Airconditioning appartement in het centrum van Barcelona

  Excellent location. The trendy part of Barcelona without the commercialism of la Ramblas. Tapas bars are fantastic and cheap. Would be great for families or groups. I will return.

  Very pleased all round, as were other family members. Son lives in BCN and said it was the best apartment he has seen there. A little noisy but the noise was not intrusive or threatening, as it might have been in a British city. Probably the only niggle, nothing to do with the accommodation, ...is the fact that taxi drivers won't go round there: a problem when leaving with a lot of luggage.

  Beautiful apartment in an amazing location, everything was provided for, security was never an issue, apart from building works downstairs there were no problems

  El apartamento es realmente como se anuncia. Muy céntrico, completo en útiles domésticos y magnífica atención por el propietario. El piso era muy tranquilo y muy confortable y disponía de todas las comodidades que permiten sentirse como en su casa. Por fin, la decoración aunque escasa daba un... toque cálido y acogedor al apartamento. Lo recomendaré a mis amigos

  Lage der Unterkunft: die Lage der Unterkunft ansich war super, einziger Nachteil war der Geräuschpegel. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin ist sehr laut (trotz Ohrstöpsel) und die beiden kleineren davor sind sehr \"hallig\" und sehr dunkel. Durch den Bau der Wohnanlage kann man halt jedes... Wort aus den anderen Wohnungen hören. Wirklich ruhig war nur das Schlafzimmer hinter der Küche. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Barcelona sehr genossen und uns auch in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt.

  Zentral gelegen an einer Seitenstraße, dadurch nachts sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet.

  Spacious apartment in a very good location. Slight noise from renovation of neighbouring building. Otherwise, very peaceful for a central location.

  Leider wurde an den Werktagen ein unter dem Appartment gelegenes Ladenlokal umgebaut, sodaß z.T. eine starke Lärmbelästigung gegeben war. Ein sehr gepflegtes Appartment in idealer Lage um viele Ziele zu Fuß erreichen zu können.

  Thoroughly recommeded for a group holiday as room for all.

  Apartment was as promised and better than we expected! It was very clean and roomy.

  Wir waren ausgesprochen zufrieden mit allem: Die Lage war genial, die Einrichtung modern und ansprechend, alles war sehr sauber. Einige Kleinigkeiten hätten wir uns bei der Ausstattung noch gewünscht: Eine Kaffeemaschine für vielleicht 10 Tassen oder wenigstens eine Thermoskanne, um die kleine ...Portionen zusammenschütten zu können. Einen noch größeren Topf, um für 6 Personen Spaghetti kochen zu können und vielleicht einige Schüsseln, eine Reibe für Parmesan. Möglicherweise findet man noch eine andere Lösung für den Tisch auf der Innenterrasse. Zu sechst war etwas eng beim Frühstück, da man nur an drei Seiten sitzen konnte.  

  The property and service are everything that one could wish for. Top marks. The only thing to be aware of is the usual problem of tiled floors. If you have noisy people above you, you WILL know about it.

  The apartment was in an excellent location within walking distance of the main shopping areas, the gaudi building and 1 metro stop from the beach and Olympic area. The apartment was very spacious with all the facilities you need and more.

  Loved this place, it is in the heart of the action, walking distance everywhere. The room with the best (street) view has two single beds, so the kids claimed first dibs on it (darn), while we got stuck in a room with no view, but oh well, maybe next time ;-). We had no noise complaints at all that... I noticed from previous posters. Dishes were a bit sparse, but sufficient for us to cook fantastic fish fresh from the market for dinner. Highly recommend, would stay again. 

  Wir,6 Frauen waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Wohnung und deren Lage.Der Lärmpegel war sehr gering,so dass wir alle gut schlafen konnten.Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet,sehr geräumig und wohnlich eingerichtet;es hat an nichts gefehlt.Zu Fuß konnte man alles prima erreichen.Der Preis, für jeden... durch 6 geteilt war ebenfalls ok.In allem ein tolles Wochenende.

  Very good downtown location with good transport facilities. Clean and nice well equipped flat. Negative: noisyy in the evenings.

  Un appartement qui donne entière satisfaction tant du point de vue des prestations que de la localisation. Le tarif comprend vraiment tout, même le ménage en fin de séjour.Le parking à 30 mètre de l\'appartement est bien pratique mais il est un peu difficile à localiser, il faut prendre à ...droite au feu au carrefour des rues Laietana et Argentería.  

  Die Wohnung verfügt wie angegeben über eine grosse Anzahl von Zimmern und ist gut eingerichtet. Im Gegensatz zur Grösse und Anzahl der Zimmer ist das Wohnzimmer jedoch ein wenig eng. Die Kontaktpersonen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern nimmt ...man den Lärm auf der verkehrsfreien Strasse, an der die Wohnung liegt, überhaupt nicht war. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen. 

  Sehr gute, zentrale Lage und trotzdem nicht lärmig. Geräumig und gut geeignet für 6 Personen. Das Appartement ist sauber und hat modern eingerichtete Küche und Bad. Sehr empfehlenswert.

  Die im Stadtteil Born gelegene Wohnung kann ich nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Sie liegt sehr zentral im Altstadt-Viertel, von dort kann man vieles zu Fuß erkunden, Metro- und Barcelona-Tourist-Bus-Haltestellen sind auch sehr nah.

  Sehr sauber und tolle Lage. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich - zwei Zimmer sind mit einem Minifenster ausgestattet - daher eher schlecht Belüftung. Ansonsten alles paletti.

  Great location. Apartment was large and comfortable. It was clean and well appointed. We were two couples staying in the unit. Only negative is that it had only one full bath, and the half bath was quite a distance from the bedrooms.

  The apartment was in an excellent location. It was very clean and comfortable. Just felt there was a lack of mirrors as there was 5 girls in the apartment and only one bedroom had a mirror.

  In a great location amidst tapa bars, gelateries, good value restaurants, cafe's, and outside terraces with nearby the beach, old city centre, a lovely park and just a few minutes walk from metro line Jaume1. In contrast the accommodation is an oasis of tranquility, secluded, private, quiet, ...spacious, and very clean away from the bustling city where one can relax.  

  There could be more glasses and cups etc. Why only 6 of each? And the neighbourhood is not really safe, we got robbed in front of the main door.

  Es gibt sehr viel Platz, für uns war die Ausstattung völlig in Ordnung, großartig ist die Lage mitten in der Altstadt, rundum gibt`s genug kleine Restaurants

  The accomodation was excellent, spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. It was right in the centre of town and so easy to walk most places. Sesrvice was impeccable at all times, prompt reply to emails, and the staff running the apartments were helpful and pleasant.

  El alojamiento fue caso perfecto! La vajilla fue un poco raro, pero por lo demás todo fue muy bien.

  The appartment was huge (really huge!) and the location couldn't be better if you want to go to the beach, shopping or clubbing by foot.

  Really good apartment especially location and would definitely recommend however may be a bit cramped for 6 people (3 of us stayed in the appartment and that was great).

  Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sehr sauber. Vielleicht ein bisschen dunkel. Nur ein Zimmer mit direktem Licht. Im Sommer sicher schön kühl.
