bestmöglich an seine Gäste anzupassen, selbst in der Hochsaison, wie in Ihrem Fall. Beachten Sie jedoch, dass dies auch immer von der Verfügbarkeit der Wohnung abhängt. Am Tag Ihrer Ankunft kann es vorkommen, dass die vorherigen Gäste die Wohnung noch verlassen müssen und am Tag der Abreise können bereits neue Gäste anreisen. Der Eigentümer entschuldigt sich zudem dafür, Ihnen keinen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt zu haben.

   Location great, safe, excellent transport links, with good eateries etc. Apartment itself very well maintained with good levels of equipment. Dish washer an added bonus that I didn't expect. Would stay there again and have no qualms in recommending it to family and friends.

  Das gute war, das wir morgens um 10 Uhr schon in die Wohnung konnten, allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht die Wohnung im ersten Stock und dann auch noch mit Balkon auf der Rückseite bekommen zu haben. Die Luft war überaus schlecht in der Wohnung und den Blick in der Haus-Innenhof möchte man ...niemand zumuten :o((Wir waren schockiert...die Wohnung wie auf den Bildern, stylisch und klein. Für vier Personen grade so machbar...komplett eingerichtete Küche, Spülmaschine+Tabs, alles was man braucht. Leider nur pro Person ein kleines und etwas grösseres Handtuch und viel zuwenig WC Papier. Die Dachterasse so wie auf den Bildern, nur keinerlei Sonnenschutz, weder ein Schirm noch sonst irgendwas, geht gar nicht zu dem Preis. Leider sehr laut nachts durch andere Hausgäste. 

  Appartement très bien placé, à 100 mètres de la fameuse Sagrada Familia. Idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes, commerces et Metro à proximité, quartier animé et très agréable, logement fonctionnel et tout équipé, avec un toit terrasse avec une vue superbe. Excellent séjour en famille ...que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation. Si nous revenons à Barcelonne, nous louerons le même appartement de toute évidence. si je dois faire une remarque, il serait bon de rajouter une traduction en Français au niveau du livret d'accueil..
