  I'll stay there again

  The accommodation was great. exactly what was on the website. the noise level was quiet high.

  Location wise is very close to all services, intersting places, restorants and the beach. Prestiges furniture, clean, well equiped with everything you may need. Cleaners do an excellant job every time they visit the flat and make it look totally different with the new bed sheets and setup.

  A little noisy if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise excellent apartment, great location, friendly people. Recommended.

  The flat is very nicely furnished, the location is excellent, close to the metro station, you don't even need a taxi to the airport and right in the midst of the old quarter. It is ideal for 4 people, and even possible with kids. A common danger in Barcelona is house breaking, but in this flat you ...really feel safe. The hostess is particularly friendly and the flat is highly recommendable, but bare in mind there is some amount of noise despite the double glasses windows.  

  Communication, friendliness, and service with the staff, both before and during our staff was excellent. The apartment is very secure and in an excellent location for walking to many of the sites. The only drawback may be the noise level, which remains loud during most of the night. The apartment... itself is very nice. The only complaint we had was that the previous tenants smoked in the master bedroom, even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking apartment. The smell was so strong, I could not sleep in the bed the first night. Upon being informed the next morning, the staff acted quickly to help alleviate the problem. 

  Excellent base for a city break. Apartment was perfect for our needs as a family. I would imagine that during the busy times of the season the noise from the street below might be a problem - but nothing ear plugs wouldn't solve - after all the location would more than make up for this.

  The apartment was like we saw it in the pictures, very clean and confortable, with beautiful spacious rooms.The only thing that was not so good was the noise in the street, but it did not really matter since we were always so tired after a day of visiting. I also suggest the landlord to fix the ...shower head, but apart from that, it was great to stay in such a nice apartment. I would definetly go back again and reccomand to everyone that goesto Barcelona. 

  The accommodation was better than I had expected as you cannot always tell from a photo. The apartment was in a great location close to all amenities and clean and fairly well set out.

  We loved the location - we pretty much walked everywhere we wanted to go - Old Town, Port Vell and up to shopping are at Placa Catalanya. There are fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby. The only slight problem was the noise on Friday and Saturday evening. Atmospheric really unless you are a light ...sleeper! But this was far outweighed by everything else and we had packed our ear plugs. We would recommend anyone else to stay here (and do the same!) and we defintely will stay here again. 

  Good, clean and wonderfully central with lots of good restaurants nearby. A bit noisy at night but that's Spain! Baby's cot/high chair/eating set were excellent.

  The apartment is lovely and exactly matches the description on the website. It is ideally placed, 100yds from Jaume 1 metro and within easy walking distance of all the central Barcelona locations and numerous fantastic restaurants. It was noisy outside, but that is to be expected in a city centre... location, and the double glazed windows kept the noise inside the apartment to an acceptably low level. The entrance area is welcoming and very clean. The security is also very good. Our contact person was very helpful and friendly both in person and via email before we arrived. Her English was very good, which made communication easy for us. We'd definitely recommend this apartment to others.

  All essentials and good additional items available. Comfortable, clean and bright. Only improvement would be a CD player.

  I completely recommend both the Oh-Barcelona service and this apartment. In a fantastic location (Born), with lots of character and most of the restaurants/bars/museums that you would like to visit within easy strolling distance. Clean and well serviced and safe. I didn't find it noisy as the windows are well insulated. Highly recommended!

  Sorry to take so long to send our comments - been very busy. The accommodation was very good with a nice entrance to the building,and a high standard of cleanliness and amenities inside the apartment. Basic necessities generously provided, (condiments, kitchen paper, loo rolls etc.,) The extra ...towels were welcome too. The location was terrific,easy walking to all the main places and we would certainly choose to stay there again.  

  We thought this apartment was really good all round. Our only slight quibble was that we couldn't get the satellite/cable box to work so the only TV was Spanish but this wasn't a problem because we had no time to watch TV anyway, there were so many things to do in Barcelona. The location is in ...easy walking distance of Las Ramblas and the beach and the immediate surrounding area has many interesting shops and restaurants (great tapas bar opposite). The apartment is on the corner of the building and all the bedrooms face the (pedestrianised) streets which means lots of light but also exposure to the some street noise at night. However only the insomniac in the family (me) heard any of this; the others slept through it.

  The rooms were very clean and tidy. Often the most important rooms are the kitchen and bathroom. Both were very clean. Absolutely no creepy feeling you often get in rented rooms. Felt like home.

  The app is so good,the most important is the location.easy to go beach.it's surprise that the owner of app prepare everything in the app.and the contactor is very nice.if i go bcn again,i wish i could live in this app again.

  We loved the apartment. The location was just perfect. We had no problem getting around Barcelona, easy walking to a lot of places and very close to the subway.

  Nice apt, cheaper than an equiv. hotel and in the right area. The street noise was high but the double thick windows helped.

  The management at the apartment was very helpful. I would stay at this apartment again. It was very clean, quiet and in an excellent location. It would be helpful if the guarantee of deposit could be handled with a credit card. It was inconvenient waiting for the management to return the money on the last day.

  The apartment was superbly located. Almost all was within a comfortable walking distance, the sea, Las Rambla, Placa de Catalunya. The neighbourhood felt very safe, located at a busy walk street, with plenty of nice restaurants. The apartment at such was clean and comfortable. To our delight we ...noticed that the pictures of the apartment was not in anyway styled or manipulated and showed how it truly looked. A tip is to bring some sandals cause the floor can tend to be a bit cold. 

  The apartment was well appointed and of a high standard. The beds were particularly comfortable! I would certainly want to stay there again if I come to Barcelona again.

  Sehr, sehr gut - mit allen Aufmerksamkeiten darin, die man sich denken kann - von den entsprechenden Mülltüten zum Schnell-Schuhputzmittel, genügend Klopapier, genügend Geschirr und Besteck - leider war die Kaffeekanne nur für 4 Espressotassen - wir haben aber eine neue Thermoskanne dazugekauft... und dort gelassen. Super Ausstattung, super sauber, super Lage, alles gepflegt und durchdacht....sehr angenehme und nette Betreuung - meine beste Wohnung bis jetzt in Barcelona  

  the appartment was very nice located in the city and all right. but we found it awful furnished (colours that didn't match at all), but being in Barcelona ment sightseeing so it wasn't that important.

  This was a great place to stay! We were thrilled to be in such a lively part of the city. One thing that would have been great would be if you published a list of amenities near by: art galleries open to the public and when; restaurants (although the list would have been extensive!); special events; etc.

  Hi! I would enthusiastically recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to take advantage of all Barcelona has to offer. It was a perfect location for us. We could enjoy the main tourist site, go to the Barceloneta beach in the afternoon (or take the train to Sitges from the nearby Franca ...station), and have many places to eat and shop just outside our door in the evening.

  18/20 Très très bien situé, très propre, tout ce dont on a besoin dans un appartement, bon accueil, à conseiller.

  The only unexpected item was that the second bedroom had only one single bed and the third bedroom has only one single bed. However, we were able to move the two single beds together into one room to accomodate the couple so this was not a big issue.

  very clean throughout, location was excellent and apartment very quite with wonderful restaurants within meters.

  superzentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone, daher aber auch etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Wir haben uns als Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Klimanlagen war tip top in Ordnung. Reichlich WC-Papier, Hand- und Duschtücher, auch an Geschirrspülmittel, Schwamm und sogar an Zucker, Salz und ...Olivenöl wurde gedacht. Gerne wieder! einwandfreier Service

  Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber. Zentrale Lage in der schönen Altstadt. Gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Gerne wieder.

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

  Very good situated in the city; close to the port, the beach, the city center, zoo and Metro. Quit at night and very clean and comfortable appartement. Staff very friendly and helpfull.

  I have only one word to describe our stay in Barcelona in this apartment: GREAT! The apartment was quite despite its location. The three bedrooms were comfortable. The largest had 2 twin size beds that we pushed one against the other to make one bed. We did not use the kitchen (too may restaurants around) but I could see it was well equipped.

  Clean and comfortable and in a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Barcelona.

  Great location, nice, well-equipped, spacious apartment.The only problem was, when we returned to collect our luggage, which we'd been allowed to leave in the office, we found the office was unmanned and needed to make several phone calls before we managed to collect it.

  Could leave the luggage at office after check out because of a late flight. Very good!
