  Muy bien ubicado y equipado

  Appartement très propre, assez spacieux et confortable. La description de l'appartement sur le site est fidèle à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. S'il y a un point négatif, ce serait le manque de luminosité. L'appartement se situe dans une petite ruelle, à l'abri de l'agitation de la ...ville, mais très proche de la station de métro. L'accueil a été bon.

  Alles in Allem ein perfektes Apartment - einzig und allein die fehlende Klimaanlage und die schrecklich unbequeme Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer führten zu Abzügen. Ansonsten wirklich alles perfekt, schön, gepflegt und sauber. Die Lage auch optimal! Nur einige U-Bahnstationen bis zum Strand (ohne ...umsteigen) inmitten eines netten Wohnviertels mit vielen Cafés und Lebensmittelgeschäften. Sehr zu empfehlen

  sehr ruhige Lage, Dusche nicht sauber, "Terrasse" im Lichtschacht kann nicht als solche bezeichnet werden, sehr freundliche Kontaktperson wohnt im gleichen Haus, Büro der Kontaktperson nur 50m entfernt

  5/5 Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour (deux adultes et deux enfants). L'accueil à l'arrivée et au départ ont été excellent. L'appartement était très bien, grand, propre, dans une rue calme mais près du metro et de sites intéressants. On peut juste reprocher que le sofa grince... quand on dort dedans à cause des ressorts. On a fini par mettre le matelas parterre. 

  die Lage war optimal für das Kennenlernen der Stadt, allerdings war durch die unglückliche Lage der Terrasse der Geräuschpegel von den anderen Wohnungen extrem hoch

  Alles was man braucht war da, auch für 4 Personen! Etwas sauberer hätte es aber sein können!

  Muy bien situado, con boca de metro muy cerca y en una calle muy tranquila.

  Overall, the apartment was ok. Location was ok, the street did not look too great at the beginning, but the area is quite residential, not loud, nice bakery not far away. The apartment is ok, too, modern furniture, relatively recently renovated. However - shower and sink water temperature could ...not be regulated well, on the last morning, the water didn't get warm at all. TV did not work - no reception, stations could not be found. Person in charge promised to fix... 

Oh-Barcelona:

The owner confirms that the boiler and the television are working correctly but they have a somewhat complex use. Please remember that if you require assistance during your stay you will need to inform the property owner or the Customer Service department who are open every day from 11pm until 8pm.

  Die Wohnung ist ganz hübsch und stylisch eingerichtet. Leider fällt recht wenig Licht hinein, man muss schon genau schauen, ob die Sonne scheint. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ist leider kaum möglich, da in dem Mini Hinterhof alle Geräusche der Nachbarn wie in einem Lautsprecher verstärkt ...werden (Gespräche, Toilettenspülung). Zudem läuft der Generator der Klimaanlage vom Nachbarn. Die Matraze des Bettes ist sehr weich, die des Bettsofas unterste Qualität. Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig, Schränke mussten erst ausgewischt werden. Die Lage ist ganz gut, das Zentrum von Gracia ist jedoch einige Minuten entfernt. 

  We did not get the apartment we booked. We got a MUCH lower quality apartment for the same price. The apartment they provided was clearly a work-in-progress and wasn't complete (ie, random doors blocking the bathroom, smell of paint thinner, cheap and random furniture, a bedroom loft you ...couldn't stand in because the ceiling was too low). Also: 1. They require you to call them on the phone when you arrive in Barcelona to arrange check-in, which is a huge inconvenience (and expensive) if you are an International traveler without a phone. This is when we learned that they didn't have the apartment we reserved - too late to make other accomodations. 2. They take $300 Euros for a security deposit in CASH, which means you lose $ immediately in conversions upon check-out.  

  L'appartement est super, bien situé, le quartier est plutôt calme. Spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Un sans faute.

  Très bon accueil. Contact facile avec les personnes qui nous ont accueillis. Mieux vaut parler un peu espagnol, voire anglais car peu de compréhension en français. Appartement très bien. Effectivement un peu sombre, comme on l'avait lu sur certains commentaires, mais absolument pas gênant ...puisque nous y sommes peu finalement. Barcelone est une ville bien trop intéressante pour rester enfermer dans un appartement ! 

  Está bien aunque con poca luz natural... las camas son bastante incómodas pero para un par de noches no es terrible.

  L'appartement choisi a subit un dégat d'eai la veille de notre ariver, lors du contact a l'aéropot ils nous ont pas dit qu'il y avait un changement d'apartement, donc nous nous sommes rendu a l'appartement réserver mais il n'y a avais personne...par hasard après une heure de recherche nous ...sommes tomber sur la représentante de ho barcelone...un hasard...complètement innaceptable. Etre plus professionnelle!!! 

  Wir wurden vor Ort in einer anderen Unterkunft untergebracht, ähnliche Features aber mit Dachterrasse, die uns einen tollen Blick auf den Tibidabo bescherte. Deshalb können wir die eigentlich gebuchte Unterkunft nicht bewerten. Die wir hatten, war sauber, aber ein bißchen abgewohnt und mit wenig ...Geschirr und Gläser ausgestattet. Eine Beschreibung zur Funktion von Herd und Spülmaschine (in einem Gerät) wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen. 

  Un aspecto a mejorar, el mal olor que desprendía la zona del plato de ducha del lavabo, con mal estado del sellado del mismo.
