Appartamento di due stanze accanto al Paseo de Gracia

  Excelente apartamento, inmejorable ubicación. Nuevo, limpio,espacioso y con todo el equipamiento necesario. Mucho más amplio que en las fotografías. Muy recomendable.

  Muy comodo el departamento y excelente ubicacion. M nos dio unas buenas indicaciones para movernos en la zona. Buena aislacion no se escuchan ruidos de la calle. Faltaria una jarra electrica para poder calentar mas de 1 taza de agua.

  Great apartment in an excellent position

  The apartment was clean, well located and well appointed. We had a great time and would strongly recommend it to others. Just a couple of points to raise. It would be better with a combined washing machine/clothes dryer, a few more pillows in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the stairwell ...and elevator. M was on time and helpful. Gracias, cb  

  Cet appartement est bien situé dans Barcelone. Il est propre, fonctionnel et confortable même pour quatre adultes malgré que l'une des chambres soit plutôt exiguë. Les lits et la literie sont confortables. De plus, il dispose de la climatisation et d'une connexion internet, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Définitivement à recommander.

  The apartment is in an excellent location, convenient for metro, sightseeing bus, shops and restaurants. Design of the apartment is lovely. Owner is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment for a week during our new year holidays.

  Super Lage, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar und gut ausgestattet. U-Bahn und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Jederzeit wieder.

  Ha ido todo muy bien, y ya hemos reservado en otro destino!

  Très bien situé, propre et spacieux

  La ubicacion es excelente. El apartamento esta en muy buenas condiciones. El colchon de la cama doble es incomodo. Las almohadas son terribles y las sabanas estan un tanto viejas. Muy bien equipado. Solo falta un destapador de latas y un espejo de aumento en el bano. Tambien TV por cable y TV en el ...cuarto principal. El calentador de agua es un poco pequeno para 4 personas. Recomiendo este apartamento y si le hacen los cambios sugeridos, no hay mejor opcion en Barcelona. 

  We loved the apartment which was right around the corner from the Casa Batlio. Only problem was when the electricity went out in the apartment due to an overload. Easy to fix as the fuse box is inside the closet opposite to the front door by the left wall. (Not the gray box but the white box ...above.) Just flip the switch back on. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Everything worked except the floor lamp next to the sofa. WiFi is available so have them show you how to hook up to it. Bring an extra roll of toilet paper. The owners were right on time when we arrived and when we departed. Once we started watching the electrical usage, everything went fine. We would recommend this apartment for the location, cleaniness, and spaciousness at a reasonable rent. An elevator is available but we usually used the stairs. Oh, and it is quiet except for the few nights the Casa Batlio has a dinner on their patio with music for a couple of hours. The apartment shares an inner courtyard with them. You will probably be out having your own dinner at that time. Otherwise enjoy the music as we saw the other neighbors doing. It does not last long.  

  We thouroughly enjoyed it, and would highly recommend staying in apartments in Barcelona, it's really nice having privacy and your own space to cook and relax in.

  Super Lage, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig, da die Wohnung auf den Innenhof hinaus geht. Die U-Bahn liegt nahe und viele Ausflüge innerhalb der Stadt lassen sich auch zu Fuß von dort starten. Wer gerne selbst kocht sollte an Gewürze und Küchenpapier denken, das fehlt in der Küche, was jedoch ...kein Problem darstellt. Schnelle Antwort auf Fragen und eine super Betreuung durch D R.! Eine bessere Kontaktperson kann es garnicht geben. 

  The apartment is close to a wide range of tourist sites which can be accessed on foot or by using the tube station 200m away. High quality food is available nearby in shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is peaceful and well maintained. We rated it and the city very highly.

  Great location, apartment had everything we needed and was nice and quiet. One suggestion would be to decorate a few rough edges and get some new pillows, minor things but overall it was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

  Idéalement placé (haut de la Rambla Catalunya et du passage de Gracia) parfait pour un séjour tourisme et shopping. Garage GRACIA II à proximité (51 € pour 4 jours, entrées et sorties libres). Taxi en bas de l'immeuble. Possibilité de stationnement le temps de s'occuper des valises. ...L'accueil est efficace et chaleureux (ponctualité). L'appartement bien pensé et fonctionnel, meubles modernes, salon confortable, literie excellente. (Seul bémol : la cafetière est sous dimensionnée : moka 4 tasses). Équipements électroménagers au top. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet appartement.
