Zolder met groot terras voor 4 pers. vlakbij het centrum

  Very impressive and well presented apartment in the perfect location, with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants around the area. It's only a short walk to the nearest metro station or a casual stroll down Passeig de Gracia to Plaça de Catalunya and La Rambla. Definitely would stay again if I am in Barcelona.

  Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit modernsten Geräten, alles bisher kaum benutzt. Die Terrasse ist auch super. Ein paar wenige Kritikpunkte habe ich: Die Kissen, die man auf den Terrassenfotos sieht, sind leider nicht vorhanden, daher ist alles ...etwas hart. Außerdem war die Matratze in einem der Zimmer recht alt und unbequem. Der Vermieter sagte mir aber, dass er sich darum kümmern wird, jetzt wo er das Problem kennt.

  Fantastic place! The location is great, and the apartment is very comfortable. Tips: On the porch, look around the corner to your right for a view of Montjuic at night. Also: the bathroom door won't close from inside, but if you attach a large paperclip to a luggage tag, you can pull it shut. ...Everything was perfect: checking in and out was easy, the location was fantastic, and the apartment was delightful.

  Gorgeous modern (in an old building = best of both worlds!) apartment. The terrace is fantastic. Bedrooms well spaced apart so lots of privacy. Bathroom lovely, kitchen well equipped. Air con works like a dream. The location is perfect - an easy walk to the Ramblas, yet in a buzzy residential area ...with many restaurants and squares. Just go a bit more uphill and you will discover! The owner very nice too. 

  Sarebbe opportuno mettere a disposizione dei clienti tutto ciò che concerne L igiene(shampoo, carta igienica, ecc). Inoltre sarebbe utile provvedere alla pulizia dell appartamento anche durante il soggiorno , visto e considerato il costo dello stesso , oltre che delle pulizie stesse che però vengono effettuate solo dopo la partenza

La informiamo che in un appartamento turistico, a differenza degli hotel, i servizi per l'igiene personale non rientrano tra i servizi basici forniti dall'alloggio. Così come le pulizie giornaliere sono servizi aggiuntivi, che se desiderati, devono essere richiesti al proprietario, e saranno soggetti a un costo aggiuntivo.

  We reported a flashing outside light, but nobody came to resolve the issue. We used a standard lamp from inside to illuminate the decking. The apartment was great, a few more glasses and cutlery would have been good, oh and the dishwasher couldn't handle the large dinner plates so it was really of ...no use. The location was great, a welcome pack with local info would have been useful in opening times of local shops etc. 

  Der absolute Pluspunkt ist natürlich die Dachterrasse (mit Außendusche)! Dagegen hat das zweite Schlafzimmer leider nur ein Fenster zum Treppenhausschacht....

  Toll war die Lage mitten in Gracia.Besonders schön die Terasse nach langen Tagen in der Stadt!!!Sehr zu empfehlen

  The apartment seems designed to be a hotel alternative. It is nicely appointed and has two bedrooms that are of equally pleasant which makes it very nice for two couples to share. The apartment was very private and quiet and the terrace was wonderful. The only drawback was that we could not get the ...stovetop espresso maker to work on the induction burner. Of course there is good coffee to be found at a multitude of cafes in the immediate area.
