Bel appartement dans le Born de Barcelone

  Good location within the up and coming area of Born. Some lovely bars and shops around here to explore so give it a whirl. It's worth noting that it is a noisy area as it's near the main sea road, there is also a bar below. Thursday seemed to be late night opening. Having said this, don't let ...this put you off; for those not looking to go to bed early, I don't think you'd have to much to worry about and the main bedrooms are located to the back. 

  El apartamento fue bueno y en un muy buen sitio, pero no había papel higienico y solo una alfombrilla entre las 2. Tampoco habían fundas para el nordico.

  Tout était parfait !

  Parfait pied à terre situé entre les quartiers touristiques, la plage et le port. Excellent couchages. Bien équipé et agencé. Un peu de bruit le soir dans le séjour mais nous n'avons pas été incommodés dans la partie nuit. On y retournerait.

  - La persona di contatto non ha risposto per settimane alle mie email, solo dopo l'ultimo sollecito ha risposto parzialmente. - Quando siamo arrivati all'appartamento si è mostrata piuttosto scocciata del fatto che l'avessimo chiamata da Girona alle 15 e fossimo arrivati a Barcellona alle 17 (1 ...ora di autobus + 1 ora perchè abbiamo camminato a piedi e abbiamo sbagliato a prendere una metro, cosa normale, dal momento che non conoscevamo la città e che non ci erano state date indicazioni su come raggiungere l'appartamento - nonostante io le avessi richieste via email). - Inoltre, la linea wi-fi gratuita che si cita è praticamente inutilizzabile (non prende MAI) e per ogni persona viene fornito solo un PICCOLO asciugamano per fare tutto (e nemmeno un tappeto per uscire dalla doccia).

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder die Wohnung mieten, wenn der Geruch besser wäre...

  The location was excellent, and the apartment generally very comfortable. The bedroom wasn't well-lit, but the bed was comfortable. The apartment was spacious and quiet.

  Die Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt, sehr schön möbliert und die 2 Bäder mit 2 Toiletten, Dusche und Badewanne hat alles sehr entspannt. Auch das Treppenhaus und das Haus insgesamt sehr gepflegt. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die Lage, ca. 15 min zum Meer, 5 Min. zum Picasso-Museum und 15 Min. zu den ...Ramblas. Optimal für alle Bedürfnisse Wir wurden einige Tage vor Abreise automatisch kontaktiert, wurden an der Wohnung empfangen, unbürokratisch und schnell alles erklärt und einen Tag vor Abreise erhielten wir problemlos die Kaution zurück. Die Wohnung war entsprechend der Beschreibung in einem super Zustand 

  Die Lage der Wohnung unmittelbar oberhalb von Barcelonetta ist toll. Von der Wohnung aus lässt sich sowohl die Altstadt sowie auch die Stadtstrände fußläufig erreichen. Durch unmittelbare Metrostation "Barcelonetta" und Taxis ist der Rest von Barcelona sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir waren mit ...eigenem PKW angereist und hatten unser Auto in der Garage Parking Viajeros untergebracht. Hier gibt es einen konkurrenzlos günstigen Tagespreis von € 7,-- bei täglicher Verfügbarkeit - wärmstens zu empfehlen - Metro-St.blau "Badal". Die Wohnung selbst muss leider negativ bewertet werden. Im Elternschlafzimmer ist das Fenster verschlossen - somit "Gefängnischarakter" ohne Frischluftzufuhr. Die ursprünglich edle Wohnung ist mit billigen IKEA-Interieur ungemütlich ausgestattet. Ergänzung hinsichtlich des Schlafzimmer: Das Fenster führte zu einem Innenhof. Offensichtlich gab es hier in der Vergangenheit Lautstärkeprobleme durch Aufenthalte in dem Hof.Der Eigentümer hätte jedoch ein verschließbares Gitter installieren können, sodass ein Durchlüften der räume möglich wäre. Nachdem zwar mit Fensteranblick geworben wird, leider jedoch verschwiegen wird, dass es nicht zu öffnen ist, sehe ich mir hier doch sehr getäuscht. Diese Wohnung nie wieder ! Schade, dass durch die Vorortgegebenheiten Ihr Service sich leider nicht auch durch die Qualität der Objekte und Betreuung vor Ort fortgeführt werden konnte. 

  Séjour en fin de saison estivale : quelques réparations étaient en attente. Pas de torchon pour la vaisselle, un seul pour les mains. Pas de serviette de plage malgré la proximité de la très sympathique plage de la Barceloneta : dommage pour les séjours de courte durée.

  This was a great spot to stay, close to beach and all the excitement of the gothic area. I had no idea where I was headed when I booked this spot but it turned out to be a gem. We walked everywhere and loved it. The apartment is great with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal if you have kids. Got ...the bus from the airport to the 'central plaza' and a short taxi ride to the apartment. Simple. Could easily have taken a taxi directly from the airport and probably will next time. Turn left when you come out of the apartment and in about 200m you are in a beautiful old part of the city with great eateries, shops, etc and a real buzz. Can you tell we loved it? You won't go wrong here. We only had 3 days but it was action packed and one of the most enjoyable holidays I've had. I'd gladly return. 

  5 minutes to the rambla by foot, and very peacefull area

  Great location, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and a great little bakery for breakfast.

  We really liked it a lot! It was indeed comfortable and the location just perfect between Rambla and Barcelonetta Beach. The appartment was clean and safe. The kitchen & bathroom well equipped.We would have wished for more than 1 Towel per person but worked.

  It was on the doorstep of el born - a beautiful, interesting and vibrant area to be. The apartment met all our needs - well maintained, comfortable beds and quality appliances. The bedrooms were quiet at night. A beautiful city!

  It was very nice all round, everything went smoothly and there were no problems.

  Best thing about apartment is definitely the location. Perfectly situated for the beach, the port, El Born, Las Ramblas etc.It was quite clean apart from mould/mildew in both bathrooms. The shower was very grimy, the bath full of limescale and mildew and the vents in the ceilings looked as though ...they had never been cleaned. The balcony was inaccessible to us as the owner had padlocked the door. Very little toilet paper, towels like sandpaper, pillows were very uncomfortable - we had to use the cushions from the sofa and there was no spare bedding for the sofa bed. The washing machine was archaic! It took nearly 2.5 hours for one cycle and the washing came out dripping. There was no safe although there was a notice encouraging us to use it! Generally nice apartment but expensive. 

  Owner was kind enough to allow us to leave our cases earlier than the check in time which was helpful.The location was excellent and we would stay in this area again. Lots to do and see within easy walking distance.

  Der Preis für diese Wohnung war viel zu hoch. Viele Mängel. Die Kunstoffsessel waren zerrissen. Die Gartenstühle, die am Esstisch standen waren so niedrig, daß das Kinn auf der Tischplatte lag. Keine Kaffeemaschine. Wasserkocher defekt. Im Schlafzimmer waren die Fenster verschraubt, so das man ...nicht lüften konnte. Schlafzimmer waren Nachts sehr laut (Nachbarn). Die Küche war mit Geschirr und Bestecken eher dürftig ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft habe ich einige Beanstandungen in Bezug auf Sauberkeit gehabt. Es waren nur spanische Kanäle im TV vorhanden. Gardinen, Bettwäsche und Duschvorhang waren total zerknittert so das das Gesammtbild sehr negativ war. Das Appartement müßte dringend überholt werden. Die Beurteilung entsprach absolut nicht der Realität.

Wir bedauern, dass der Aufenthalt in unserer Wohnung nicht zufriedenstellend war und bestätigen, dass wir all Ihre Kommentare zur Kenntnis genommen haben und diese an den Eigentümer der Wohnung weitergeleitet haben, so dass die Wohnung stets in einem guten Zustand übergeben wird. Der Eigentümer bestätigt, dass die Wohnung über 3 Kaffeekocher verfügt und auch der Wasserkocher einwandfrei funktioniert. Auch das Sofa ist in gutem Zustand. Die Gäste werden gebeten, sich während des Aufenthalts direkt an die Kontaktperson zu wenden, so dass diese sofortige Abhilfe leisten kann, sollte ein Problem auftreten.

  Die Lage war richtig gut. Auf der Grenze zwischen historischem Zentrum und dem Szeneviertel Born. Auch nicht weit zum Strand.Wohnung hat eine gute Klimaanlage und auch sonst stimmen die Beschreibungen.

  Parfait! Un peu sombre car il se trouve au premier étage, mais à part cela les prestations étaient très bien.

  The apartment is bright and spacious and well equipped (we could not get the dishwasher to work, but that was no problem for us as we did not cook. I let the owner know). The location was ideal for exploring most of the old town on foot, and there were plenty of places around the corner for ...something to eat or drink. The bedroom windows face a quiet inner courtyard, so we slept well.I would definitely recommend this apartment.

  Location!Location! Location. Amanda was really nice and allowed us to store our luggage in apartment before check in time as our flight arrived 9:20 which was awesome! Apartment was clean., washer and dryer worked great. Close by Geleteria and "Pastry/chocolate shop Bubo has excellent ...chocolates and desserts.. Barcelona which is 5-10 min walk has lots of awesome places for Paella. Although close to a lot of things, it was quiet at night so we could sleep. .  

  Really nice apartment in a perfect location only a 5/10 minute walk from la ramblas and all the things we needed were really close by. Would highly recommend.

  Der Kontakt war in Ordnung und die Wohnung sehr schön, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie war sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen.

  La posizione É veramente ottima. 5 minuti a piedi e sei in spiaggia o sulla Rambla. Consiglio vivamente! La casa è spaziosa e il contesto abitativo è molto tranquillo! La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo passato 10 giorni splendidi! Da rifare.

  Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geeignet für einen Kurztrip nach Barcelona. Alles war sauber und die Lage war hervorragend für uns. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind etwas unbequem und zu niedrig.
