            El joven que nos recibió, no lleveba cambio, el ascensor era para 3 personas, el se subio e hizo subir a una señora de mas de 60años a un 6 piso, ASOMBRADAMuy mala educacionel cuarto de baño minimo, asi como la vajilla

          Estimado cliente, agradecemos y valoramos sus comentarios. El propietario confirma que el ascensor tiene una capacidad máxima de 3 personas pero se puede hacer más de un viaje si no hay espacio para todos los inquilinos, equipaje... En este caso, la persona encarga del check-in solo pretendía abrir el apartamento mientras los clientes subían en el ascensor. Asimismo, le recordamos que el propietario se encuentra a disposición de los clientes durante la estancia en el caso de que se produzca cualquier incidencia, como puede ser la falta de vajilla.
