Comodo appartamento vicino alla Plaza España

  Apartamento limpio, bien equipado, moderno y muy bien situado. La persona de contacto que nos dio las llaves muy agradable.

  A well equipped and clean apartment that was very comfortable and suitable for a family. A good base to see the city but being directly above a shop it was a bit noisy. Having to pay in cash was inconvenient.

  The apartment was in the perfect location for me, opposite the Fira de Barcelona, was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The only thing it lacked was a kettle!

  Great, clean and modern apartment. View could be better, but otherwise very neat. Could have a washing machine (did not have it at all) and existing dishwasher working, then it would be perfect.

  L'appartamento é pulito ed é situato in una posizione buona, per raggiungere tutti le zone di Barcellona.

  El alojamiento esta bien ubicado en el sentido de que esta cerca de la Plaza de Espana.Lo unico es que habia mucho ruido. Tambien habia problemas de calefacion.

  The location was great, close to everything Barcelona, within walking distance of the Fountains and Hop On/Off Tour Bus. The apartment was very clean and upscale and the contact person was fantastic.

  alloggio parecchio rumoroso, cucina quasi priva di pentole, e degli accessori utili per cucinare. La persona interessata alla consegna delle chiavi non si è presentata il giorno di arrivo, siamo duti andare a prenderci le chiavi nel bel mezzo della notte... un voto complessivo mediocre....

  Tout fut très bien. L appartement tres propre et moderne, un peu bruyant mais sansn plus. Tres bonne localisation geographique et une charmante dame pour nous acceuillir! Sejour très agréable !

  Qedamos muy contentos con todo el servicio y el apartamento. el unico problema es tener que dejarlo antes de las 11 de la mañana cuando el resto de alojamiento se dejan a las 12.

  It was great, though the lights in the bedroom are a bit strange, they switch on on their own, and switch off for no reason. maybe an electrician should have a look...?

  The accomodation was nothing like the picture on the website. There was a constant smell from the drain in the kitchen/living room area. The location was fine the traffic noise was to be expected. Overall I would say it was fine.

  la ubicacion noi nos gusto mucho por ser entresotano muy cerca de la bulla de la calle, pero la limpieza, amabilidad y ganas de prestar un buen servicio bien valen la pena de mencionar

  The apartment was very clean and the bathrooms were after rennovation in excellant condition. There was no hot water kettle in the kitchen even though listed in the description. The contact person at the apartment was very pleasant but did not speak a word of English which made things a bit hard.... the rsponse to our emails before we arrived was prompt and accomodating.we are most grateful for being allowed to stay in the apartment until the evening on our last day for no extra cost since we had a night flight out of Barcelona. 

  We stayed in 2 different apartments in Barcelona. For some reason on our first and last morning, the heater in the apartment broke down. It was rectified. Everything else was great!

  8 sur 10 l'appartement est bien situé , l'interieur est qualité, très propre est spacieux . Nous étions en famille (couple avec 2 enfants en bas ages) et c'était parfait

  Todo excelente

  L'appartement est excellent, très propre et conforme aux photos. Seul problème, laisser la voiture dans la rue, on se l'est faite fracturée... La personne de contact ne parle qu'espagnol, pas toujours facile (même si on est en Espagne o:))

  We had a two bedroom apt. he first was independent of the living area. We would have preferred if the second had been, too. Mind you we knew that the second one opened on to the living area before we went.

  A really modern, spacious and clean apartment with very good good access to the Metro network and relaxed, helpful but not obtrusive concierge and contact person on site. The air-con is a definite bonus. Perfect, #1 in Barcelona, Spain and Europe

  Muy bueno, muy limpio, perfecto.

  Die Küche war nicht sauber, das Geschirr musste vor dem Gebarauch gespült werden. Es fehlten Messer und ein Küchenmesser. Die Kontaktperson vor Ort sprach nur Spanisch. Kontakt in Englisch nur per Telefon.

  Bon logement, idéalement placé, pour tout ce qui est station de métro (Deux, Poble Sec, Espanya), un bus qui vous amène directement à la plage(57). De même qu'un Noctibus (N0). Très bon séjours, le logement est entouré par des banques, des commerces et il y a le commissariat centrale de ...la Guarda Urbana a 300m! Juste quelques problèmes sonores du au voisinage, mais de toute façon on est pas a Barcelone pour rester enfermé ! ;)

  di notte si sentiva un po' il rumore della metro che passava, ma non ha costituito un problema, anzi se torniamo sicuramente torneremo qui. tutto molto chiaro.

  Propriétaire parle anglais, et la personne qui s'occupe des clés habite au dessus.

  c'est tres bruyant metro + avenue

  L'appartamento è in una zona abbastanza rumorosa, ma vicino alla fermata del metro. In pratica è ubicato in una strada molto grande e trafficata. I condizionatori lasciavano a desiderare. Le stoviglie erano abbastanza modeste. La persona di contatto molto gentile. Nel complesso ampiamente ...accettabile. utilissimo punto di riferimento per chi deve visitare la splendida Barcelona. Ho utilizzato abche quattro dei buoni inviatimi.

  The apartment definitely lived up to our expectations. It had everything we expected. Very close to everything, with only one stop with the metro or 5 euros with taxi to La Rambla. Even though it was situated right at the big street Avenida Para'lel, there was no noice at all and we had never a ...problem sleeping. If you don't know a word of Spanish, it may be difficult to communicate with the contact person, but we didn't have huge problems with that. Thank you so much for the stay, we would LOVE to come back. 

  Es un apartamento que está perfectamente ubicado en Barcelona, con paradas de metro muy cercanas El trato dispensado ha sido muy bueno y con muchas facilidades para la entrada y la salida

  the owner spoke very little english, but we managed to communicate cheerfully and all arrangements were punctual. the appartment was comfortable and spacious with good facilities

  Piso amplio con dos habitaciones, dos baños. Muy limpio. Dispone de ascensor aunque es primera planta. Buen trato recibido. La zona dispone de lugares de ocio: pubs, bares y restaurantes

  Man konnte die Fenster nicht ganz schliessen und somit war es sehr laut.

  Apartment was great! Everything worked even better than expected. Also, the metro was very close by (we used Poble Sec and Espanya) as was transportation to the airport (Pl. Espanya). No complaints really! :)

  comfy, clean, well organised and good value

  Everything was great. The contact person was really lovely, there was a small language barrier but everything else was perfect and went very smoothly.

  The apartment was well furnished and spacious for 4 adults. Very convenient with 2 separate shower compartments and toilets. A very convenient location with short walk to nearby Poble Sec or Paral-lel metro stations. Drainage in one shower was stuck after using for 6 nights. So need to check ...blockage in toilet which will affect shower drainage. Only drawback was no WIFI. Contact person should contact tenants from time to time to see if there are any problems in the apartment. 

  C'était très bruyant le système de tuyauterie faisait beaucoup de bruit, problème avec réseau internet, pas vraiment moyen de cuisiné les 2 ronds de petite cuisinière fonctionnaient à peine même a high .les fenêtre ne barraient pas ....

Cher client, De la part de toute l'équipe Oh, nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire. Je vous confirme que le propriétaire a vérifié les équipements de l'appartement. Il nous assure que le Wifi a été réparé, les plaques de cuisson mettent un peu de temps à chauffer mais elles fonctionnent correctement, et les fenêtres ferment bien. Il s'agit de fenêtres en aluminium qui peuvent s'ouvrir horizontalement et verticalement, il faut donc parfois trouver le point d'emboîtement pour qu'elles ferment bien.

  Our flight was delayed due to a lightning storm, and so when we arrived to the apartment we were charged a late check-in fee. We were also charged an upfront cleaning fee that was not previously advised. Therefore, what appeared to be an averagely-priced apartment became an expensive apartment.

  La persona de contacto (J.) nos dio un teléfono de una mujer para que ella nos abriera el apartamento a nuestra llegada.El mismo día de llegada, esta mujer nos llamó y, de manera brusca, nos dijo que teníamos que llegar antes de las 20h, o tendríamos recargo (en la reserva ponía que había ...recargo después de las 21h).Al llegar allí, vino un chico joven que, de muy malas maneras, nos comentó que lo que habíamos pagado no se descontaba del importe final, y a parte teníamos que pagar 40 € de limpieza. Y todo sin ningún recibo ni papel. Al final lo solucionamos, pero no quedamos nada contentos, el trato fue horrible. Vino a recibirnos una persona sin identificar, y que nos exigía 70 € de más, y al decirle que no estábamos de acuerdo, nos contestó de muy malas maneras, incluso estuvimos intranquilos por la noche. 

  Nos fue muy bien sobretodo por la ubicación ya que el maraton de barcelona tenia su salida i llegada en la plaza España.El apartamento estaba correcto.

  La persona de contacto no estaba en el domicilio cuando llegamos, las llaves nos las facilito el portero. Después de varias llamadas sin éxito nos atendió la persona de contacto que nos había facilitado el propietario. Lo que más nos sorprendió es que en los tiempos en que estamos ni siquiera ...tuviésemos que identificarnos, ni siquiera nos preguntaron por el nombre de la persona que había efectuado la reserva.
