            incleíble que reserve un apartamento determinado y me envíen a una zona de alto riesgo y con la justificación de que se rompió una bañera en el apartamento reservado.No intentasteis buscar una solución satisfactoria,solo indicar:: ESTO ES LO QUE HAY".Vergonzoso pagar una reserva y obligarme a ...

Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas y confirmamos que se trató de un caso excepcional consecuencia de factores imprevistos que afectan al mantenimiento de los apartamentos. Asimismo confirmamos que tomamos todas las medidas necesarias para evitar estas situaciones y así ofrecer un servicio de calidad a nuestros clientes. El propietario confirma haber ofrecido otro apartamento de las mismas características a unos 500-600m de distancia como alternativa para realojamiento, así como una compensación por las molestias ocacionadas.
