Warm en comfortabel appartement in de Gotische wijk van Barcelona

  Groovy, comfortable and homely apartment with everything we needed - the little touches like detergent, sponges, washing up gloves, toilet paper and some basic groceries are always appreciated! Excellent central location, was noisy, but thats why you stay in the centre of town!

  L'appartamento è molto carino,accogliente ben riscaldato e situato in un punto centrale a due passi dalle ramblas,la via può dare una brutta impressione perchè si trova nel centro storico ma è molto tranquilla sia di giono che di notte.Unico inconvegniente l'acqua calda,che non bastava per 4 doccie di fila!

  Apartment was as advertised: small, simple and basic, although the bathroom was a little too basic. Location ideally central, but situated on a narrow pedestrian street, which was poorly lit and did not appear very safe at night. Noise from both within (building) and outside (street) could be ...disruptive, but any apartment centrally located would have similar problems. 

  Not much hot water for showers - apart from that accommodation fine. Problem contacting owner as internet connection didn't work. Once we made contact by phone service was excellent and very accommodating. Let us leave our bags in apartment until 5.00pm

  wonderful service and well organised apartment however it was a shame about the number of stairs and the small amount of hot water for a large family.

  Ein Hinweis für Urlauber, die mit eigenem Auto anreisen,daß es schwierig ist, die Wohnung zu finden, das Gepäck auszuladen und das Fahrzeug zu parken, wäre hilfreich.

  la habitacion pequena es muy cerrada, sin luz, pero el resto es muy bien, limpio, nuevo y bien equipado.

  The accommodation was good, the apartment was clean and tidy, but some of the kitchen utensils were dirty and had obviously not been washed since the previous occupancy, but on the whole it was adequate for our needs. Not sure I would stay in this area again though.

  you cannot addvertise that the appartment is air conditioned while in reality the rooms are not...! you cannot sleep in such rooms in August in Barcelona!!! Too many stairs to climb.

  es war eigentlich alles sauber. Besteck und Geschirr haben wir allerdings abgewaschen...da war wohl wer vor uns nicht so gründlich. Bad / WC ziemlich klein. Nachbar hat TV oft laut aufgedreht. Strassenlärm hält sich in Grenzen. Klimaanlage, Fön, Toaster, Mikrowelle, TV, CD-Radio im ...Appartement. Die beiden Einzelbetten quietschen bei jeder kleinen Bewegung ziemlich.

  lovely appartment. nice shower! well equiped kitchen. if you're travelling with v.young or v.old note there are several (4or5) flights of steepish stairs. Very helpful and friendly contact, and excellent location

  En todo nuestra estadía, no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos. Si bien, el dueño trató de solucionar el problema, no pudo. Lo anterior se suma a una mala limpieza especialmente en la cocina. El valor que tiene este alojamiento es la ubicación, cerca de la playa y a una calle de La Rambla....

nota de OH (06/05/10) el propietario arregló el problema del agua caliente el 27 de abril y a cambio ofreció al los clientes un descuento por las molestias  

  The accomodation is unpretential but clean and has everything you need. It is in a very narrow street and the building has no elevator but then again it is almost next to La Rambla!

  Alloggio in posizione centrale, ma di contro ha un bagno veramente piccolo ed una camera da letto veramente buia. Di notte è rumoroso. Appena arrivato le pulizie efffettuate non erano delle migliori.

  Apartment really corresponded to the description in the web. We got what we wanted.

  Très bon accueil. En français et très disponible. Appartement confortable et bien situé. Un peu de bruit certains soirs. Localisation idéale.

  L'appartement est idéalement placé dans Barcelone, en bon état et agréable. L'immeuble est assez sonore et la rue étroite a tendance à amplifier les bruits des fêtards qui rentrent. Site bien fait. Il est facile de naviguer et de rechercher la location idéale. C'est la première fois que ...nous passions par ce site et nous n'avons pas été déçus. 

  Monsieur N est très gentil, il nous a donné de super conseils pour notre séjour,Dans l'appartement tout était très bien, fidel à ce qui est décrit sur l'annonce, Un détail: la salle de bains est un peu petite. Idéalement placé, à 2mn du port, en plein coeur du barrio gothico. On ...apréhendait un peu parceque c'était la première fois que nous réservions comme ca un appartement par internet...et devoir laisser des arrhes et la caution, ne nous rassurait pas, pourtant, nous sommes très satisfait et nous réutiliserons vos services! 

  Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description. Nous avons pu prendre possession du logement dès notre arrivée. La personne qui nous a reçus était très agréable. Tout est inclus dans la location (serviette, draps...). Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ville magnifique.

  Wir waren als Familie (4 Personen) im Oktober in Barcelona. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Sie war sauber und alles Nötige war vorhanden. Für vier Personen hätten wir uns etwas mehr Ausstattung in der Küche gewünscht. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt können wir die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

  Ideally located, but as others have mentioned be aware you are walking up almost 60 stairs to the apartment and it is very loud at night from outside noise. Greeter very friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy. Internet almost unusable.

  Nuestra estancia en Barcelona fue muy Buena, el departamento esta muy bien ubicado, en perfecto estado y muy completo, el unico problema son las escaleras, en la pagina de internet cuando uno hace la reserva debe figurar bien claro que es por escalera, mas que nada porque en Argentina los pisos se ...comienzan a contar desde el prime piso no desde la planta baja y mas que nada si la gente que lo alquila son persona mayores , ya que se hace muy pesado subir por con el equipaje. La recepcion fue excelente.
