  Nice accommodation and a perfect location

  Apartment was spotlessly clean, sunny and fresh. Very central location, near a metro stop and not too noisy (a little street noise but not too bad). The only problem we had was actually locating the front door as the street numbering is strange and the number '6' above the door is very high up and ...hard to see - it would be very helpful to give more detailed instructions on how to find the door (e.g. almost opposite Hotel Oriental etc) 

  Beste Lage - mitten im Geschehen. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen werden, ist der Lärm Nachts auch erträglich.

  The accommodation was fantastic - even better than it looks on the website. Not one single complaint! Will be back!

  The apartment I shared with my son was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this accommodation with one caveat: the Gotic is a noisy area and if you are adverse to nighttime noise you may want to stay in a more out-of-the-way spot. As far as convenience, the location can't be beat.

  The apartment was much nicer than described, with granite floors and countertops.It was a totally modern apartment in a modernized building. Some noise existed, but Barcelona is a large city. The community surronding the building was very nice, safe, and comfortable. In all, a very nice experience

  Well furnished apartment in a good central location. A few leaflets on attractions and directions to food shops would have been helpful in the apartment.

  Very well located, comfortable, spacious, well-furnished. Supply of basic kitchen staples (salt, pepper, sugar, water, etc.) was appreciated.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, das 2. (sehr kleine) Duschbad sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist zentral.Der einzige \"Störfaktor\" war für uns der Lärmpegel, da wirkliche \"Nachtruhe\" nur von ca.2.oo bis 7.00 Uhr war - in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag: 3.00 bis 8.00 Uhr. Die ...Kontaktpersonen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Wir können - trotz des Lärms- die Wohnung nur empfehlen. 

  This was our first visit to Barcelona and we will definitely return - and return to this apartment. It was excellent - location, facilities & service could not have been better and everything went very smoothly.

  The accomodation was perfect and exactly as described. it is ideally located for the ramblas, the beach and also borné. Noise levels were as expected for this area, which is a little noisy, but a small price to pay for location, location, location. Near to local bars, shops for early morning fresh... bread and restaurants when you feel lazy.. Mar at the apartment was fantastic. 

  This was a beautiful apartment in the old quarter. It was within easy walking distance of the beach, the shopping district, nightlife and sightseeing. The apartment was very comfortable, very spacious and the washing machine was a welcome treat on holidays! The apartment had everything you needed ...and there is a great tapas bar just across from the hall door.

  The accommodation in Barcelona was excellent.Everything was as expected and more.The location was absolutely brilliant, right in the heart of the city.Shops,sights,transport,etc at our fingertips.It was so good I have already recommended it to several of my friends and may in the near future ...persuade them to pay a visit.Contact person was very helpful and there when needed.On the whole a brilliant visit and hopefully we shall return. 

  Fabulous apartment! Well equipped, clean and spotless. Located in the heart of Barcelona's old district. Easy walking to Las Ramblas and around with the metro only 1 minute away. Street can be a bit noisy at night, but then it is located within a busy street with nice restaurants & bars, nothing... that can't be slept through (in our opinion). This was my second visit to these apartments, and would definitely use them again. 

  The apartment was fantastic. We didn't have any problems. I would book this accommodation again. Plenty of space for 5 people.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Allerdings ist der Lärmpegel in der Nacht etwas zu hoch (besonders wegen der Müllabfuhr).Schallschutzfenster würden diesen Mangel beseitigen. Ansonsten ist die zentrale Lage der Wohnung optimal.

  Barcelona is a incredible place to vacation and the locals are very welcoming. The apartment is located in what I believe is the best location you can possibly be in. It was large enough to accommodate 5 people comfortably and it was supplied with all you need to get by with. We were in walking ...distance to almost everything and the metro was nearby to go anyplace further away. A little noisy at night but, it was well worth it. I highly recommend this apartment. 

  Apartment is in perfect condition and furnished with good quality, if basic, furniture. It is right in the old part of Born, with the Picasso museum just a few minutes away. Apartment is surrounded by good tapas bars and places to eat. Metro is 1 minute up the road. La Rambla is just a few ...minutes walk away. Apartment was very comfortable for 3 people and could easily fit more without feeling too crowded. Only downside was some noise on the street late at night and the bin collectors first thing in the morning. However given it is in the city centre and it was a weekend, the noise was not excessive.  

  Lovely appartment and in a great location - less than a minute to nearest metro, could walk to La Rambla in 5mins, and Placa Cataluyna in 10mins. Only complaint was that it could be noisy at night.

  I cannot fault the accommodation -spacious, airy, well equipped and very clean. Superb location. Little noise and good screening from external light.

  The very highest standard.

  Apart from minor problems with bathroom and shower fittings we were delighted with the accomodation. Excellent apartment, great location, friendly people. Recommended.

  Shower fittings - angle of fitting meant it was difficult to use the shower in its holder in both bathrooms. A minor point in otherwise excellent accomodation.

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Leider war es etwas laut. Aber das war nicht so schlimm. Wäre schön, wenn sie eine Kontaktperson hätten, die etwas besser englisch sprechen würde. Aber der Herr war sehr nett, es ...hat auch alles gut geklappt und wir sind zurecht gekommen. Haben und werden Sie weiterempfehlen. Grüße nach Barcelona 

  Clean, modern and spacious accommodation. This was our fourth stay in Barcelona and this accommodation was by far the best.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Sie entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen - in Barcelona und in der Wohnung.

  Apartment was clearly designed for tourist trade - having said that, it was clean, comfortable and conveniently placed

  I recently stayed with my wife, 2 daughters (2 1/2 yrs. and 6 months)and mother-in-law. The space was quite comfortable with this number of people and the building manager went above and beyond the call of duty in making arrangements for cribs, highchair and baby utensils. All of the appliances ...were brand new and the apartment was spotless. There was some minor traffic noise from Via Laetana, but otherwise it was very quiet. The location could not have been better, we were one block from the metro, there were several shops and restaurants within a block of the apartment and the Picasso Museum was a short walk away, not to mention the Gothic Cathedral.  

  Really excellent accomodation, and the contact person was very friendly and helpful.

  Very clean and nice apartement for five persons in central location. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book this again. Nevertheless, some negative details: - The fuse for the kitchen is too weak. We could not use the toaster in the kitchen without blowing the fuse. - The toaster ...itself produced only dark to black slices. We always had to stop it manually for getting lightly toasted slices. Moreover, the slices were toasted only on one side. - The air conditioning worked fine only in the living room. The other two devices were not okay. 

  A lovely apartment in an excellent location. Close to Estacio de Blanca and you can get a direct train from the airport. Check out taller de tapas across the road, the best tapas in Spain !!!Evenigs spent drinking rioja in the square bliss.

  Highly recommended Well equipped, clean and in good location. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

  This apartment was fabulous. Its\' location can\'t be beat as it was near fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping. The metro stop was less than a block away. Our contact person was very nice. She met us o time and gave us maps and advice on sightseeing. There was some street noise late at ...night, but not enough to bother us. We would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona.

  Apartment was modern and clean. Two bathrooms was useful as there were 5 of us staying. Location is good for the metro, restaurants and the gothic centre. If there is any street noise down below, it didn\'t affect us on the 3rd floor. We will stay here again next time we come to Barcelona.

  The accommodations were clean and very safe and the location was wonderful. We could walk everywhere and if we did not feel like walking we were steps away from the metro and restaurants across the street. The apartment had everything we needed with a great kitchen and two bathrooms which was great for 5 people. We had a great vacation in Barcelona.

  We were very impressed with the size of the apartment, the amenities (towels, dishes, etc) and the storage for our things. So often, there is not enough hooks or dresser top area to keep ones things when traveling. The location was brilliant, close to shops, metro, beach, and other places of interest.

  This is a nice apartment in a really fantastic location. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Every room had a nice small balcony window onto the street. I previously stated in another apartment in the born district but it didn't feel as safe up a small side street. This is a lovely ...pedestrianised street with nice shops and restaurants. The Cheeseme restaurant is lovely to sit outside at night with street entertainers coming and going. I would put some mirrors in the bedrooms of this apartment, maybe at least one full-length mirror somewhere. Our only problem was with drainage of one of the showers, but as the apartment has too bathrooms this wasn't a big problem. There is some street noise at night, but nothing excessive for the great location. 

  The perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and felt very safe. The apt is beautiful, clean and filled with extras which we were not expecting (high speed internet, laundry soap, etc).

  Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip mit Familie. 1A Lage. 5 min. zu den Ramblas und 5 Min. zum Hafen. Diverse Top Tappas Bars vor der Tür. Unterkunft sehr sauber und ordentliche Betten. Daher absolut empfehlenswert. Alles Bestens. Gerne wieder.

  The apartment was really great. It was very clean and the location was quiet, there was no cars and noises. We had several attractions nearby like famous churches and cathedral. It was a perfect stay and we enjoyed very much.

  Ideal location, really easy to locate and though we walked to the gothic quarter close by we were also right by a metro stop that made going further around the city pretty easy. There were 5 of us and while the extra bed was adequate the apartment is best suited for 4. Having two bathrooms was most ...convenient and the standards of cleanliness throughout we're excellent. We were not troubled by noise at all. Helpful service, I won't hesitate to use this company again.

  This apartment was just as pictured on the web-site--and very clean. It provided all the necessities needed for a week's stay in Barcelona. The location was excellent, and we felt very safe. Owner contact was friendly and very helpful.

  Perfect location and absolutely no problems. We arrived earlier than the usual check in time, but notified the owner in advance and were able to get straight in.

  A spacious apartment, in an excellent location, you simply step out into the heart of Born. Clean, warm, well equipped and well insulated from any external noise. Very easy check in and check out. A great place to stay in Barcelona.

  El departamento combina la magia de lo antiguo con el confort de lo moderno. Está emplazado en una zona muy linda, con una movida diurna y nocturna tipo Bohemia, con restaurancitos, bares y negocios de excelente calidad. Cerca de la catedral del mar, de la catedral de Barcelona, de la plaza ...Cataluña., Y a unas cuadras del mar. Cómodo, confortable, super bien equipado. Volvería con gusto! Cumplieron con lo acordado, se comunicaron conmigo para recordarme convenir mi llegada, en el edificio estaba la oficina y por tanto había contacto permanente por cualquier necesidad. Colaboraron conmigo ante un inconveniente de salud por el que tuve que llamar al médico. Todo 10 puntos. 

  Location is ideal and tight-fitting windows completely insulated apt from street noise. Immaculate apt is smaller than it appears on web site, "one-person " kitchen is minimally furnished with basics. Second bath was extremely small; shower flooded the floor. Great security but apt door lock was... tricky. Best feature was ideal location. Pricey, but what isn't in Barcelona? 

  Für Freunde/Innen ist die Wohnung gut geeignet, da es 3 Schlafräume gibt. Die Kaffeemaschine könnte größer sein (das ist aber m.E. das einzige Manko). Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, sehr viele Restaurants, Geschäfte sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ebenso der Hafen und der Strand.
