Appartamento ideale con due camere da letto per le famiglie fino a 4 persone

  Sehr schöne Wohnung, werde es allen weiterempfehlen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar ein Wäschetrockner. Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, Bäcker und Feinkost gleich um die Ecke. Kontaktperson sehr nett und hilfsbereit, spricht ein wenig englisch. Metro nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

  Sehr funktionell eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute Lage, 3 Metrostationen zum Plaza Catalunya, Beginn der Ramblas.Problemlose Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ummittelbarer Nähe, Bäcker, feinkost, Supermarkt.

  The apartment is just as beautiful and clean as the pictures look, it's two blocks from the Rocafort stop on the Red line, close to everything, there's a grocery store and meat market across the street...I wish it were mine. I'd stay there again next weekend. Can I?!

  This appartment \"took our breath away\",in the first sight. Of course we have seen the pictures on web-site, but it was relly really nice. It was very modern and the style was followed in every step. We brought two children in 7 and 9 years and they loved the stay, as much as we. Airc. ...was superb! But Barcelona i mid July was a litlle to hot. We lost a little energy in the end of the day. We have stayed 3 times i \"barca\" and love this city. We will go back to this appartment. The owner was really correct and had everything i order. He was really nice. We wish you a pleasant stay. 

  L'appartement est tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce. Beau design, moderne. On s'accomode assez facilement du bruit urbain ... L'accueillant vous mets de suite à l'aise. Commerces à proximité.

  Although the landlord did not speak any English, he was extremely helpful and super nice. The apt was spotless and very cosy for 3 of us.Nice and modern with well-equipped kitchen. Great that the metro was only few minutes away and a supermarket just opposite! Only thing was there wasn't a lift and... the stairs were very narrow. Overall, would definitely recommend it. 

  Bel appartement dans un quartier non touristique - très bonne poissonnerie au pied de l'immeuble, très nombreux commerces...très pratique pour les courses Manque de vaisselles (saladiers, casserolles,...) et de matériel de nettoyage (balai, pelle..) Beaucoup de nuisance sonore. Bien situé - aacès au métro facile

  My husband and I loved this beautiful apartment. It was clean, well-designed and thoroughly equipped (no DVD player, however). The landlord was extremely friendly, courteous and flexible. We liked that we were slightly off the beaten path, about a 10 minute walk to Plaça Catalunya. This made it ...feel more like we lived there instead of being tourists. We are city dwellers, so the occasional street noise was not really an issue, but other visitors may wish to bring earplugs for sound sleeping. Thank you for a lovely vacation! 

  Tip-Top Unterkunft - hätte nicht besser sein können. Alles besser wie auf den Fotos. Kontaktperson sprach nur spanisch - war aber sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lärmpegel war für uns etwas ungewohnt aber erträglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

  People were rude and the feelings was that "they" were doing "us" a favor. Would not ever go back, ever!

  Apartment was nice. But we woked every night to "disco"in upstairs. There was some who came "home" 1.00 a.m. and played stereo to 5.00 a.m..

  sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, gut ausgestattete küche... toller supermarkt direkt gegenüber. wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! lärmpegel durch die straße ein wenig größer. handtücher vielleicht besser selbst mitbringen, waren leider nicht besonders sauber/frisch.

  die unterkunft war super schön und total sauber, hätte echt nicht besser sein können! eine wohnung zum zuhause fühlen!

  alles super gut, können wir weiterempfehlen.Lärmpegel aufgrund Straße etwas höher aber für Barcelona ok.

  The bath water is very poor, very weak and not hot. We need to use cold shower on every nights in cool Barcelona.

  Apartment was roomy. Towels and bathroom smelled musty, but owner did reimburse for laundry expense to wash linens. The stairs to the apartment were a killer with luggage. Nothing horrible about the apartment, but next time we\'d choose a different one.

  It was very nice to stay there. Good access to metro. There is a supermarket on the other side of street and it was very convenient! We had one problem with shower. The water was not warm enough. Hopefully it\'s already repaired. The person who we contacted there was very kind. He could understand English a little bit.

  El apartamento esta bien. Situado en una zona centrica y con servicios cerca, supermercados, panaderias, etc... Solo dos inconvenientes. Por un lado el ruido de la calle, el apartamento no esta lo suficientemente insonorizado ni aislado del exterior y hay bastante ruido de la calle; y por otro ...hay un fuerte olor a humedad y cañerias, que creo que viene del baño, y que hace la estancia un poco incomoda. Por lo demas todo bien. 

  Todo perfecto a parte el ruido de la calle a la noche.

  Accommodation was very good, we did have to wait over half an hour outside the apartment to collect the keys, although it was a saturday night! Apartment just as described, quite noisy but on a main road so cannot be helped!!

  Great location. It's one minute to Metro station and in a pretty safe area. A lot of visit spot within walking distance in 20 minutes. Lots of diners around. House Owner is very kind and helpful. The house would be excellent if it's more clean of towels and bed sheets.

  Tutto bene, peccato però che si senta molto il traffico della strada in basso.

   Logement : sanitaires un peu limite au niveau propreté et manque de couverts dans la cuisine Location : rue bruyante surtout au petit matin mais avons apprécié la musique et les rires chez les voisins de l'autre coté de la rue Personne de contact : hyper courtoise et disponible , parfaite !

  Good size and good location. The price was very reasonable.

  6/10 appartement bien situé (metro à deux pas; supermarché en face)et bien agencé (joli décoration) mais beaucoup de nuisances sonores La propreté de l'appartement est à revoir (odeur de canalisation permanente dans l'appartement, résidus de moisi dans le réfrigérateur que nous n'avons ...pas utilisé à cause de ça)

note de OH(06/05/10) Le propriétaire a solutionné le problème des mauvaises odeurs, avec un produit spécifique pour les canalisations, et le frigidaire a été nettoyé, et fonctionne maintenant parfaitement.

  Faut savoir utiliser les téléphones en Espagne mais apr`s cela fut facile de communiquer.

  Humidité sur les murs, odeur insupportable dans la salle de bain, odeur d'égouts qui ne cède pas malgré une aération continue de la pièce nous soumettant de ce fait aux odeurs de cuisine des voisins, de plus le débit d'eau chaude est très aléatoire. Le contact sur place a été prévenu, il... dit qu'il se rendrait à l'appartement, ce qu'il n'a pas fait. Il faut prévoir large le jour du départ, le contact nous a facturé 50€ (départ avant 8h) il est arrivé 20 min en retard nous obligeant à prendre un taxi (plus rapide que le bus initialement prévu) Nous sommes déçus de cette location dont les remarques avaient soit disant été prises en compte, nous avons fait confiance... 

  Strange smell in the bathroom but for the price may be an option to consider.
