Appartement in het historische centrum van Barcelona

  The apartment was of the high quality we expected from the description. Having the internet available was really useful - we took a laptop with us, there was a 2 day period when there was no access during which the contact person explained that she was in touch with the service provider to resolve.... The contact person spoke good english and was helpful on the several occasions that we needed it. The location was really central for enjoying central Barcelona, the beach front and the metro system, however, this did mean that the noise levels were higher than we're accustomed to living in a small town and did disturb sleep patterns.  

  Ottima posizione. Alloggio nuovo, pulito, confortevole. Forniture complete. Persone di contatto a disposizione per rendere facile il soggiorno.

  Me pareció muy bueno en cuanto a equipamiento, limpieza, aislamiento del edificio y ubicación.Sólo la calefacción no funcionaba bien, aunque espero que lo solucionen pronto. Gracias

  Perfeto, grande, ottima dislocazione, pulito... nessun problema riscontrato. Veramente il massimo meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. Non capita spesso.

  The place was perfect. Though, we were not happy with the clause in the contract- 'only the people with their names on the contract may sleep in the apartment'. Seems inappropriate and unnecessary.

  Modernes, sauberes und praktisches Appartement in zentraler Lage. Küche für Selbstkocher etwas dürftig ausgestattet. Wurde leider direkt vor der Haustür bestohlen. Die Ribera ist auch am hellen Nachmittag bei leerer Strasse ein Idyll für Kleinkriminelle. Daher Vorsicht.

  This is a wonderful apartment. Fantastic location (the main bedroom is a bit noisy since it's on such a lively street but it didn't bother us). Nicely furnished, and extremely clean. The contact people are very friendly. I can thoroughly recommend this apartment, we had a wonderful time! It might be... nice to include some information for visitors, since we had a hard time finding the best local supermarket.

  Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, besonders die Lage ist hervorragend. Eine neue und gut funktionierende Kaffeemaschine wäre kein Luxus.

  Perfect location, very close to metrostation. The area was nice and lively, and lot´s of small restaurants in a short distance. The appartment in real life matched the discription perfectly. The contactperson was very hospitable. The smell of the sewerage in the kitchen and the bathroom by open window could not disturb our nice and relaxing weekend.

  This was a perfect location for our interests: a quiet flat in a lively pedestrian street filled with good shops and excellent restaurants, and near the historical and cultural sites we most wanted to see. The flat is stylishly appointed and furnished and meticulously clean.

  la personne était charmante, mais ne parlait pas le français et la présentation du logement a été un peu sommaire (localisation de la clim et mode d'emploi, étendeur à linge, balai, TV) Bon, mais attention, quand nous sommes arrivés dans l'appartement, il n'y avait pas de lumière sous la ...hotte et cette dernière ne fonctionne pas, pas de lumière dans le réfrigérateur et la baignoire est bouchée (on nous a changé les ampoules de la hotte et fourni une ventouse pour la baignoire, mais le problème relève du plombier). Mais merveilleux séjour à Barcelone. Bon courage.

  Great apartment. Centrally located, clean, large and exactly what we expected. The apartment owners speak english and were very helpdul. The one (small) downside is that it can be a little noisy at night but something to be expected given its central location and manageable. All in - we would stay there again.

  Personne disponible. Site clair et bien fait. Appartement conforme à notre attente, très propre et très bien situé près de Santa Maria del Mar. Le quartier est vivant et agréable, rue piétonne. Nous avons tous très bien dormi après nos journées de marche!

  Everything was very good except that we were in a very busy area and the noise level was very high until a late hour so the sleeping was not that great in that apartment.

Es ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und hat eine optimale Lage im Stadtteil Born mit vielen Restaurants, netten Plätzen, Geschäften, Picassomuseum und Santa Maria della Mare ganz in der Nähe. Es ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen des... gotischen Viertels und des Hafens. Zudem ist die U-Bahn-Station Jaume ganz nah. WIr hatten hier wirklich einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub! oh-barcelona: Buchung und Abwicklung verlief mit freundlichen Kontaktpersonen reibungslos.

  ben ristrutturato a nuovo, ottimi mobili, presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, grande TV LCD. Unico difetto a volte odore di fogna dai tubi della cucina. Ottima posizione, ottimo appartamento, da provare!

  Little and inexpensive things could be done to improve the apartment. A new shower curtain in the bathroom, new sheets for the bedrooms and perhaps give the velour curtains and bed spread the heave ho!

  I recently stayed at apartment 3 for four nights. The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of the El Born neighbourhood. On arrival we were met by M. who explained how to use all of the facilities and also information on where to shop and what to see. The availability of free ...wifi was a bonus. Our apartment had 3 good sized bedrooms, a great shower and a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area that overlooked the busy street below so was good for people watching. Whilst the area is a busy one, the double glazed windows provide complete quiet within the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to enjoy Barcelona in a fabulously located, spotlessly clean, comfortable and secure place to stay. 

  Die Wohnung liegt in ausgezeichneter und zentraler Lage. Sie ist sehr sauber, schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Es gibt dort eine Heizung und Klimaanlage sowie sehr gute Schallschutzfenster. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und natürlich jede Menge Bars und ...Restaurants. Nur wenige Meter zur Metro, wenige Minuten zum Strand und die Laufnähe zur Placa Catalunya machen das Apartment zu einem echten Super-Tipp. Wir würden dort sofort wieder hinfahren. 

  Really really good, the location was great. The property owner also left us stay in the apartment a bit longer seeing as there was no one arriving that same day!

  Very nice space and responsive owner. They do need to replace the master bed mattress, put a solid not sheer curtain in the living room for nighttime privacy, and add a sheer in the master for daytime privacy. The narrow street is not open to cars during the day as shoppers use it as a thouroghfare.... (This is good to know when getting there- the cab driver will drop you at the beginning by Laetana st, the address numbers on the left go higher and the ones on the right go lower so don't panic, just walk on the right a very short distance and you will be there... Btw look for the Kiehl's, it is next door)The area is vibrant and full of places to shop and eat. Look for the artisan shops nearby. The street activity is not audible unless you open the windows and then it is a pleasant hum.

  Very good location. But this is not a private owner. A company has several suites Not a problem but no owner to rate.
