Appartement dicht bij de metro ideaal voor gezinnen in Barcelona

  quelques problèmes de réception au niveau du satellite TV qui ne marche pas toujours correctement.

  A real find, right in the centre of the Born district on the same street as Santa Maria Del Mar. The apartment is modern and secure and the office staff are really friendly. Not bad for £60/night for the 4 of us. The street below is crammed with Tapas and Pinxo restaurants, and yards from Jaume ...metro stop. The tourist bus stop is just past the church on the main road and not far to Estade de France rail station which serves the Airport. 

  A full length mirror would have been a good addition to the flat although there was one in the communal areas. The flat was great all round and exceeded our expectations. If I owned it I would put some small rubber 'doorstops' on the walls to stop the bedroom cupboard doors banging against them ...when they opened. Probably annoys the neighbours and marks the walls in time.  

  The apartment was much better than it seemed like on the photographs. It's a busy pedestrian street and there is quite a lot of noise throughout the evening, but we didn't mind. On the contrary, it adds to the nice atmosphere. Everything worked perfectly we found the washing machine, internet ...connection, satellite tv, microwave oven, wine glasses and bath tub very pleasant and useful additions. Lighting was ok and the paintings on the wall were a nice touch. Location was perfect for our one week urban getaway. 

  Very good location. Close enough to walk to the beach, and subway just meters away. Lot of shops in the area. Only negative is the noise level. There is also a lot of street-sellers just outside the apartment.

  The apartment was like we saw it in the pictures, very clean and confortable. It was great to stay in such a nice apartment.

  The apartment was everything that we expected, and more! We loved the location and its easy accessibility to major attractions. And we had the Jaume I Metro station practically at our doorstep! Highly recommended.

  Yes, the front bedroom was quite loud. Perhaps an additional noise filter could be added to the window. Also, instructions for using the washing machine would be helpful. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the location and the space.

  Flat comfortable,warm and well equipped ,even washing up liquid etc. provided. Lively street scene.Handy for shops,bars,metro and museums. One of the best places we have stayed.

  We received a warm welcome and the accomodation was very clean and very comfortable and everything in good order. Our only complaint was that the street was noisey in the early hours of the morning when the services were operating.The location was perfect.

  Although satellite TV was advertised there was only sky news which was in English! The street noise level was fine apart from Friday night when it was noisy.

  Wir waren Ostern dort für 10 Tage. Eine superschöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung.Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Sehr zentral,Lärmpegel war für Barcelona erträglich (Müllabfuhr, Nachts nicht so) Alles sehr sauber.Komme gerne wieder.

  The apartment was clean and comfortable and is in a good location. There were no surprises. The landlords were the perfect hosts.

  Appartement trés agréable situé dans une rue piétonne du centre de Barcelone. Calme et spacieux, à 10 minutes des Ramblas et de la place de Catalunya, il y a un parking dans la meme rue pour garer la voiture. Le mobilier de l'appartement est moderne, les lits trés confortables, il y a tout ...l'équipement nécessaire (lave linge, climatisation, sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, micro onde, etc). Petite attention du propriétaire : une bouteille d'eau minérale nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée. Je vous conseille vivement cet appartement.  

  Die Lage ist zentral gelegen und ist eine Fußgängerzone: 30 Schritte zum Anfang des \"Bummel durch das Ribera-Viertel\" (Marco Polo Reiseführer), 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu einem gemütlichen Internetcafe. In der Straße befinden sich viele Geschäfte, Cafes und gleich 2 von Marco Polo ...Reiseführer empfohlene Restaurants. Obwohl die Kontaktpersonen kein Deutsch sprachen, klappte die Kommunikation trotzdem mit einfachem Englisch. Gerne wieder!

  the apartment was immaculate! It was in a great location...we walked everywhere. Nearby metro stop made it convenient to get around. The only difficulty we had was we were unable to get internet (it was offered) and the contact person was not available in the office to help with the internet ...problem. We think we had the wrong cord and never got it solved during our stay.

  The apartment was well suited for our 10 day stay. There was ample space, it was clean, quiet, and well-stocked. We were well-situated for seeing all of the sights in Barcelona. We had a 10-15 minute walk to Las Ramblas and the Jaume 1 subway station was just up the street. M. and M. were ...wonderfully accommodating and kind. I recommend the apartment and the services. The only down side I want to share about the apartment is that the 3rd bedroom, the one closest to the front door of the apartment was really loud in the morning with the movement of others in the building. I think the hallway amplifies sound. With not yet having adjusted to the time difference from the US East Coast, I struggled with the noise and eventually moved to a spare bed in the front bedroom, where, when closed, the shades & curtains do a remarkable job of blocking out all of the sunlight and the windows, which must be double-paned, block out all of the street noise. Also, when visiting Barcelona, be sure to bring a bag that you can wear on the front of your person for your valuables. I was pickpocketed while wearing a backpack and lost my wallet. Pickpockets are a huge problem in Barcelona and they are amazingly good at their craft. 

  5/5 Appartement très agréable, propre et confortable. Proche des commerces et lieux de visites. Le contact ne parlant pas français, il est nécessaire de connaître un peu espagnol ou l'anglais pour se faire comprendre. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Barcelone. Nous y reviendrons ou nous le conseillerons à nos amis.

  This was a great apartment for a family. One comment was that the bed room with the two single beds was the other side of the lounge and the 2 single bedrooms were nearet the external door. We just made sure that one of us was sleeping in one of the single rooms near the door for peace of mind. This... was just for comfort rather than necessary. It was in a very safe area with intercom on the block of flats.

  9.0 Appartement propre et très bien situé dans un quartier agréable et animé. Seul bémol au tableau, les bruits de la rues et des corridors qui sont nettement perceptibles jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.. Toutefois, nous avons adoré l'endroit et notre séjour à Barcelone.

  Geniale Lage, freundlicher Kontakt. Waschmaschine aber sinnlos, da man wegen hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit bzw. mangels Wind im Hof die Wäsche nicht trocknen kann.

  A great location to visit Barcelona with a very friendly contact with M. F., our hostess. This is a cosy apartment, clean, with comfortable beds and well equipped with all the basics, including sugar, salt, oil, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen paper, a bottle of fresh water, etc. It is located in a ...very nice neighbourhood and close to everything (shops, restaurants, cafes, metro, places not to miss, etc). At first we were worried about the street noise at night, as we were on the first floor but we had no problems: just close the windows and turn on the air conditioning. The only thing missing was a stereo unit to enjoy music when relaxing from the long walking days. We stayed for a week and everything went just fine. When returning to Barcelona we would love to stay here again.

  Zentrale Lage u.Sauberkeit der Whg. ohne Einschränkung sehr gut. Größe der Wohng.optimal für 3 Erwachsene. Obwohl Blick auf schmale Fußgängerzone, ist Schlaf u.E .nur bei geschl. Fenster möglich. Diese dichten jedoch hervorragend. Klimaanl. nicht benutzt.

  Accommodation was clean and simply furnished, but perfect for our needs. Very well located for getting out and about in Barcelona, with many bars and restaurants very close at hand. Inevitably, this meant it was quite noisy at night - the price you pay for a city-centre location! Oh-Barcelona ...looked after us very well - including a number of emails and phone calls to make sure that our booking was what we wanted. First rate! The discount vouchers were very useful too and saved us quite a lot of money (though make sure you print out one per member of your party - some people were a bit difficult when I only prodcued one).

  Excelente ubicación, muy amplio, apariencia a recién construido, definitivo lo que me ofrecieron obtuve, lo volvería a contratar sin problemas para mi próxima visita. Lo mas fácil para llevar a cabo una renta de departamento en Barcelona. 100% confiable.

  Location brilliant, accommodation very good, minor problems with shower and kettle but M. was very efficient and helpful. He fixed the former and replaced the latter very quickly.

  Perfectamente equipado, tanto cocina, como baños, como habitaciones. Sartenes, cazuelas, cubertería, vajilla, platos, trapos de cocina, detergente, aceite, sal, trona, mantas, toallas, secador de pelo, tostador, microondas. No echamos nada en falta. La recepción nos dio bastante ayuda. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

  The landlord was helpful, supplied us some baby staff. It was clean and well equipped. The localization was awesome. We recommend it to everyone particularly to the families with babies.
