Appartement voor zes in de buurt van Plaza España

  The location is great - 3 mins from a metro, close to Montjuic, the Magic Fountain display and a short bus ride to the city beaches. It's not in the main tourist area so is less crowded and noisy but we found it easy to get everywhere. There were 5 of us staying here so it was very useful having 2 ...bathrooms. We also liked having 2 balconies to sit out on. We complained about a broken kettle and bed and the apartment owner immediately replaced/repaired these - so very helpful. Really quick to respond to complaints, polite, friendly and helpful staff. They were on time to let us in and also when we left to catch an early flight. My one complaint would be the charge of 30E to depart 'early' at 8am. I don't really think this is early to start work. 

  Grand appartement un peu viellot mais bien équipé et bien situé, près du métro Poble Sec, bus et commerces.Tout près du Parc Montjuic et des Arenas, on peut aller jusqu'à la mer à pied ou en bus; un peu plus loin de la vieille ville. La circulation sur L'avenida Parallel est un peu bruyante ...mais on s' y fait. Bon accueil à l'arrivée et au départ de l'appartement; réponse rapide en cas de besoin. 

  L'appartement est vraiment spacieux et idéal pour une famille. Il est effectivement à 2 mins du métro, qui rejoint le centre en 2 stations. De plus, il est idéalement placé pour se rendre à pied à Montjuc, la fondation Miro ou le Poble Espagnyol. D qui s'est occupé de l'accueil était très ...efficace, disponible et agréable. Quelques points négatifs cependant : travaux dans l'immeuble dès 8h00 du matin (mais pas de la faute d'Oh!) et les sols n'étaient pas très nets....Merci encore.Pour les personnes venant en voiture : le parking "Parklick" est à un bloc à pied. 

  Hallo ´die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, um Bus und U-Bahn zu erreichen. Im App. fehlten leider ein paar Utensilien wie Eierbecher, Weingläser oder gr. Salatschüssel. Zur Zeit wird auf der Hauptstraße sehr viel gebaut. D unsere Kontaktperson war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tips.Angie

  Très bonne situation , appartement agréable et spacieux , les deux pièces d'eau sont les bien venues , petit bémol , il manques quelques ustensiles de cuisine (saladier, verre a vin, plateau) .Sinon excellent séjour .

  Lo mejor del apartamento para nuestra escapada fue la ubicación y el trato fue excelente. Y respecto a lo peor, aconsejaria mejorar bastante la limpieza y dotar al apartamento de enseres de cocina como servilletas, papel de cocina... Por la noche es bastante ruidoso puesto que las ventanas no son ...aislantes tipo climalit y en el salon que utilizamos como cuarta habitacion no hay persiana. En general la estancia ha sido agradable

  Posizione

  Great location - close to the train station (Barcelona Sants), and very close to metro line 3, pleasant walk to the bottom of the teleferique at Montjuic, easy to go see the fountain light show, too. Several bus lines also run right down the street - one bus gets you almost directly to the musée ...Picasso.The apartment is clean and simple, the beds are comfortable. The two bathrooms are great for a group (we were 4 adults and 2 kids). We didn't cook there - only ate breakfast in. The plates and cups were fine for that. Nice that there's a dishwasher.D, who met us, was really helpful, and gave great suggestions for local bakeries and restaurants.
