Drie slaapkamer appartement in de Born wijk van Barcelona

  Accommodation was excellent, very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was very good - close to both metro, places to eat and walking distance of several of the main tourist attractions. Street noise not really a problem only the rubbish collectors who collected in front of the building ...at 5am and this only affects the double bedroom at the front.

  Very pleasant, with an excellent position in the city.

  We loved the apartment. Plenty room for four of us and it had everything that we needed. Suggest that another soft chair would be good but this is not a complaint. The area was good with super eating places and we loved the buzz of our street and felt very safe in the flat. We will use the apartment again and have already recommended it to friends.

  apartment was excellent. very happy with it. had everything that that we needed very clean and contact person was very helpful. a bit noisey at night but did not put a damper on the holiday as we were more than happy with the apartment.

  The streets of Barcelona are busy late into the night, this is true of any location in the city so if you are travelling during the summer months (June-July) expect some noise.

  Sehr nettes Apartment!!! Sauber, sehr angenehmes Haus in einer tollen Gegend!! 2 Schlafzimmer sind ruhig, in einem braucht man eher Ohropax ;-) Die Kontaktpersonen sind super nett. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen!! Einfach toll!! Vielen Dank nochmal an die netten Spanier!

  We loved this apartment - it was clean, warm and comfortable with all of the facilities promised. The location was excelllent- noise was not a problem when the windows were closed. It would however be a little noiser in summer.Staff were friendly and helpful.

  Great location, easy walk to 4 great museums and Ramblas. A little noisy at night in large bedroom, street side. Immaculately clean. Contact woman helpful and accommodating. We'll be back.

  The appartment was very clean and well decorated. I was impressed with all the facilities including a washing machine and sky TV. The appartment was within walking distance of many of the popular tourist atractions. Definitely recommended.

  Le rapport qualité/prix/localisation est excellent. L'appart est tout neuf, très propre et bien équipé. La chambre double donnant sur la rue est un peu bruyante malgré un double vitrage mais c'est la contre-partie d'une localisation plein centre. Le métro Jaume I est à 50m, le port est à 5 ...min à pied. Il y a le satellite mais aucune chaine francaise (dur de suivre les commentaires de résultats sportifs en allemand!). A noter que les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain.

  The accomodation and the owners were excellent. The only drawback was the level of traffic noise, especially the dustbin wagons in the very eraly hours of the morning. Light sleepers, in the double room especially, will find sleep difficult.

  Ce bel appartement neuf et bien équipé nous a fait passé un excellent séjour; plein centre et proche des plages; de plus rue très sympa; un seul regret : la présence des cameras dans les parties communes del'immeuble la nuit !?!

  First time visit to Barcelona, did not know what to expect but abosolutely delighted with our appartment. There was just my wife and I but the appartment would be fine for 4 people. The location in `Argenteria` was excellent, a great base from which to do the long weekend tourist thing! The ...appartment itself was spotless, well equipped, safe and secure. Our host was waiting for us on our arrival, she spoke english for our benefit and was superb...very helpful. Have already reccommended this appartment to friends...confident to do so.

  We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights in mid-May. It was the perfect solution for our family of four (kids are 4 and 6). The location can\'t be beat, and with 3 separate bedrooms, a living room and kitchen it totally beats any hotel accomodation. Our contact was very friendly and spoke perfect... english. The windows facing the street were absolutely sound proof so we had no problem with noise late at night at all. The front bedroom that is closest to the hallway was not as soundproof but we had travel sound machines so it was not so much of a problem.  

  The apartment was immaculate - would recommend to anyone.

  The contact person was great and very helpful. The location itself is great for restaurants, grocery stores and access to the sights. The washing machine was greatly appreciated, although it was a bit nerve racking hanging it out (for fear we'd drop it!) The only downside is the noise at night. ...Thankfully we had 3 bedrooms and 3 people because after 1/2 way through the first night I switched to the back bedroom. My husband suffered through street washer one night, garbage truck between 2:30 and 3:30 the next night, more noise the 3rd night and finally a extra strength sleeping pill helped the last night! We also couldn't find the place on arrival because we were looking at the odd # houses on the left side, thinking that they would match up with the even # on the right... they don't! The entrance is between a restaurant and an accessory shop. Overall, the flat is great just be prepared for noise, especially if you are not used to it. 

  This apartment was clean, updated, EXCELLENT location, and extremely good value for money.

  The apartment was at a perfect location, at most 10-15 min walk from the major spots at the center. The only issue was the noise from the main walking street below (if you stay at the front bedroom but there are two other bedrooms too) but with windows closed that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately ...closing the windows in the summer is not the best choice but still it was manageable. I'd very much recommend the apartment to my friends and use it again if I'm coming to Barcelona again. 

  Everything was as described on the web site. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the accomodation and location.

  AMAZING apartment, has everything we expected and even more (fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans and dishes and glasses enough to host a full dinner party!;-)) Really amazing and friendly hostess (she spoke english very well by the way (the website says that the contact language is ...spanish). Location is amazing - in the center of the center, very safe, lots of AMAZING restarants! We have not expected that the apartment would be so great! We would stay there forever if we only could!!! 

  Der Straßenlärm wegen Fußgängerzone ist hoch aber dafür zentral gelegen mit Bäcker gegenüber und wenige Min zur Metro. Die hinteren Schlafzimmer sind ganz ruhig, das Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage sehr angenehm

  Perfect place, within walking distance to everything. Second floor on a traffic free street, double glazed windows, so zero noise. All modern conveniences.

  Français peu maitrisé par la personne. Mais avec l'anglais on se débrouille toujours :-) Simple, rapide, efficace et avec toutes bonnes informations.

  It is my third visit and I have always stayed in one of these apartments. This time I had to leave in the middle of the night and I discovered that there were silverfishes in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms. They come out during the night. I don't know how to get rid of those, but it would ...help. Otherwise than that, I am very pleased with the flat and the service. The staff helped us to book a taxi. /Maria

  location is perfect for exploring barcelona; it's right in the heart of what i thought was the most interesting part of the old city; within 100yards of metro station. the apartment itself was very quiet; spacious and with a nice layout. very comfortable and pleasant place to return to after a day ...of sight seeing. beach was a 20 min walk away. contact with owners was very good and efficient - via email before trip and in person once in barcelona. if we ever return to barcelona, we'd probably try to go back to this apartment.

  This is a great apartment in a brilliant location. It's a really atmospheric old town area with plenty to do in walking distance, including the beach which is about 20 minutes away. The underground is at the top of the street so it was also easy to get to everything else in Barcelona. The apartment ...itself was clean and well equipped, and it felt safe to leave our possessions there. The Contact person gave us lots of helpful information on how to get to the main tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona, the location of the apartment is unbeatable in my opinion.

  This is a wonderful, modern apartment on a great pedistrian street in a perfect area. Close to The Picasso Museum and a short walk to Placa de Catalunya and easy acess to the subway. Also close to La Rambla and other points of interest. Full kitchen provides options for breakfast, lunch, snacks ...and beyond. Small balconies (2) for people watching below. Good windows to keep street noise out at night. A great choice! 

  the contact person was very helpful, we were an hour delay on the plane, we called the person, they have an office in the same block of apartment, so when we arrived he was there with the keys and explain/recommeneded places to visit and gave us some maps to use which was very conveinent. It is only... 2 minutes walk to metro and there are many choices of restauratns/tapas bars to choose from near by. Many of the key tourist sites are within walking distances including the beach only 10-15 mins walk. It is generally quiet but still has few tourists walking on the road at midnight so you don't feel isolated at all. Will definitely go back again. groceries stores few steps away.

  Vorab möchte ich sagen, dass ich das vierte Mal in Barcelona gewesen bin und dadurch ein paar Appartements kennengelernt habe.Und die Wohnung ist von allen vorherigen, der absolute Knaller.Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss 10 Minuten vom Placa de Catalunya entfernt. Also wirklich alles problemlos ...erreichbar.Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und gabelt an einer Seitenstraße die Via Laietana. Die Straße ist sehr belebt und hat viele Tapas Restaurants u. Bars in direkter Nähe ( also 1 Minute zu Fuss ;D ).Die Wohnung ist mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet und erst wenige Monate alt. Auf Wunsch können die Handtücher getauscht werden. Es gibt genug staufläche für die Kleidung. Die Küche ist mit etlichen Geräten und Utensilien ausgestattet. Kurz und knapp... Uns hat es nichts gefehlt ;) 

  The location is perfect, right in the centre of everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The managers were really helpful and always there if you needed them. The apartment was very clean and smart but with no character but that is fine when you are there to see the sights of Barcelona!

  a leak in the celling (middle bedroom) when it rains or maybe there is a shower above that leaks you need to fix it as it kept us awake and it spoiled the last night of our holiday

  Bellissimo appartamento in quartiere centrale in palazzo storico. Siamo rimasti contentissimi xche' completamente attrezzato anche con le prime necessità (olio, sale, pastiglie lavastoviglie, scottex). Molto silenzioso grazie ai doppi vetri nonostante la posizione centrale. Metro' a 100 metri ...comodissimo. Unica pecca se devo trovare una pecca e' la mancanza di uno stendino. Ci sono i fili che affacciano sulla tromba delle scale al 4 piano. Consigliatissimo. Il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato info richieste. 

  The location was amazing. Such fantastic restaurants right outside the door. We really enjoyed being on a quiet, pedestrian only street. We would go out for the day and happily return to our little neighborhood. Appreciated having transportation arranged for us on the way home.
