Appartamento per 6 persone con 3 camere nel cuore del Gotico

  Appart superbe, calme, très bien équipé (éponge, produit machine, liquide vaisselle, sac poubelle....), accueil très sympa de C.

  The owners met us personally and spent time giving us plenty of helpful tips - where to eat, shop, get cash in the neighborhood, everything we needed to know for a great long weekend in Barcelona. The location couldn't be safer and gave us a great sense of the liveliness of the area. The apartment... was very spacious and comfortable, and everything was absolutely wonderful.

  Das Appartment ist für Touristen ideal, die Lage optimal mitten in der Altstadt und dennoch ruhig. Mängel (kein heißes Wasser) wurden umgehend beseitigt.

  Appartement très agréable pour 6 personnes, très bien situé et calme.Aucun problème dans l'organisation que ce soit à l'arrivée ou au départ.

  Die Lage am Plaza Real ist perfekt, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, die Schlafzimmer liegen im Innenhof und sind dadurch ruhig,der Fahrstuhl ist super für schwere Koffer oder den Einkauf, die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

  Super Lage, erstaunlich ruhig, gute Aufteilung der Zimmer.

  Super appartement! Grand et très propre. Le propriétaire C. est très gentil. Bien situé pour visiter. Quelques pas de La Ramblas. Très bons restos tout prêt. L'entrée de l'immeuble pourraît être repeint, ça ferait du bien. La rue aussi n'est pas très propre avec tous les graffitis sur les... murs, ça fait un peu ruelle. Mais autrement, tout est parfait car une fois à l'intérieur on s'y sent bien.  

  Appartement idéalement situé. Les photos du site correspondent bien à la réalité. L'accueil et l'organisation check-in et check-out sont parfaits. L'appartement commence à avoir quelques petits signes de vétusté (plastique d'une douche, chasse d'eau d'un wc ...) sinon tout est en bon ordre ...de marche (cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, climatisation ...). Une adresse à recommander. 

  The best Apartment ever! I would totally recommend this to all my friends. The apartment had every thing that you need on a vacation & is located in the prime property of La Rambla which was just 60 secs away.

  Die Lager ist absolut super. Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Ramblas und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns abends auf dem Plaza Reial aufgehalten und konnten von dort sofort zu unserer Wohnung laufen. Metro Station und Hafen sind auch leicht zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war gehoben. Matratzen und besonders der Fön waren ok. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

  Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten mal hier. Letztes Jahr allerdings über WTS (ist teurer). Zwei Familien mit je einem Kind (11 + 12 Jahre). Es war auch dieses mal wieder perfekt. Vor allem die Lage ist absolut super. Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder nehmen.

  Superb location, very central and yet very quiet. The accommodation is of a high standard with good quality appliances. The layout of the flat is good as all three bedrooms are separate from one another which is good if you have children. I would definitely recommend as a base for a stay in Barcelona.

  Appartement très bien situé, très calme, très propre, si on devait faire une critique ce serait le manque de chaines étrangères sur la télévision.En conclusion nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous conseillerions cet appartement

  The location is great, two minute walk to Los Ramblas, three to the Metro and 10 minutes to Placa Catalunya. The appartement is spacious, light and quiet as it faces into the centre of the block. The furnishings are modern and in good condition. Very good value for money The person we spoke to was pleasant, helpful and punctual.

  Overall nice apartment although foyer entrance and hallway stairs could be cleaner. Liked the location. The bathrooms need a major update in their tap ware......no water pressure. I would not stay here again due to the poor water pressure for shower.

  Appartement idéalement placé proche des moyens de transport, des restaurants, bien aménagé et calme (mois de janvier). Le concierge est trés sympathique.

  Das Beste - die zentrale Lage der Wohnung+die Sauberkeit.Es gibt jedoch viele aber :Die Wohnung : 2 kaputte Waschbecken im Bad,fehlende Glühbirnen und Toilettenpapier.Kein Internet mehrere Stunden am Tag-Kontaktperson hat unsere Bemerkung diesbezüglich komplett ignoriert. Gestank im ...Treppenhaus.Wichtig :Die Unterkunft NICHT Kinderwagen/behindertengerecht -bis zum Lift muss man viele Treppen den Wagen tragen ! Dann die Überraschung-in den Lifteingang passt der Wagen (Buggy) kaum rein !Der Verwalter unpünktlich/nicht erreichbar -wir warteten mit dem Baby ca 30.Min vor der Tür;unfreundlich-er hat zB. während des Gespräch einfach aufgelegt ! Ohne jede Interesse für Gästezufriedenheit- WIFI nicht funktionierend-selber schuld-wir sollten es gleich bei der Wohnungsübergabe merken ! Mehrere Kontaktnummer für Notfall-s.o.!!!!!!sonst steht man da ausgeliefert

  Excellent location, large and clean apartment with character. Easy access to most tourist locations, and close to market and number of small supermarkets.

  Mooi, ruim appartement. Volledig uitrusting. Perfecte ligging tussen Ramblas en Place Reial. Heel rustig.

  Location location location. Fantastic apartment...

  The best aspect of the apartment was its location.Also the apartment was very spacious, light and airy.I was wary of the water pressure for showers but we had no problem and both showers worked extremely well. I thought the contact with the owner, C, on arrival in Barcelona was very quick and ...efficient.He met us at apartment much earlier than check in time so we could leave our luggage and return later once the apartment was cleaned.He spoke very good English which was perfect for our non-Spanish speaking party.

  L'appartement se situe dans un endroit très animé , à deux pas de la Rambla ainsi que de la Place Reial . Malgré ces endroits très animés et festifs , il fait très calme quand on est dans l'appartement . Tout le matériel nécessaire est présent ( linge de cuisine , essuies, draps de... lit, aspirateur , ventilateur ,sac poubelle , kit vaisselle et lave-vaisselle,...) , tout est très propre et très joli. Le propriétaire a été joignable de suite par mail avant notre arrivée et par téléphone une fois sur place . Nous avons pu bénéficier de l'appartement quelques heures plus tôt que l'heure prévue ainsi que pour le départ . Un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité . Je recommande chaudement cette location .  

  L'appartement est très bien situé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Le propriétaire est très gentil.

  La communication avec le propriétaire a été parfaite par mail.. Avec la personne qui nous a accueilli aussi. Par téléphone à notre arrivée à Barcelone, nous avons convenu d'une heure pour déposer nos bagages et prendre possession de l'appartement qui est tel que sur les photos. Très ...propre , décoration soignée, lits très confortables. très bien situé et très calme. On nous a rendu comme convenu la caution confiée en cash. Un point à améliorer: changer le robinet de la baignoire, qui est très difficile à régler! Un mitigeur serait bienvenu. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et le louerais de nouveau avec plaisir. 

  Great location in gothic city. We would stay here again if we ever get the chance to be in Barcelona again. The apartment was not fancy but clean. Also it was large, especially for the gothic quarter.

  Location The pre arranged taxi was a NO SHOW at the airport on our arrival.The odor in the apartment building was offensive attributed to sewer issues from rain!!Only 1 trash can in entire apartment-inadequate.Great delay in getting hot water for bathrooms!!

  Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Kontaktperson war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist top ! Kontaktperson war zuverlässig und freundlich. Es war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Betten waren außerordentlich gut. Ein toller Platz für einen Barcelonaurlaub, wir würden sofort wieder kommen !

  Appartement très bien situé. On peut tout faire à pied : shopping, plage, resto, petit déjeuner... La ruelle est un peu glauque mais une fois rentré dans l'allée on est bien. L'appartement est très bien pour 6 personnes, propre et bien meublé. Les fenêtres donnent sur des cours intérieures... donc pas de bruit de rue. La personne à qui nous avons eu à faire est très bien et même disponible lors du séjour si jamais il y a un problème. Nous recommandons cet appartement et ce site de confiance.

  Prima ligging. 20 meter van place reial. Kom vanaf rambles place Reial binnen,rechts in de hoek is een straatje,na 20 mtr rechts is het appartement.Lastig te vinden en geen nummeraanduiding vandaar de uitleg.Prachtig groot rustig appartement met lang smal balkon aan binnenplaats.Zit lift in maar is... niet voor rolstoel,moet eerst trappen op (+/-10) om in lift te kunnen.Appartement is schoon maar sanitair is aan vervanging toe.Oude kitlagen krijg je niet echt schoon.Tassen mochten we in app neerzetten terwijl schoonmaakster bezig was.Ze is werkelijk 3.5 uur aan het schoonmaken geweest dus school is het wel.Zorg dat je met D communiceerd over verandering van uitchecken ed want C vergeet dingen door te geven wat erg ohandig is als je wilt vertrekken.tip:was/afwasmachine nietgelijka 

  Es ist alles wunderbar gelaufen, wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

  A nice apartment which was spacious. Some of the lounge furniture was worn and a little tatty. The flush on the toilet in the main bathroom broke on the 2nd day. Good job it had a 2nd toilet as it wasn't repaired during our 5 day stay! The location was good and close to La Rambla, loads of cafe ...bars and the local transport. The Gothic Quarter is a fabulous area with lots of side streets and alleyways to explore. A minor downside was that the balcony whilst facing west and had sun in the evening, overlooked other apartments only and didn't look out onto a street where you could watch the world go by. Barcelona is a fabulous City and well worth a visit, but he prepared for a busy, tiring but very enjoyable time. So much to see and do!  

  Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden, es war wirklich klasse. Super Lage, sehr netter Kontakt und die Wohnung genau so, wie wir uns sie vorgestellt hatten.

  Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité des restaurants les plus prisés de Barcelone, de La Ramblas et de la Plaça Reial, donc au coeur du quartier Gothique. Propreté, confort et tranquillité étaient au rendez-vous. Excellent accueil de D, ...qui a répondu à toutes nos questions et qui nous a accommodés pour le retour vers l'aéroport. Nous étions 4 personnes de Québec, Canada et nous avons tous adoré notre séjour à Barcelone. L'appartement est à l'image de Barcelone, beau, chaleureux, convivial et agréable à vivre. Nous ne pouvons faire autrement que de recommander vivement cette location à quiconque veut passer un séjour sans souci à Barcelone.André Boudrias
