  A very nice apartment. Perfect for our 10 days in Barcelona. The one thing that we were not prepared for is how low the ceiling is in the loft; if you don't duck, you'll knock your head on concrete.

  Das Appartement ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Allerdings müsste in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden, dass im oberen Schlafraum ein Balken extrem niedrig hängt. Wir haben uns immer wieder den Kopf daran gestoßen.

  The apartment was in a very good condition. We can recommend it to everyone. Quite, no noise from neighbours, excellent location.

  Good overall. We missed an extra bed-linnen in the double-bed, but we made do with the extra blanket. Our children banged their head on the cieling upstairs - until they got used to it. We think you should have accomodagted soap for the washing machine. Other utensils we just bought ourselves.

  Trés agréable appartement particulièrement bien situé dans le centre de Barcelone. Accés à la clef à l'arrivée trés simple. Paiement par carte banquaire possible et bien pratique.

  The apartment was not as clean as I expected. The staircase to the upstairs was dangerously loose on some steps. The location was simply perfect. I would rent it again.

  Am gefühlt lautesten Platz sehr ruhig nach hinten raus gewohnt im 7. Stock mit tollem Blick Richtung Meer. Einrichtung gut und sauber - Achtung - Balken Obergeschoss - einmal läuft jeder dagegen. Tipp - unbedingt einmal die Treppe zum Dachgeschoss heraufsteigen und von dort den totalen Rundumblick genießen.

  This is a great, convenient and cozy flat in the heart of Barcelona. Best solution for families or anyone that wants immediate access to metro and buses (amazing transport services in barcelona, by the way). I've been again in this flat and I will in the future too. (Just a minor suggestion to ...the owner company: It will be very helpful if you could provide the newcomer a bottle of water and a soap, in case Corte Ingles is closed at the arrival) very helpful, fast, efficient, well-designed site! 

  Perfect location and nice apartment. Only drawback is the very low ceiling of the mezzanine, it is easy to hurt yourself. Late access (we arrived at midnight) was very convenient and fast. Overall very happy with your services.

  Wonderful location, quiet as high up but right at top of La Ramblas! Easy to get everywhere.

  The apartment has some design defects. There is a dangerous beam at eye level on the upper floor - one of our party cut his head on the beam. The stairs to the upper floor have no guard rail - one of our party fell and broke 3 ribs. Something should be done to warn future guests of these hazards.

  l'unico problema è il pagamento eccessivo della caparra e la restituzione non avviene il giorno stesso della partenza, quindi potrebbero in qualche modo inventarsi di tutto sullo stato della locazione,anche se visto la serietà e la precisione dell'agenzia non credo possa accadere. cumunque appartamento fantastico. grazie mille

  Good overall quality which met expectations. Twin beds in loft were not nearly as comfortable as the double bed provided in the main bedroom; could have been better.

  Amazing apartment in really exclusive area. Flat was clean, wide living room, well equipped kitchen and wide loft but mind your head and be careful to the beam :-) Wonderful view from the main huge window, relaxing and exclusive. Watching the sun and sea during sunrise is always amazing. Very quiet building with reception service.

  El piso bien, pero la escalera era peligrosa, el barrio era muy bien.

  Im oberen Stockwerk muss man sich immer sehr klein machen, um zu den Betten zu kommen, da ein Stahlbalken sich quer durchs Zimmer zieht. Ausserdem sind die Aufzüge nicht wirklich gut. Sind 2 mal stecken geblieben. Danach nur noch gelaufen (7. Stockwerk)

  really great location but you have to do something belonging the beam in the 2nd floor. your friend had to visit a pharmacy in the middle of night because he hurt himself so much. at least salt and pepper should be there because it was really difficult to get it, don't know why.

  Siamo una famiglia con tre bambini. L' alloggio e' dotato di tutti i comfort e ubicato in una zona fantastica . Mezzi di trasporto, supermercati, farmacie a portata di mano. Molto contenti. Grazie!

  Very difficult to find a better located appartment, just off Placa Catalunya, but with superb views to the rear towards the coast looking over the old town. Arrival instuctions very good. Appartment was clean and had good amenities.

  Desde a chegada no apartamento veificamos que o cheiro do banheiro era ruim o que obrigava-nós a manter as janelas abertas enquanto estávamos no apartamento.O ar condicionado é central para todo o apartamento. Caso quisesse mudar a temperatura em outro recinto não era possível.
