  WiFi was not working, there's no heating system in the room, just AC in one place which is not enough for all apartment.

  Excelente apartamento, me decidi por el en cuanto lo vi en su web, y es exactamente como se describe, seguro que si necesito alquilar otra vez no dudaré en que sea el mismo. Con el propietario excelente entendimiento.

  Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung die allen Komfort bietet für einen super Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Lage, alle Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten!

  The photographs on the web site did not do this apartment justice. I could not falt any area of the apartment - it was top class. I can't remember the name of the person who met us at the apartment (as we have been in several countries on our tour) but he was very helpful. Despite having been ...involved in a motor cycle accident and being in a certain amount of pain just prior to meeting us at the apartment, he turned up on time and was very courteous and helpful. We even had a couple of occasions when we had to phone him (one related to the apartment and one personal) and again he was more than helpful. I would certainly use this apartment again and would also recommend it to my family and friends.  

  Manolo, our contact person was great. He really helped us out in avoiding the tourist hot spots and let us get the real flavor of Barcelona. The apartment was beatiful, clean, perfectly located, and we didn't even know about the gorgeous balcony from the online shots! I HIGHLY reccommend this ...apartment for anyone looking to spend some time in Barcelona!!!

  Gute zentrale Lage

  Die Unterkunft ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Lediglich die Dusche dürfte ein wenig mehr Wasserdurchlauf haben. Die Lage ist günstig sowohl um an den Strand zu gehen, als auch die Ramblas und das gotische Viertel zu besuchen. Super Fischrestaurants am Hafen. Der Lärmpegel außerhalb der Wohnung ist schon heftik. Innen bekommt man davon aber nichts mit.

  Couldn't ask for more with this apartment. Location was fantastic, apartment was amazing. The service provided by contact person was also excellent.

  really fantastic apartment only complaint is that sky tv didn't work but who wants to watch tv whilst in barcelona anyway!

  Die Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet und besser, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Lage für Besichtungen ist prima. Der Lärmpegel bei geöffentem Fenster ist erheblich, aber das kann man abschätzen, wenn man ein Flat an einer so exponierten Straße wählt. Die Kontaktperson war pünktlich zur Stelle, sowohl bei der Ankunft wie bei der Abfahrt.

  Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lage ist sehr zentral, allerdings direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße Passeig de Colom. Deshalb laut (auch nachts) und viele Abgase.

  The apartment has everything going for it .. it is well appointed, nicely furnished and it has a fabulous location as well. It could be a little noisy with the balcony door open, but as the apartment is air conditioned, that was easily rectified. We would definitely recommend it and we would have no hesitation in staying there again.

  Very good! Overall very good, but disappointed that the booking said we could leave bags at the offices on the day of departure, but in practice we could not and had to use a left luggage facility.

  Great apartment for two couples with effectively two ensure bedrooms and a communal living space. Fabulous location near to the best of everything.........just watch for the pickpockets. My friend lost his wallet to a guy handing out business cards outside a restaurant.

  this apartment is ideally located if you're interested in exploring the city by foot or by metro. amenities were as advertised and more than sufficient for a week long stay. the apartment is ideally set up with sleeping accommodations in the rear and common space facing the French doors that open ...onto the avenue overlooking the marina - would highly recommend.  

  The location of this apartment was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and our linens and towels refreshed during our stay. You just can't go wrong renting here.

  The apartment was excellent and the location was ideal being close to the centre, El Born and the beach. The apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable and very clean. We had a problem with one of the air con units and the owner arranged for a technician to come out on the day we reported the problem and it was fixed on the same day.

  Geniale Lage am BarriGotic, viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe.Sehr guter Zustand der Wohnung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, der antike Aufzug ist ein Erlebnis an sich, die Treppen in den 3. Stock aber machbar.

  A beautiful spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Loved everything about it. Great light, clean, comfortable. Would highly recommend!
