Appartement pour 5 personnes à 2 minutes de la Sagrada Familia

  Appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel (vue sur la Sagrada) . Très bon accueil .Très bien pour une famille avec enfants.

  Situé dans un quartier calme cet appartement est très agréable et confortable. Très proche de la Sagrada Familia, il est à proximité d'une bouche de métro et de différents commerces. Après une journée de visites dans Barcelone au milieu de la foule, il permet de se reposer et de se détendre.

  Garçon sympathique, appartement bien placé et bien équipé. Quartier commerçant, très proche du métro. Barcelone est une ville ou je vivrais sans problème. A refaire prochainement !

  Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, sämtliche Elektrogeräte sind vorhanden und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur an die innenliegenden Schlafzimmer mussten wir uns erst gewöhnen. Leider hatte der Vermieter bei Ankunft ein bisschen Verspätung (bei Abreise war er dafür sehr pünktlich!) Die... Lage der Wohnung ist top mit Blick auf die Sagrada Familia. Insgesamt ist das Sagrada Familia Viertel ein eher familiäres Viertel, in dem man sich auch als Frau alleine nachts überhaupt keine Sorgen machen muss. 

  We are a young couple with a toddler (1y.). We felt very comfortable in this apartment and would they really hire again. It's located in the most vibrant sectors with good transport links, many shops around, Playground nearby; you have a great view, is more than the Sagrada Familia. The apartment ...itself is very comfortably furnished, with lovely details. At smallest children, the apartment is not aligned, you have to be very careful. But: Children are welcome, which made ??us very happy! A very nice travel bed of good quality was immediately made ??available to us, child-friendly decorated/furnished. We were warmly welcomed by Mr. P, the brother of the owner, he was always available for us and was extremely friendly! It was a fantastic holiday, many thanks to Barcelona & Mr. P! 

  The apartment is about a 3 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia and the metro stop next to the church. There is a nice fruit stand directly below the flat as well as a great bakery across the street that we used for breakfast and coffee. The apartment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and had ...everything we needed in the kitchen (glasses, plates, dishwasher detergent, etc.) Our flight was severely delayed but the owner was nice enough to meet us at the flat in after midnight to help us get settled. We stayed with our two boys (8,11) and I would absolutely recommend it to friends as an affordable, convenient, alternative to staying in a hotel.

  Appartement très propre, très bien équipé, très bien situé par rapport au métro. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, cela manque un peu quand il fait très chaud.

  Within walking distance to the Metro. We bought a 3-day ticket at 20 Euros each which we found was worth it. Though the apartment is on a busy street the apartment is quiet. We found a larger grocery store called Bonpreu on Carrer de Sardenya, also within walking distance. If you turn up late, there... is a store around the corner but not as much of a choice. Make sure you know which apartment number to ring when you first get there as this was unclear and the phone no. didn't work. The owners brother lives across the way so convenient in case you need help (though we didn't but it was good to know). He was very helpful in getting us situated and called a taxi for us the day we left. The apartment itself is very spacious (though we were only 2 adults) and very comfortable. 

  The apartment was as described, fully equipped, comfortable and very clean. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Barcelona

  +++ la vue sur la sagrada, les deux salles de bain: la baignoire, les très bons lits, l'equipement de cuisine, la mise a disposition des condiments de base (huile, vinaigre, filtre café...), la machine pour le linge l'ascenseur, l'organisation de l'espace qui permet de se ressourcer au calme. ...commerces très variés a proximité. parking a 500m ----manque de couverture en hiver si vous etes frileux. reception tv mauvaise, insonorisation pas terrible avec les voisins (j'entendais ronfler!) donc boules quies pour les délicats comme nous.... 

  A comfortable apartment, unfortunately there were renovations occurring next door at the time so this was a little noisy. The gentleman who met us was lovely and very helpful.

  The apartment was close to the Sagrada and the Metro, up on the fourth floor with a good lift, and supermarkets etc closeby.

  Mit der Wohnung, dem Vermieter und dem Service war ich sehr zufrieden. Zwar werde ich bei meinem nächsten Barcelona Aufenthalt im September voraussichtlich wieder nach einer Wohnung suchen, die näher im Bereich vom Placa Catalunya und dem gotischen Viertel liegt - aber ich war mit dieser Lösung... für die sehr spontane Reise letztes mal trotzdem prinzipiell sehr glücklich und meine Ziele waren mit dem Metro trotzdem sehr gut erreichbar. 

  Apartment is as photographed. We were three with separate beds and it was a perfect layout. Location is very convenient.

  Appartamento situato in ottima posizione, vista della Sagrada Familia e metro a due passi, molto spaziosa e luminosa.Il proprietario è molto disponibile.Assolutamente consigliato.

  Proprietario disponibile e gentile, ubicazione perfetta per muoversi in metro, solo pochi passi dalla magnifica sagrada, un appunto da fare per quanto riguardo la pulizia.

  We spent four (4) nights in this apartment in early June. On the positive side: We were received on-time and pleasantly. The apartment is very conveniently located to most of the sights in BCN with a good neighborhood infrastructure. The apartment is sufficiently spacious and has all the basic ...furnishings. On the downside: The furnishings are somewhat antiquated. The beds were overly soft. The second bath is ill constructed, but functional. Since we tend to cook for ourselves a good deal, we thought the kitchen could be a better equipped.
