Drie slaapkamer appartement centraal gelegen in Barcelona

  Erstklassige Wohnung:Top-Zustand,neue Betten mit harten Matratzen,blitzblanker Zustand. Bad und Küche waren mit notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet(Spülmittel,Schwämme,Geschirrhandtücher Essig&Öl, Salz, Zucker,Mineralwasser, Toilettenpapier,Seife,vielen Handtüchern...).Zweibett-Zimmer zur ...Fußgängerzone manchmal laut (Touristenlärm), aber mit Ohrstöpseln sehr ertragbar; die Einzelzimmer waren hingegen sehr ruhig. Insgesamt Top-Lage, Top-Qualität.Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr netter Empfang und unkomliziete Abwicklung der Formalitäten. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!  

  The apartment was as described on-line, excellent location, furnished quite well, and beds were comfortable. Some street level noise late at night but didn't keep us awake.

  GREAT APARTMENT IN GREAT LOCATION JUST NEEDS AT LEAST ONE MORE MIRROR AS THE ONLY ONE WAS IN BATHROOM AND WE HAD A 17YEAR OLD WITH US. ALSO A LEAST ONE OF THE BEDROOMS COULD BE A DOUBLE BED! VERY CLEAN AND QUITE SPACIOUS

  All the travel books say to go to La Ramblas. I'd skip that street. Where this apartment is located is perfect. The noise level is high in the front bedroom, but the trade-off make it tolerable. Contact person was very helpful and gracious. Terrific apartment!

  Accommodation was great and exactly as advertised. Clean and tidy. Location was excellent.

  This was my second time for staying at these apartments. The location is ideal for getting around Barcelona. Will definitely be staying there again.

  Comfortable and secure apartment ideally situated for sightseeing, transport and beach. Very easy to make contact with owner who was at the apartment when we arrived. Travelled as a family with 15 year old daughter and 12 year old son and felt very safe in this area. Previous comments complain ...of noise but it was not that bad; we had no problems at all sleeping and it is a city after all. Highly recommended! 

  The location is great but as you can expect from such a central, busy area, it can get quite noisy at night.

  The accommodation is located in a great area for sights, shops and restaurants. There is street noise at night at the front but you need to weigh the advantages of the central location against this. We travelled with children and felt very safe in this area. The apartment was cleaned to a high ...standard and was very comfortable.It had everything we neded for a lovely holiday. The contact person was very helpful.

  Very nice apartment, very clean and warm (in February). Some street noise (not unexpected)in front bedroom at night,(just passerby voices not music or traffic) but not a problem in back two bedrooms.

  We could collect the key exactly on the time we wanted. The location of the appartement is super and the appartement itself is very clean and nice. All necessities are present.

  Previous reveiwers complained about uncomfortable beds and the street being noisy. The beds we slept in were fine and the street two floors below wasn't that noisy and what did they expect in a city centre street in such a vibrant city. My only critism is that the satelite TV didn't have any UK ...terrestial channels, BBC1 etc, but it was fine if you want to listen to Radio Kurdistan. 

  The apartment is clean and well equipped. The location is superb - easy walk to the beach and into town and surrounded by excellent cafes, bars and restaurants. The contact person was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this apartment when I visit Barcelona again.

  The accomadation was all that it said that it would be. It was very central in the gothic part of Barcelona. The only problem was the noise outside the apartment.

  L'appartement en lui même est idéal : climatisation, TV avec câble, cuisine équipée, tout est neuf. Situé à 5 minutes à pied des remblas et a coté du métro. Nous avons passé un super séjour, le quartier est trés vivant, rien à dire !

  The apartment was exactly what we were looking for - 3 separate bedrooms, a comfortable living area, reasonable sized kitchen and clean, functional bathroom. The location was also ideal with plenty of restaurants, bars & shops. We walked to most of the main sites. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

  Bedingt durch die Innenstadtlage war der Lärmpegel dadurch erheblich. Es könnten ein paar mehr Spiegel in der Wohnung angebracht werden. Ansonsten kann man die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen. Zentrale Lage und von der Hygiene und Ausstattung gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

  marvellous location, very clean,felt very safe, the children are used to duvets, so they moaned abit about the beds, but on the whole we had a fantastic time!

  When we arrived the apartment was cold but the radiators kept it warm later. The location couldn't have been better, nice and clean area with easy access everywhere. Quite noisy at night, though, and ear plugs were needed a couple of times. Microwave oven would have been great. Contact person was... friendly but busy. On the day of departure we were allowed to leave our luggage in the building for a few hours after check out time, which was nice. Overall, excellent experience.  

  Our family of 4 found the accommodation to be fantastic. The apartment and the entire building were exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable. Location is excellent - only one block from Metro, many nice shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance from La Rambla. Only ...recommendaiton for improvment would be to add a microwave to the kitchen.

  The apartment was wonderful. Easily accommodated 5 of us. We appreciated finding coffee filters as well as paper towels and toilet paper provided. The location could not have been better - so convenient. Our only suggestions is one more mirror somewhere in the apartment other than the bathroom.

  A beautiful apartment in a beautiful quite tree lined street just a hundred yards from the metro and short pleasant stroll to the street theatre of Las Ramblas or the beauty of the Med.

  We were extraordinarily pleased with everything. Nice apartment in a great location. All contacts were pleasant and helpful. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds from twin to double and use more comfortable bedding.

  We found the accomodation was better than we thought, apart from the beds which were pretty uncomfortable. We thought the location was fantastic, everything was clean and very secure, we would certainly book again on our next visit.

  The accomodation was excellent and well located with very high standrad of cleanliness and facilities. My only complaint was that the promosed weekly change of linen and towells did not occur. Despite this I would still recommend it to friends.

  An excellent, well laid-out apartment in a very interesting location. Although only ten minutes walk away from the Ramblas, we would possibly not have explored this most interesting area's numerous bars, cafes and restaurants had we not been based there.

  die zentrale Lage ist fantastisch. alle Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön und die Betten nicht zu weich. Wir waren damit sehr zufrieden. Leider ist die Fußgängerzone sehr laut, so dass man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. die hinteren ...Zimmer grenzen an einen Innenhof-/schacht der die Geräusche der Nachbarn überträgt, Schlafen nur mit Ohrstöpseln möglich. 

  The flat was beautifully clean and comfortable. we arrived at the flat at 5.05 contact person arrived 5.40 contact person told us they would be there from 5.30 however we waited outside with suitcases in the hope that they may be early. My husband repaired the towel rail in bathroom and the hot... water could have been to be slightly hotter for bathing purposes. We will and have recommended the flat to a friend we felt really in the hub of Barcelona in the little gothic street. And would book an apartment again as we previously stayed in hotels the flat was ideal for us as a family. Just a litle point it may be helpfull to have an informtion sheet as to the nearest bread shop fruit juice etc.Kind Regards Madeline Smith  

  The apartment was clean and well situated for tourist areas but noise late at night was a problem even midweek.

  Sehr saubere, neu eingerichtete Wohnung, mitten in der Stadt. Einige Restaurants, Tapas-Bars u. Geschäfte sind direkt vor der Haustür. Metro-Station ca. 100m entfernt - optimal für diejenigen, die die Stadt erkunden möchten.

  zentrale Lage, jedoch recht laut. Wohnung war in super Zustand, alles schön renoviert und sauber.

  Idealer Standort für einen Barcelonabesuch - mitten im Geschehen und doch kann man ohne Ohrstöpsel schlafen. Nett eingerichtete, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Insgesamt eine sehr lohnende Alternative zum Hotel, besonders, wenn man mit Kindern reist.

  Hi, apartment was beyond our expectations, clean and very centeal with modern decor. I intend to come back in september and stay at this apartment again.

  The accomodation was very clean, smart and had everything we could hope for and more (particularly things for our 18 month old infant). The location was great. The contact was very helpful and extremely considerate regarding our children.

  Lovely clean and modern flat in a great location. Flat has 1 double bed and two single beds. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be in amongst it.

  Wir waren mit 2 Kindern unterwegs und haben die Grösse der Wohnung, die zentrale und trotzden ruhige Lage sehr genossen.

  Location is the best part of this accommodation. Pillows were too hard for us. Clearer instructions of how to dispose of rubbish would have been useful.

  Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'appartamento.- Ci siamo trovati benissimo, appartamento pulito e nonostante la vivacità della vita notturna non ci si può lamentare per il troppo rumore.- E' situato in un'ottima posizione in pieno centro e vicinissima al mare.- Che dire, dovessi tornare a Barcellona tornerei li!!!!!

  This accommodation was the most expensive of the 3 apartments where we stayed in Spain. Comparably speaking it was not a better accommodation, yet it was considerably more money. Overall, it was a nice clean apartment with decent amenities. The noise on the street below was very loud; a light ...sleeper would have a very difficult time sleeping here. Also, there should be a double bed somewhere in the apartment. Finally, while there have been a lot of warnings about this, I'll just reinforce for visitors to Barcelona the importance of watching out for your purse and wallet on the metro. We were pick-pocketed by an elderly, nicely dressed couple who acted like they were trying to help us with our two young children on the metro. Live and learn!!  

  Perfect. Great location as a base to explore the amazing city. Apartment was modern, clean, cool and spacious. Double glazing cuts out what little street noise there is, and the area is away from the more hectic parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

  It exceeded our expectations and made our short visit to Barcelona all the more enjoyable.

  Die Wohnung ist absolut zentral gelegen, so dass ein gewisser Geräuschpegel leider vorhanden ist.

  The website mentions that there is Satellite TV (which there is) however there are no English channels (other than BBC news)available yet many other languages. Also there needs to be somm marking on the outside of teh building to indicate teh address. It was vvery difficult to find the actual ...entrance and without the help of a local I would not have found it. Having internet available was extremely appreciated especially without the Enlish TV 

  The apartment and the location were perfect!

  the sound insulation is catastrophic: in one of the sleeping rooms one can hear every word said in the next appartment, and the second one is on the street very very noisy (windows unable to block the noise). So it's very difficult to sleep in the appartment !

  The apartment provided an excellent home away from home for our family as we enjoyed the sights and sounds of Barcelona. The bedrooms were a little too warm for a really good sleep, despite the air conditioning in the sitting area-perhaps some fans in the bedrooms would be a way to increase the sleeping comfort.

  above expectation. The location is absolutely perfect, in between the beach and Ramblas, in the middle of a beautiful pitoresk street.. The host was very welcoming and was available all the time. There is nothing bad to say about this appartment: every room has its own airconditioning with ...remotecontrol. It's not a very big appartment, but it was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean, though no cleaning in between (if you stay for 5 days or shorter) Enough clean towels, wasmachine with soap. We would defenately choose this appartment again if we visit Barcelona in the future. Amazing price/quality. It was a very pleasant stay! 

  Everything was very good. Perfect location, it's not completely quiet but a.) one doesn't want to live in the old town and can expect that. And b.) the windows are as soundproof as they can get. Spacious and clean. Highly recommended. Would stay there again.

  M. is fantastic. she is patient and always answered all my emails and phone calls promptly. The place is spotless, well located, and roomy. I cant say enough. And we were right across the street from a hotel that was supposed to be 4 star. This apartment was the way to go. There are shops and cafes ...right across the street. No need to go far to go party either. Great experience.

  Sehr zentrale Lage zwischen Placa Jaume und Santa Maria del Mar; Barceloneta, Las Ramblas, Placa Catalunya etc. sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern im 2. Stock (nach deutscher Definition) und Fahrstuhl. Nette, englischsprachige Kontaktpersonen. Immer wieder gerne :-)

  UN PEU EN RETARD / ATTENTE DE PLUS DE 30 MINUTES A L ARRIVEE MAIS CHARMANT; très bel appartement, un peu bruyant sur la rue, décoration de l'appartement à revoir, dommage MAIS pas très important car on ne reste pas longtemps.

  L'appartamento era in ottima posizione, in pieno centro, nella zona più animata anche di sera, vicinissimo alla metro ed era veramente ben equipaggiato. Il mobilio era recente e di buona qualità e anche il bagno era nuovo. Le finestre schermavano abbastanza bene il rumore, certo la sera si sentiva... un certo vocio proveniente dalla strada, ma nulla di grave. L'altra pecca riscontrata è che durante la doccia ogni tanto mancava l'acqua calda, che tornava però nel giro di qualche secondo. Nel complesso una sistemazione in cui varrebbe la pena di ritornare! 

  Wer nur mit offenem Fenster schläft hat in der Nacht ein Problem. Großes Zimmer mit zwei Betten hat eine großen Türrahmen zur Promenade hin, es ist aber die Nacht hindurch sehr laut. Die zwei anderen Zimmer haben nur ein Fenster zu einem Hinterhofschacht . Dies bedeutet zu wenig frische Luft und... direkte Kontaktaufnahme zu den Nachbarn (private Gespräche der Nachbarn finden ungewollt das Gehör des Touristen). Ansonsten aber so wie beschrieben und sehr gute zentrale Lage und nette Kontaktpersonen. 

  Appartement super bien situé, très bien équipé. On n'entend à peine les voisins, un peu les bruits de la rue la nuit mais c'est très raisonnable vu la situation. Commerces dans la rue même, métro juste à côté. Juste un petit bémol: pas de lit double, 2 lits simples (qu'on peut bouger). ...Comme il y a déjà 2 chambres simples,je pense qu'il pourrait être bien de mettre un lit double dans la grande chambre. Sinon, très bien!

  The location is absolutely perfect- walking distance to both the beach and the core of Barcelona. The management is available, friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed as a family traveling with a 4 year old and a baby.

  The location was fantastic! The neighborhood was very liveable and fun for walking, sightseeing and dining. Was right by the Jaume stop on the yellow metro line and very near the "tourist" green line. It's so easy to transfer everywhere; no need for taxis if you don't have luggage. There are ...several little markets to buy breakfast and snacks for the kitchen. Beds were a little too firm, but as advertised. Although there was an abundance of street noise, the windows and doors shut out every sound - perfect for good sleeping. A/C units were in each room except the master, which was adjacent to the living area. All in all, I would stay there every visit to Barcelona!
