  The appartment was very clean and nice in the midle of the centre of El Borne. Also the help of the owner with a taxi to the airport on the day of our departure was very friendly. We loved our stay

  Excellent location, apartment was in great shape. Internet did not work while we were there but wasnt really an important factor. Walking distance to Las Ramblas and area, subway only a short 2 minute walk away.

  Eine gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung von Barcelona. Viele Straßen zum Bummeln rundherum, jede Menge Geschäfte und Lokale. Auch die Oper war problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist neu renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gewöhnungsbedürftig die Schlafzimmer mit ...zwar normalen Fenstern, die aber in einen Lichtschacht mündeten. Wir waren im Winter, daher war es sehr dunkel dadurch, möglicherweise ist dies aber im Sommer ein Vorteil wegen der Wärme.

  Beautiful apartment in a great location in Barcelona. The street below was lively, but never disturbing at night. The place was exactly as advertised - clean, modern and comfortable. Internet didn't work for me while I was there, but that was OK. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would ...definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

  Bei einem Apartment für 4 Personen und einem Preis von EUR 710 für 4 Nächte wären mindestens 2 Schlafzimmer mit größeren Doppelbetten schöner gewesen. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft in Hinblick auf Lage, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit sehr gut!

  Great apartment, very nice, clean and affordable. The location is excellent. It is in walking distance to Las Ramblas and extremely close to the Juame Subway entrance- which makes it very accessible to the airport. There is also a nice little bar row close by.

  tout était très bien, proche du métro et en plein coeur du quartier gothique. L'appartement était vraiment impeccable quand nous sommes arrivées. A recommander sans hésitation sauf pour les fanatiques de lumière du jour puisque seul le salon a une fenêtre qui donne dehors mais je pense que ...c'est un plus surtout en été pour se préserver de la chaleur. 

  As regular visitors to Barcelona, and having rented many apartments, this apartment was everything we would want. It was immaculately cleaned and maintained. They supplied dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing powder, dishcloth and soap etc that many apartments don't provide. The location ...was fantastic and despite being central was very quiet, particularly as the bedrooms were positioned away from the main street. The concierge was very also very helpful.

  the apartment was clean and quiet, some neighbour woke us up around 2am shouting and watching the TV, but the rest was just excellent.Location next to dozens of tapas-bars and the centre.

  Das Internet funktionierte nur in einem Zimmer. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar und unkompliziert. Die Lage war sehr gut.

  This apartment was exactly as described. It is in excellent condition and the photos on the web are accurate. I would definitely recommend this building to friends and will stay there again when I revisit Barcelona.

  Very goog and clean appartments, exellent location, very good aircondition in the house. Despite of crouded and noisy street, if we close windows, full cilence is inside. One pitty thing - only one window to street, so inside it was necessary every time switch in the lights. Exellent internet connections.

  Muy buen piso y el sitio inmejorable. Muy bueno el piso y el sitio tambien, el personal muy agradable, recomendable para pasar unos dias en Barcelona sin sorpresas en el alojamiento, un saludo.

  Está bien cuidado. En la televisión no se pueden sintonizar prácticamente cadenas de España. En la cocina estaría bien un cuchillo de cocina. Buen servicio.

  Awesome flat! Very central, very clean. Only downpoint the flat is quite dark and you cannot open the windows in most rooms, as the inner court really stinks.

  The apartment exceeded expectations, clean modern and has everything you might need. Located on a lively street with shops and restaurants but no noise disturbances in the apartment. I would recommend to a friend and I would return again.

  Some difficulties with appliances .

  Modern, tastefully decorated apartment with central air conditioning. Well equipped with LCD TV, hairdryer, washing machine, electric kettle, coffee maker. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen is a little narrow and is located along the way from the main entrance to the rest of the ...apartment, so it is not for people who wish to cook up a storm. For simply frying some eggs and toast for breakfast and making a pot of coffee, it is perfect. 

  Wohnung ist bequem und komfortabel eingerichtet , vielleicht etwas dunkel, aber super gelegen - ansonsten alles perfekt - danke gern wieder

  Mar was very helpful and always willing to share information. The two guide books he left us were invaluable, we followed the walking tours and would not have known about them otherwise.

  The location was perfect - great eating places and close to most of the places we wanted to see. Very helpful contact and having the office on site was very good. The apartment was perfectly adequate for our needs and there was no noise disturbance. the apartment was very clean. Only very minor ...gripe was that there was no cereal/pasta bowls or plugs for the bath or sink. This did not really bother us as we were only there for a couple of days.

  We went with small kids and asked for a baby cot. We also got a high chair, some toys and plates and cups for the baby which was very thoughtful. Thank you. The apartment is well situated with many restaurants in walking distance, metro is at the end of the street and several bus stops are not far.

  Well located apartment in a lovely area that doesn't seem to feature much in the tour books and we hadn't seen on our previous trips. We travelled with our 20 month old daughter and M. left out all the items we needed (cot/high chair etc) as well as toys and baby cutlery and plates and given the ...apartment is all on one level with a lift it was perfect for us all. Given its central location it is very easy to plan day trips out around toddler nap times, popping in and out as needed. Only slight downside was the noise from the other apartments but guess this is to be expected in a building such as this with tiled floors and wasn't a problem at night. Would definitely stay again if we visit Barcelona in the future.

  Excellent location: as first timers in Barcelona everything we wanted to see was within a short walk or easy from the Metro at the top of the lane. Very helpful management, excellent local shops especially food shops for those with allergy problems, not noisy at night. We can highly recommend this.

  Ungünstiger Schnitt der Wohnung, nur Wohnzimmer hat ein Fester, das nicht zum kleinen Innenhof geht. Das Wohnzimmerfenster ist auch noch relativ klein. Man braucht immer Licht in der Wohnung.Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Die Toilette wackelt leicht, wenn man sich drauf setzt.Toilettenpapier, ...Handtücher, Spühlmaschinen-Tabs (es ist eine kleine Spühlmaschine in der Küche), Spühlmittel, Kaffe-Filter und Küchenrolle in ausreichender Menge vom Vermieter gestellt. Das hatte ich so noch nie erlebt!Die Wohnung ist zu zweit perfekt, wenn man viel unterwegs ist.Kochen wäre auch gut möglich.3 Leute gehen sicher auch gut, für mehr Leute ist die Wohnung meines Erachtens zu klein. 

  Cet appartement est idéalement bien placé. Le métro est à deux pas mais il est possible de faire le centre de Barcelone à pied. Séjour très agréable. Je recommande.

  La ubicación es excepcional para poder visitar Barcelona, igual que el trato de la dueña que en todo momento esta para ayudar. Lo mejorable el colchon de la cama.

  Apartment was modern and nicely styled with upgraded materials. Everything worked in the kitchen and bathroom....and the A/C, WiFi, and TV all were fine. The owner/manager (?) Mar Font was very nice and thorough, easy to check-in and out....she even helped print tickets online for the La ...Sagrada Familia church attraction. Looked at probably 300 offerings online, found this apartment perfectly located in the heart of the action in El Born.... would stay here again.....do not hesitate! No issues with payment/deposit, either. I miss Barcelona already..... 

  Excellent séjour facilité par la position géographique de l'appartement en parfait état, trés fonctionnel et calme situé à 2 pas de la station de métro Jaume1, dans le joli quartier Born ou se trouvent commerces et bonnes adresses de bars à tapas. Trés bon plan, je recommande

  Aspetto migliore sicuramente l'ubicazione nel cuore di Born in zona pedonale, in una bella palazzina.Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort, proprietario molto disponibile, ci ha dato appartamento di servizio per lasciare le valige il giorno della partenza.E' la ...seconda volta che soggiorno qui, e penso che alla terza ci tornerò!
