Appartement voor 7 personen vlakbij de Sagrada Familia

  Un appartement tres bien equipe et tres bien situe', dans un quartier calme a deux pas de la Sagrada Familia et tout proche du metro. Nous etions en voiture et avions pris un abonnement de 3 jours tres economique (35 Euros) avec BSM, qui a une cinquantaine de parkings dans la ville, dont un qui se ...trouve a un bloc de l'appartement. Tres belle vue sur la Sagrada Familia. 3 chambres petites mais confortables, sans fenetres mais qui ont du coup pour avantage d'etre isolees du bruit de la rue. Notre hote a ete charmant malgre' notre espagnol balbutiant, et tres efficace (petit pb de thermostat qui a ete regle' en quelques heures). Nous avons passe' un excellent sejour ! 

  Appartement très bien situé avec vu sur la sagrada familia d'un côté et la tour agbar de l'autre. Très bien équipé aussi.

  Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht , aber die Kommunikation ist sehr schwierig , da er nur spanisch spricht . Außerdem hat er sich bei der Ankunft um 20 EUR zu seinen Gunsten verrechnet , seinen Fehler aber bei der Abreise erkannt und sich entschuldigt . Beim Quartier war in ...einem Doppelbettzimmer das Licht so schwach , dass man im Kasten fast nichts sehen konnte , dies war aber das einzige Manko der Unterkunft ! 

  The apt was nicely finished and overall we were happy with it. Location was great and the street noise was average for a city centre apt. However the walls are very thin and it sounded as if the other people were in the room with us sometimes. It did not affect us badly as they were only in two of ...the evenings we were there. They were not having a party but just making a normal amount of noise. So a good apt if you are planning on being up and out late but not if you have small kids trying to sleep. Or a tired mother trying to sleep!  

  L'appartement est en effet bien situé. Les stations de taxi sont juste a côté, c'est très pratique. En ce qui concerne le logement, la literie était une catastrophe dans l'une des chambre...des ressorts qui font un mal de chien et si vous aimez rebondir il n'y a pas mieux! Sans oublier des ...housses de couette tachees...ça ne donne pas trop envie, meme si le reste des draps et serviettes etaient propres. Pour l'autre couchage, visiblement c'était mieux. Cuisine bien équipée même si un décapsuleur aurait ete le bienvenu surtout au pays de la "cerveza"!! Quelques odeurs d'égouts remontent également mais pas vraiment gênants. Et le frigo fait un bruit non négligeable, attention la nuit. Mais tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour!  

  La personne de contact été très serviable et sympathique. L'emplacement de l'appartement est formidable. Toutes les facilites de transport et pour les courses du jour sont très proches. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Le seul bémol est la sonorisation vis à vis des voisins, mais il faut vivre au rythme des espagnols.

  Great apartment in a brilliant location with Sagrada Familia visible from the apartment and just around the corner. Would definitely stay there again.

  Position good

  First impressions when entering the apartment was how spotlessly clean and fresh it was. Also provided everything we needed. The location was a perfect choice as we were virtually round the corner from the Sagrada Familia where there is a pickup point for the tourist buses. Brilliant all round. Would definitely recommend.

  The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures - very nicely decorated, great location and incredible views!!

  Great you can touch Sagrada Familia, very safe location good bars restaurants subway , D. owner good sense of humor easy going and helpful.

  Die Wohnung war in der Tat so tadellos und blitzsauber wie auf den Bildern, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll eingerichtet und durch die langgestreckte Aufteilung bietet sich für zwei Parteien immer noch Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Lage - 2 Gehminuten von der Sagrada Familia - ist unschlagbar, ...allerdings kommt der Verkehr in der Calle Valencia erst gegen 11 zur Ruhe, das vordere Schlafzimmer ist entsprechend laut. Der Vermieter war stets prompt und sehr freundlich, wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt! 

  Il proprietario, D, una persona gentilissima e disponibile, l'appartamento confortevole e spazioso. L'ubicazione eccezionale, tutto ad un passo. Per arrivare alla perfezione di.potrebbe cambiare la rete d lwtti matrimoniale della stanza vicino alla cucina che cigola un pó e magari risolvere il ...problema del frigo che ogni tanto fa rumore ma sinceramente sono dettagli. Abbiamo passato uno splendido soggiorno e ammirare la sagrada familia mentre rintocca a colazione.. non ha prezzo!

  A great apartment to stay in. Fantastic location although the restuarants in the surrounding area serve very tasteless and undercooked food. The butcher, baker, fruitshops and supermarkets are close and sell good quality. The lonely planet Barcelona helped us to find very good restuarants within 30minutes walk. Lots of surrounding playgrounds for kids.

  Good location, close to metro and bus stops, two chain shops located nearby. No air conditioning but there are fans in bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with all appliances working. Would definitely choose this apartment if visiting Barcelona again.

  Exactly as the pictures showed - clean, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a bonus to have such a view! The kitchen was really well equipped, although we did not make full use of it, choosing to eat at a number of good local restaurants. The area is well served with fruitshop, baker and... supermarket literally downstairs or within a few minutes walk. Great location with metro and buses close by but the city centre is also within easy walking distance. The owner was prompt, friendly, and helpful, particularly with a problem we experienced as we were about to checkout. I would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Perhaps a 'safety net' underneath the clothes line would be helpful for those with poor 'pegging' skills - lost a sock!!  

  Die Ferienwohnung ist super! Die Lage ist perfekt, mqan kann bereits beim Frühstück einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Sagrada Familia genießen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

  Excellent location, nice neighborhood, 5 min walk from metro, apartment clean, everything for a perfect stay in Barcelona.

  Bien situé, bon confort et propreté, lits confortables, beaucoup de rangement, décor agréable, cuisine et salles de bains très pratiques, facilité de s'approvisionner dans les commerces des alentours et accès au métro à proximité. Les petits ventilateurs au-dessus des lits devraient être... nettoyés (poussiéreux) car très pratique par temps chaud. Séjour très agréable.  

  Très bel appartement, idéalement situé (en face de la Sagrada Familia, proche arrêt bus et bouche de métro).A recommander fortement !

  La vue du balcon sur la Sagrada Familia est comme dans les photos : superbe ! Le propriétaire nous a laissé à notre disposition des dépliants touristiques et des décorations de Noël + fleurs fraîches, donnent du charme à appartement.En revanche, quelques point à améliorer sont à relever ...:1. l'émail de la baignoire est parti sur 2-3 endroits autour de l'évacuation, nous avons été obligés d'utiliser la petite douche du balcon (pas pratique quand on y va pour 5 jours).2. La tache sèche non-nettoyée sur le couvre-lit de l'un des deux lits doubles.3. Le tuyau d'eau de la chaudière coule sur le plan de travail (cuisine).4. On entend clairement les conversations des voisins.Si des efforts sont faits pour améliorer les 3 premiers points (surtout la baignoire), ce serait un bel appart.

  Wohnung und Küche genau wie auf den Fotos, Frühstück mit Blick auf die Sagrada toll, auch vorne raus schöne Aussicht mit Blick auf Torre Agbar, sehr sehr netter Vermieter, Supermärkte in Reichweite, zu Fuß 25 Minuten zum Meer

   Esta al lado de la sagrada familia, en sitio con muchos comercios.   Location, space, landlord and support.

  L'appartement est beau, propre en bon état et bien agencé. De plus, situé en plein coeur du quartier de la Sagrada Familia, nombreux sont les commerces autour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Barcelone et nous aimerions y revenir très bientôt !! Adios Barcelona

  Très bel appartement, le seul petit bémol, les voisins qui étaient parfois un peu bruyants.

  Although the appartment looks good on the pictures, the size of the rooms and beds is significantly smaller than appears. Besides - with all respect to the owner - but the neighbors were very noisy and if you are on a holiday, the least you need on a Sunday morning is neighbors arguing at 7 a.m. and partying at 3 a.m.

  Genau das, was wir gesucht haben! Nur die Matratzen im Doppelbett zum Hof raus müssten einmal ausgetauscht werden.

  Nice apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms; the second bathroom is offering somewhat limited privacy as it is missing a real door. Good and modern furniture.Very well equipped kitchen with discwasher and laundry machine.Nice owner always reachable by phone in case of possible problems.Nice stay.

  Very nice view to Sagrada Familia and good location with short walk to closest metro station. Apartment is cosy with mostly Ikea furniture. Bed in the master bedroom was noisy and needs replacement. The biggest negative thing of the apartment is the loud speaking noise that can be heard from the ...neighbours and of course mostly during the night time when you would like to sleep.  

  Très grand appartement lumineux et bien situé, non loin de la sagrada familia, que l'on peut apprécier depuis le balcon.

  We stayed for a week. It is a nice apartment which everything inside are same as the photos. However, would suggest extra toilet tissue be available for staying over three days.

  Very spacious apartment, steps away from the metro and Sagrada Familia. Communication with the owner was efficient and timely. We very much enjoyed our holiday home.

  The location was perfect for us. It was a quiet street and the local restaurants and shop keeper were very good. The owner was quite helpful and the apartment was well stocked. It was exactly like the photos. I highly recommend this apartment.

  L'appartamento è abbastanza spazioso e ben tenuto; noi eravamo in sette e si adattava perfettamente a noi, fatta eccezione per un posto mancante a tavola. È vicinissimo alla Sagrada Familia (2 minuti a piedi), si vede anche dalla finestra della sala da pranzo (o meglio, dalla finestra del ...bagno annesso alla sala... strana struttura). La zona tuttavia non è per niente interessante a parte la chiesa, però almeno la stazione della metro è vicinissima quindi si può arrivare ovunque usando i mezzi.

  Ausstattung war sehr gut, gute Erreichbarkeit mit der Metro

  Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Sagrada Familia, dort ist auch eine Metrostation.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe auch ein Fahrradverleih.Die Unterkunft ist groß und verfügt über 2 SZ für 2 Personen und 1 Kleines EZ.Die Matrazen sind nicht so bequem und recht klein für 2 Personen.WZ ...ist super, deutsche Sender fehlen leider.Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.Küche zweckmäßig, Reinigung könnte gründlicher sein, Abtrockentücher wären super...Kontakt war super und problemlos.Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. 

  Wir waren sehr zufrieden, tolle Lage und tolle Lage, alles super!
