    Extras
    Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 and takes place at the office in “PRATS DE MOLLÓ 14, BARCELONA 08021”.
    Check-in from 11h00 to 15h00 with an extra charge of 40€ (if it is possible and must be confirmed prior to arrival with the property owner)
    Check-in after 20:00 takes place directly at the apartment and is subject to an additional charge of 40€. After 23:00 the charge increases to 50€.
    When checking-in, the owner will take your credit card details, check-in is not possible without a credit card.

    Check-out is by 11:00. Check-out between 11:00 and 15:00 will involve an additional charge of 40€ and is subject to availability and only upon request.

    Cot available on request for an extra cost of 20€ per stay (does not include bed linen).
    Extra cleaning service available for 25€ (bathrooms and beds only, without a change of linen).
    Complete cleaning service: 60€.
    Luggage can be left in the office at "Sant Gervasi" until 19:00 and is subject to an additional charge of 20€.
    Possibility of parking on request for an extra cost of 20 € per day.

            quartier calme et résidentiel, proche du métro , appartement spacieux , lumineux et très agréable.

            Accueil efficace et sympathique. Le remplacement de la carte d'entrée qui ne fonctionnait pas a été fait très rapidement; Quartier un peu excentré de Grazia et du centre tout de même. Un petit équipement audio serait le bienvenu dans le salon. Mobilier certes indestructible...mais un peu ...
